Prizemlja tradicijskih građevina često dobivaju nova ruha, ali i novu namjenu.

U turističkim mjestima i strogim povijesnim gradskim centrima u njih se useljavaju male butige, suvenirnice, dućani, konobice, rustikalni lokali.

Sve veći broj njih u strogim gradskim srcima, ali i prigradskim i ruralnim naseljima dobiva apartmansku namjenu.

"Pouke baštine", enciklopedija koja proučava elemente arhitekture priobalja, napominje kako pri oblikovanju novog života prizemlja u ovakvim zdanjima, svakako treba voditi računa o ovoj bitnoj stvari.

– Jako je važno oblikovne elemente prilagoditi novoj namjeni, a da se pritom ne naruši cjelina kuće – veli Joško Belamarić, jedan od autora i urednik "Pouka baštine".

Vani drvena, unutra staklena vrata

Kod adaptacije prizemlja kuća u poslovne prostore, vrlo često vlasnici rade izmjenu drvenih vratnica. Jedan od razloga je i osjetljivost drvnog materijala koji traži kontinuiranu brigu, ulaganje.

Podosta ljudi mahom iz ekonomičnih razloga drvo miču i umjesto njega postavljaju zastakljena vrata.

– Tada se uglavnom postavljaju staklena vrata bez okvira, da bi se dobio uvid u sadržaj prostora. Umjesto toga mogu se napraviti vrata u drvenom okviru sa staklom zaštićenim željeznom rešetkom.

Ili puna drvena vrata koja su u radno vrijeme otvorena, dok se iza njih nalaze druga, staklena vrata – stoji u "Poukama baštine".

Sjećamo se nekadašnjih priobalnih kuća i modusa stanovanja koje je zapravo započinjalo na prvom katu. Naravno da bi se ovakav princip stavio u formu, do ulaza se dolazilo preko vanjskog stubišta.

Ovakva konstrukcijska cjelina kod brojnih je investitora danas odbačena.

Štoviše, mnogi se danas priklanjanju unutrašnjem povezivanju prizemlja i gornjih katova putem unutrašnjeg stubišta. Na što prilikom toga treba pripaziti?

– U slučajevima ovakvog povezivanja, a uz poštovanje modela tradicijske gradnje, svakako treba sačuvati izravni ulaz na prvom katu – savjet je stručnjaka.

Prizemlje se uz određene preinake vrlo lako može preinačiti u stambeni prostor. U vremenu globalnog turizma tome svjedočimo doslovce na svakom koraku.

No što napraviti da bi se sačuvala načela tradicijske gradnje, poštovao stil starog zdanja i objekt zadržao pravu vrijednost? Imamo savjet i za takvu dvojbu.

Kad je kameni zid propao...

– Svakako treba treba zadržati osnovne karakteristike izvornog oblikovanja unutrašnjosti. Primjerice, prizemni prostori su redovito imali vidljivu drvenu stropnu konstrukciju, s gredama koje su usidrene u zid ili počivaju preko nazidnice na kamenim konzolama – stoji u enciklopediji skupine autora.

Dobar savjet zlata vrijedi i naravno da ćemo ga poslušati.

Uz fino uređenje interijera takva drvena stropna konstrukcija daje dodatan dojam topline, ambijentalnosti. Postaje iznimno simpatičan, oku ugodan detalj koji kod ljubitelja tradicijske gradnje mami ocjenu više.

A kada smo već kod detalja, ne možemo ne spomenuti kamene neožbukane zidove. Iako ima onih kojima su i u takvom rustikalnom obliku savršeni. Ipak, kod većine zub vremena učini svoje, automatski tražeći ruku dobrog majstora.

Što napraviti u ovom slučaju?

– Kod preinake takvog prostora u stambeni finija struktura zidanja može se ostaviti vidljivom, a lošije građen zid treba ožbukati tradicionalnom vapnenom žbukom – navodi se u "Poukama baštine".

Prizemlja tradicijskih građevina često dobivaju nova ruha, ali i novu namjenu.

U turističkim mjestima i strogim povijesnim gradskim centrima u njih se useljavaju male butige, suvenirnice, dućani, konobice, rustikalni lokali.

Sve veći broj njih u strogim gradskim srcima, ali i prigradskim i ruralnim naseljima dobiva apartmansku namjenu.

"Pouke baštine", enciklopedija koja proučava elemente arhitekture priobalja, napominje kako pri oblikovanju novog života prizemlja u ovakvim zdanjima, svakako treba voditi računa o ovoj bitnoj stvari.

Vani drvena, unutra staklena vrata

Kod adaptacije prizemlja kuća u poslovne prostore, vrlo često vlasnici rade izmjenu drvenih vratnica. Jedan od razloga je i osjetljivost drvnog materijala koji traži kontinuiranu brigu, ulaganje.

Podosta ljudi mahom iz ekonomičnih razloga drvo miču i umjesto njega postavljaju zastakljena vrata.

– Tada se uglavnom postavljaju staklena vrata bez okvira, da bi se dobio uvid u sadržaj prostora. Umjesto toga mogu se napraviti vrata u drvenom okviru sa staklom zaštićenim željeznom rešetkom.

Ili puna drvena vrata koja su u radno vrijeme otvorena, dok se iza njih nalaze druga, staklena vrata – stoji u "Poukama baštine".

Sjećamo se nekadašnjih priobalnih kuća i modusa stanovanja koje je zapravo započinjalo na prvom katu. Naravno da bi se ovakav princip stavio u formu, do ulaza se dolazilo preko vanjskog stubišta.

Ovakva konstrukcijska cjelina kod brojnih je investitora danas odbačena.

Štoviše, mnogi se danas priklanjanju unutrašnjem povezivanju prizemlja i gornjih katova putem unutrašnjeg stubišta. Na što prilikom toga treba pripaziti?

– U slučajevima ovakvog povezivanja, a uz poštovanje modela tradicijske gradnje, svakako treba sačuvati izravni ulaz na prvom katu – savjet je stručnjaka.

Prizemlje se uz određene preinake vrlo lako može preinačiti u stambeni prostor. U vremenu globalnog turizma tome svjedočimo doslovce na svakom koraku.

No što napraviti da bi se sačuvala načela tradicijske gradnje, poštovao stil starog zdanja i objekt zadržao pravu vrijednost? Imamo savjet i za takvu dvojbu.

Kad je kameni zid propao...

– Svakako treba treba zadržati osnovne karakteristike izvornog oblikovanja unutrašnjosti. Primjerice, prizemni prostori su redovito imali vidljivu drvenu stropnu konstrukciju, s gredama koje su usidrene u zid ili počivaju preko nazidnice na kamenim konzolama – stoji u enciklopediji skupine autora.

Dobar savjet zlata vrijedi i naravno da ćemo ga poslušati.

Uz fino uređenje interijera takva drvena stropna konstrukcija daje dodatan dojam topline, ambijentalnosti. Postaje iznimno simpatičan, oku ugodan detalj koji kod ljubitelja tradicijske gradnje mami ocjenu više.

A kada smo već kod detalja, ne možemo ne spomenuti kamene neožbukane zidove. Iako ima onih kojima su i u takvom rustikalnom obliku savršeni. Ipak, kod većine zub vremena učini svoje, automatski tražeći ruku dobrog majstora.

Što napraviti u ovom slučaju?

– Kod preinake takvog prostora u stambeni finija struktura zidanja može se ostaviti vidljivom, a lošije građen zid treba ožbukati tradicionalnom vapnenom žbukom – navodi se u "Poukama baštine".
