- Ekipa, koji je dežuran veterinar ? – jedno je od najčešćih pitanja koje se postavlja u mnogobrojnim grupama na društvenim mrežama, a koje okupljaju vlasnike kućnih ljubimaca. I, dok je za ljude relativno lako doznati tko, kako i zašto, a ovdje govorimo o zdravlju i brizi za isto, za kućne ljubimce to biva utoliko kompliciranije.

Prije biste ili zvali nekoga koga znate, ili u novije vrijeme iz Googlea izvukli tko je možda dežuran ili se posavjetovali u grupama kao to smo i naznačili… No, svemu tome došao je kraj, jer Hrvatska, se nalazi u poziciji da može izvoziti svoje digitalne proizvode, čitaj platforme, odnosno aplikacije. A, jedna od njih koja je spremna ne samo za domaće, već i za svjetsko tržište je Vetzy platforma s kojom je dovoljno u, nedajbože, situacijama upitnima za zdravlje vašeg kućnog ljubimca (ili ako vam je samo potreban savjet!), samo ući u aplikaciju i odmah uspostaviti video poziv s dežurnim veterinarom.

Radi se o projektu iza kojeg stoje Alen Pecirep i Marko Barić, a koji je prvi domaći telehealth startup ekskluzivno namijenjen kućnim ljubimcima. Ukratko, Vetzy završava svaku potragu za veterinarima budući da će oni biti dostupni korisnicima aplikacije 24 sata dnevno, svakog dana u godini.

- Radi se o proizvodu koji je isključivo „made in Croatia“. Tim od desetak ljudi realizirao je Vetzy platformu, te je softverski dio rađen u suradnji s nekoliko velikih domaćih softverskih agencija, tako da je cijeli proizvod od ideje do implementacije rezultat isključivo domaćeg rada – istaknuo je Pecirep dodajući kako putem Vetzy aplikacije žele vlasnicima ljubimaca olakšati dolazak do stručnih savjeta veterinara.

A, svi oni koji imaju, ili su jednom imali ljubimca shvatit će koje je olakšanje imati uvijek dežurnu veterinarku ili veterinara na liniji. Jer, koliko god mi sami dobro poznavali naše ljubimce, jedan poziv može značiti mnogo. Da ne spominjemo što platforma poput Vetzyja znači za ljubimce iz manjih mjesta ili sa otoka…

Jedna iz kontingenta dežurnih veterinarki i veterinara, uvijek dostupnih vlasnicima kućnih ljubimaca je i dr.med.vet. Đurđica Martinović koja nam je opisala sve prednosti Vetzyja. Već je deset godina u veterini i tvrdi kako će ovaj hrvatski digitalni proizvod uvelike olakšati život ljubimcima i njihovim vlasnicima.

- Provodeći svaki dan sa svojim ljubimcem u prilici ste primjećivati neke njihove navike i sve što odstupa od toga. Tada ste možda u nedoumici – treba li posjetiti veterinara ili se, jednostavno, ništa posebno ne događa. A, ljubimci ne mogu govoriti. Tu je najveća snaga Vetzyja. Dežurni veterinari doista mogu pomoći u rješavanju dileme oko posjete.

Konzultacije se obavljaju preko video-poziva, te se ništa ne radi „na slijepo“. A, ono najvažnije, vlasnici kućnih ljubimaca dobivaju prijeko potrebnu informaciju. Bilo da se radi o nečemu što oni sami mogu riješiti ili je potrebna posjeta veterinaru, odnosno veterinarskoj ambulanti – kazala je dr.med.vet. Martinović napominjući, pak, kako „ prave hitnoće zahtijevaju hitnu ambulantnu intervenciju“.

Također, ističe dr.med. vet. Martinović, ovakva vrsta usluge, pogotovo što se obavlja putem video poziva je uistinu kvalitetna jer veterinar puno toga može vidjeti iz samog pogleda na životinju ali to svakako ne znači da zamjenjuje pravi pregled koji se obavlja u ambulanti kao i neke osnovne analize kao što su klasična krvna slika ili biokemijske analize.

