Bademi su u prehrambenom svijetu nadaleko poznati po svojim bogatim hranjivim svojstvima, no jeste li znali da ovaj proizvod može učiniti čuda i za vašu kosu?

Omekšava kosu

Bademovo ulje djeluje i kao sredstvo za omekšavanje kose, a meka i podatna kosa svima nam je cilj, zar ne!? 

- Zbog velike količine vitamina E, bademovo ulje ispunjava male razdvojenosti u pregibima kose na staničnoj razini, kaže Porter. "Ovo pomaže kosi da omekša."

Rast kose

Shab Reslan, trihologinja i stručnjakinja za zdravlje kose iz Hair Cluba, vjeruje da bademovo ulje ima sva potrebna  svojstva za promicanje zdravog rasta kose.

- Omega-3 masne kiseline potrebne su za zdrav rast kose, a nedostatak magnezija povezan je s gubitkom kose i kod muškaraca i kod žena, kaže ona. 

Kada se bademovo ulje nanosi izravno na vlasište, zbog esencijalnih hranjivih tvari, ono potpomaže rast kose, a jedna studija pokazala je čak i da bademovo ulje može pomoći i kod slučajeva kada je kosa trajno ispala, iako su za ovakve zaključke potrebna daljnja istraživanja.

Umiruje upaljeno vlasište

Bilo da imate problema s crvenilom, svrbeži ili peruti, nanošenje bademovog ulja izravno na vlasište može vam pomoći smanjiti upalu. Budući da prirodno ulje badema ima protuupalna svojstva, ono može pomoći smanjiti iritaciju vlasišta i čak poboljšati cirkulaciju, a djelotvorno je i kod kožnih stanja poput ekcema i psorijaze.

Kako koristiti  bademovo ulje?

Kao i kod većine drugih ulja, kako ćete koristiti bademovo ulje ovisi o tipu vaše kose i vlasišta te općenito o vašoj beauty rutini. Porter predlaže da bademovo ulje koristite na vlažnoj kosi, nakon pranja. Bademovo ulje možete nanijeti od tjemene do vrhova, no ako imate problema s pretjeranim lučenjem sebuma i masnom kosom, tjeme radije preskočite u ovoj rutini.

Nakon korištenja bademovog ulja, najbolje bi bilo kosu pustiti da se sama osuši, barem do pola, a nakon nekih 20-30 minuta preporučljivo je koristiti uređaj za sušenje.

U jednom slučaju ipak se ne preporučuje koristiti bademovo ulje, a to je neposredno prije korištenja vrućih alata za oblikovanje kose poput fena, pegle ili figara.

Bademi su u prehrambenom svijetu nadaleko poznati po svojim bogatim hranjivim svojstvima, no jeste li znali da ovaj proizvod može učiniti čuda i za vašu kosu? 

Kada je riječ o njezi kose, ovo podcijenjeno ulje često je u sjeni arganovog, kokosovog i ulja makadamije, no istina je da je bademovo ulje prepuno zdravih hranjivih sastojaka koji djeluju na gotovo svaki tip kose.

Bademovo ulje puno je bjelančevina, omega-3 masnih kiselina, vitamina E, magnezija i fosfolipida. Kada se nanese na kosu, bademovo ulje pomaže ojačati, omekšati, hidratizirati i zagladiti kosu zbog čega je omiljeni beauty preparat mnogih frizera i stručnjaka za njegu kose, a evo zašto biste ga i vi trebali uvrstiti u svoju svakodnevnu rutinu za njegu i ljepotu.

Regenerira kosu

Bez obzira na to koji tip kose imate (tanku, gustu, kovrčavu ili ravnu), duboka regeneracija neophodna je u svakoj beauty rutini. Ne samo da bademovo ulje pomaže u obnovi već postojećih oštećenja, već također vraća vlagu i elastičnost zahvaljujući omega masnim kiselinama. Slavna frizerka Sophia Porter otkrila je za mindbodygreen da često poseže za bademovim uljem nakon jakog izlaganja suncu ili nakon upotrebe vrućih alata za oblikovanje frizure.

Omekšava kosu

Bademovo ulje djeluje i kao sredstvo za omekšavanje kose, a meka i podatna kosa svima nam je cilj, zar ne!? 

- Zbog velike količine vitamina E, bademovo ulje ispunjava male razdvojenosti u pregibima kose na staničnoj razini, kaže Porter. "Ovo pomaže kosi da omekša."

Rast kose

Shab Reslan, trihologinja i stručnjakinja za zdravlje kose iz Hair Cluba, vjeruje da bademovo ulje ima sva potrebna  svojstva za promicanje zdravog rasta kose.

- Omega-3 masne kiseline potrebne su za zdrav rast kose, a nedostatak magnezija povezan je s gubitkom kose i kod muškaraca i kod žena, kaže ona. 

Kada se bademovo ulje nanosi izravno na vlasište, zbog esencijalnih hranjivih tvari, ono potpomaže rast kose, a jedna studija pokazala je čak i da bademovo ulje može pomoći i kod slučajeva kada je kosa trajno ispala, iako su za ovakve zaključke potrebna daljnja istraživanja.

Umiruje upaljeno vlasište

Bilo da imate problema s crvenilom, svrbeži ili peruti, nanošenje bademovog ulja izravno na vlasište može vam pomoći smanjiti upalu. Budući da prirodno ulje badema ima protuupalna svojstva, ono može pomoći smanjiti iritaciju vlasišta i čak poboljšati cirkulaciju, a djelotvorno je i kod kožnih stanja poput ekcema i psorijaze.

Kako koristiti  bademovo ulje?

Kao i kod većine drugih ulja, kako ćete koristiti bademovo ulje ovisi o tipu vaše kose i vlasišta te općenito o vašoj beauty rutini. Porter predlaže da bademovo ulje koristite na vlažnoj kosi, nakon pranja. Bademovo ulje možete nanijeti od tjemene do vrhova, no ako imate problema s pretjeranim lučenjem sebuma i masnom kosom, tjeme radije preskočite u ovoj rutini.

Nakon korištenja bademovog ulja, najbolje bi bilo kosu pustiti da se sama osuši, barem do pola, a nakon nekih 20-30 minuta preporučljivo je koristiti uređaj za sušenje.

U jednom slučaju ipak se ne preporučuje koristiti bademovo ulje, a to je neposredno prije korištenja vrućih alata za oblikovanje kose poput fena, pegle ili figara.