Priznaje, također, kako je Vetzy jedinstven projekt koji je odmah zaokupio njenu pažnju.

- Mislim da sam među prvima koji su uopće poslali prijavu za posao. Kako većinu svog slobodnog vremena kao veterinar, provodim dajući ljudima savjete o raznim stanjima ljubimaca, prehrani ili ponašanju, ova aplikacija se pokazala kao odlično rješenje za sve one probleme i nedoumice koje ne zahtijevaju ambulantno liječenje. Na početku sam imala dosta pitanja oko same realizacije ali i nekih svojih sugestija od kojih su mnoge i usvojene. Tako i veterinari koju su zaposleni sudjeluju u izgradnji projekta, a sve kako bi usluga bila sto kvalitetnija i kompletnija.

- Ovisno o tome na koliko sam se sati prijavila taj dan, moj zadatak je da budem uz računalo u stanju pripravnosti i čekam pozive vlasnika ljubimaca. Nakon sto obavimo razgovor, obavezno u bilješke upisujem ukratko temu razgovora i što sam savjetovala. Tu bilješku vidimo vlasnik, ja ali i ostale moje kolege. Tako smo svi upućeni u povijest bolesti i liječenja ljubimaca. To su u prvom redu, male životinje, psi, mačke, ali i drugi kućni ljubimci- ptice, glodavci i egzotične životinje.

Osim ljubimcima i njihovim vlasnicima, Vetzy olakšava život i veterinarima.

Veliki dio intervencija ne zahtijeva ambulantni tretman a veterinari u praksi nemaju previše vremena za razgovor, preokupirani su administracijom, kirurškim intervencijama i drugim ambulantnim poslovima. U tim slučajevima Vetzy će biti od velike pomoći, jer će vlasnik biti educiran o zdravstvenom stanju svog ljubimca kao i kako se ponašati u određenim situacijama.

Vetzy aplikacija dostupna je za iPhone, Android i Huawei uređaje, a za poziv veterinaru nije potreban unaprijed rezerviran termin.

- Ekipa, koji je dežuran veterinar ? – jedno je od najčešćih pitanja koje se postavlja u mnogobrojnim grupama na društvenim mrežama, a koje okupljaju vlasnike kućnih ljubimaca. I, dok je za ljude relativno lako doznati tko, kako i zašto, a ovdje govorimo o zdravlju i brizi za isto, za kućne ljubimce to biva utoliko kompliciranije.

Prije biste ili zvali nekoga koga znate, ili u novije vrijeme iz Googlea izvukli tko je možda dežuran ili se posavjetovali u grupama kao to smo i naznačili… No, svemu tome došao je kraj, jer Hrvatska, se nalazi u poziciji da može izvoziti svoje digitalne proizvode, čitaj platforme, odnosno aplikacije. A, jedna od njih koja je spremna ne samo za domaće, već i za svjetsko tržište je Vetzy platforma s kojom je dovoljno u, nedajbože, situacijama upitnima za zdravlje vašeg kućnog ljubimca (ili ako vam je samo potreban savjet!), samo ući u aplikaciju i odmah uspostaviti video poziv s dežurnim veterinarom.

Radi se o projektu iza kojeg stoje Alen Pecirep i Marko Barić, a koji je prvi domaći telehealth startup ekskluzivno namijenjen kućnim ljubimcima. Ukratko, Vetzy završava svaku potragu za veterinarima budući da će oni biti dostupni korisnicima aplikacije 24 sata dnevno, svakog dana u godini.

- Radi se o proizvodu koji je isključivo „made in Croatia“. Tim od desetak ljudi realizirao je Vetzy platformu, te je softverski dio rađen u suradnji s nekoliko velikih domaćih softverskih agencija, tako da je cijeli proizvod od ideje do implementacije rezultat isključivo domaćeg rada – istaknuo je Pecirep dodajući kako putem Vetzy aplikacije žele vlasnicima ljubimaca olakšati dolazak do stručnih savjeta veterinara.

A, svi oni koji imaju, ili su jednom imali ljubimca shvatit će koje je olakšanje imati uvijek dežurnu veterinarku ili veterinara na liniji. Jer, koliko god mi sami dobro poznavali naše ljubimce, jedan poziv može značiti mnogo. Da ne spominjemo što platforma poput Vetzyja znači za ljubimce iz manjih mjesta ili sa otoka…

Jedna iz kontingenta dežurnih veterinarki i veterinara, uvijek dostupnih vlasnicima kućnih ljubimaca je i dr.med.vet. Đurđica Martinović koja nam je opisala sve prednosti Vetzyja. Već je deset godina u veterini i tvrdi kako će ovaj hrvatski digitalni proizvod uvelike olakšati život ljubimcima i njihovim vlasnicima.

- Provodeći svaki dan sa svojim ljubimcem u prilici ste primjećivati neke njihove navike i sve što odstupa od toga. Tada ste možda u nedoumici – treba li posjetiti veterinara ili se, jednostavno, ništa posebno ne događa. A, ljubimci ne mogu govoriti. Tu je najveća snaga Vetzyja. Dežurni veterinari doista mogu pomoći u rješavanju dileme oko posjete.

Konzultacije se obavljaju preko video-poziva, te se ništa ne radi „na slijepo“. A, ono najvažnije, vlasnici kućnih ljubimaca dobivaju prijeko potrebnu informaciju. Bilo da se radi o nečemu što oni sami mogu riješiti ili je potrebna posjeta veterinaru, odnosno veterinarskoj ambulanti – kazala je dr.med.vet. Martinović napominjući, pak, kako „ prave hitnoće zahtijevaju hitnu ambulantnu intervenciju“.

Također, ističe dr.med. vet. Martinović, ovakva vrsta usluge, pogotovo što se obavlja putem video poziva je uistinu kvalitetna jer veterinar puno toga može vidjeti iz samog pogleda na životinju ali to svakako ne znači da zamjenjuje pravi pregled koji se obavlja u ambulanti kao i neke osnovne analize kao što su klasična krvna slika ili biokemijske analize.

Priznaje, također, kako je Vetzy jedinstven projekt koji je odmah zaokupio njenu pažnju.

- Mislim da sam među prvima koji su uopće poslali prijavu za posao. Kako većinu svog slobodnog vremena kao veterinar, provodim dajući ljudima savjete o raznim stanjima ljubimaca, prehrani ili ponašanju, ova aplikacija se pokazala kao odlično rješenje za sve one probleme i nedoumice koje ne zahtijevaju ambulantno liječenje. Na početku sam imala dosta pitanja oko same realizacije ali i nekih svojih sugestija od kojih su mnoge i usvojene. Tako i veterinari koju su zaposleni sudjeluju u izgradnji projekta, a sve kako bi usluga bila sto kvalitetnija i kompletnija.

- Ovisno o tome na koliko sam se sati prijavila taj dan, moj zadatak je da budem uz računalo u stanju pripravnosti i čekam pozive vlasnika ljubimaca. Nakon sto obavimo razgovor, obavezno u bilješke upisujem ukratko temu razgovora i što sam savjetovala. Tu bilješku vidimo vlasnik, ja ali i ostale moje kolege. Tako smo svi upućeni u povijest bolesti i liječenja ljubimaca. To su u prvom redu, male životinje, psi, mačke, ali i drugi kućni ljubimci- ptice, glodavci i egzotične životinje.

Osim ljubimcima i njihovim vlasnicima, Vetzy olakšava život i veterinarima.

Veliki dio intervencija ne zahtijeva ambulantni tretman a veterinari u praksi nemaju previše vremena za razgovor, preokupirani su administracijom, kirurškim intervencijama i drugim ambulantnim poslovima. U tim slučajevima Vetzy će biti od velike pomoći, jer će vlasnik biti educiran o zdravstvenom stanju svog ljubimca kao i kako se ponašati u određenim situacijama.

Vetzy aplikacija dostupna je za iPhone, Android i Huawei uređaje, a za poziv veterinaru nije potreban unaprijed rezerviran termin.
