---Za one koji se ne sjećaju, riječ je bila o torti napravljenoj od čak dvjesto limuna s obale Amalfi i deset boca Sandringham sirupa od bazge, a slastičarka i vlasnica Claire Ptak za Insider je otkrila i recept za kruh od limuna koji okusom zamamno podsjeća na spomenutu tortu - koja je oduševila čak i kraljevska nepca. I ne brinite, za izradu ovog kruha neće vam trebati niti približan broj talijanskih limuna.
Ptak je otkrila da je verziju limunova kruha, koja neodoljivo podsjeća na vjenčanu tortu kraljevskog para, počela prodavati i u svojoj slastičarnici, a oduševljenje mušterija dokaz je kako i jednostavne stvari mogu biti preukusne.
Slastičarka Ptak karantenu je iskoristila za eksperimentiranje u kuhinju, a sa svojom kćeri pripremila je verziju limunova kruha bez soka od bazge. Dok je njena slastičarna zatvorena, Ptak je svoje recepte odlučila podijeliti na društvenim mrežama, a one koji su voljni okušati se u izradi njenih deserata, pozvala je da podijele svoje fotografije i iskustva s drugima.

---Za verziju limunovog kruha, zbog kojeg ćete se osjećati kao da ste bili na kraljevskom vjenčanju, trebat će vam sljedeći sastojci:
Za biskvit: - 250 grama maslaca
- 250 grama šećera
- tri do četiri limuna (korica)
- 3 jaja
- 250 grama brašna
- 100 ml mlijeka
- prašak za pecivo
- malo soli
Za preljev ćete trebati jednu žlicu šećera, jednu žlicu vode i dvije žlice limunova soka, a za glazuru 250 grama šećera u prahu i dvije žlice limunova soka.

---Postupak:
Za početak zagrijte pećnicu na 180 stupnjeva. Posudu za pečenje (25x10 cm) namažite s malo maslaca i obložite je papirom za pečenje s tim da vam nešto papira viri iznad posude (kasnije ćete lakše izvaditi kruh).
Pripremite smjesu za biskvit tako da mikserom pomiješate maslac i šećer te dodate naribane komadiće limunove korice. Dodajite jedno po jedno jaje i nastavite s miksanjem.
U drugoj posudi pomiješate suhe sastojke: brašno, prašak za pecivo i sol te polovicu svega dodajte smjesi s maslacem i šećerom. Sve zajedno izmiješate.
Dok mikser radi, dodajite po malo mlijeko, a za kraj dodajte ostatak suhih sastojaka. Kada je smjesa homogena, prebacite je u posudu za pečenje i zagladite rubove silikonskom palicom. Kolač pecite oko 50 minuta, ili dok ne primijetite da je vrh lijepo pečen, a da se rubovi počinju sami odvajati.
Za pripremu preljeva, u jednoj tavi pomiješajte šećer, vodu i limunov sok i zagrijte tek toliko da se šećer krene topiti, ne dulje, kako sastojci ne bi izgubili svježinu okusa.
Na ispečenom kruhu, većom vilicom ili nekim sličnim oštrim, duguljastim predmetom napravite male rupice. Kruh prelijte napravljenom smjesom i ostavite da se natapa dok pripremate glazuru.
Glazuru pripremite na način da šećer u prahu i limunov sok miješate dok ne dobijete jednoličnu smjesu. Pečeni kruh izvadite iz posude i narežite na jednake komade koje ćete potom preliti slatkom glazurom.
U hermetički zatvorenoj posudi ovaj slatki kruh možete čuvati i do nekoliko dana.

---Za one koji se ne sjećaju, riječ je bila o torti napravljenoj od čak dvjesto limuna s obale Amalfi i deset boca Sandringham sirupa od bazge, a slastičarka i vlasnica Claire Ptak za Insider je otkrila i recept za kruh od limuna koji okusom zamamno podsjeća na spomenutu tortu - koja je oduševila čak i kraljevska nepca. I ne brinite, za izradu ovog kruha neće vam trebati niti približan broj talijanskih limuna.
Ptak je otkrila da je verziju limunova kruha, koja neodoljivo podsjeća na vjenčanu tortu kraljevskog para, počela prodavati i u svojoj slastičarnici, a oduševljenje mušterija dokaz je kako i jednostavne stvari mogu biti preukusne.
Slastičarka Ptak karantenu je iskoristila za eksperimentiranje u kuhinju, a sa svojom kćeri pripremila je verziju limunova kruha bez soka od bazge. Dok je njena slastičarna zatvorena, Ptak je svoje recepte odlučila podijeliti na društvenim mrežama, a one koji su voljni okušati se u izradi njenih deserata, pozvala je da podijele svoje fotografije i iskustva s drugima.

---Za verziju limunovog kruha, zbog kojeg ćete se osjećati kao da ste bili na kraljevskom vjenčanju, trebat će vam sljedeći sastojci:
Za biskvit: - 250 grama maslaca
- 250 grama šećera
- tri do četiri limuna (korica)
- 3 jaja
- 250 grama brašna
- 100 ml mlijeka
- prašak za pecivo
- malo soli
Za preljev ćete trebati jednu žlicu šećera, jednu žlicu vode i dvije žlice limunova soka, a za glazuru 250 grama šećera u prahu i dvije žlice limunova soka.

---Postupak:
Za početak zagrijte pećnicu na 180 stupnjeva. Posudu za pečenje (25x10 cm) namažite s malo maslaca i obložite je papirom za pečenje s tim da vam nešto papira viri iznad posude (kasnije ćete lakše izvaditi kruh).
Pripremite smjesu za biskvit tako da mikserom pomiješate maslac i šećer te dodate naribane komadiće limunove korice. Dodajite jedno po jedno jaje i nastavite s miksanjem.
U drugoj posudi pomiješate suhe sastojke: brašno, prašak za pecivo i sol te polovicu svega dodajte smjesi s maslacem i šećerom. Sve zajedno izmiješate.
Dok mikser radi, dodajite po malo mlijeko, a za kraj dodajte ostatak suhih sastojaka. Kada je smjesa homogena, prebacite je u posudu za pečenje i zagladite rubove silikonskom palicom. Kolač pecite oko 50 minuta, ili dok ne primijetite da je vrh lijepo pečen, a da se rubovi počinju sami odvajati.
Za pripremu preljeva, u jednoj tavi pomiješajte šećer, vodu i limunov sok i zagrijte tek toliko da se šećer krene topiti, ne dulje, kako sastojci ne bi izgubili svježinu okusa.
Na ispečenom kruhu, većom vilicom ili nekim sličnim oštrim, duguljastim predmetom napravite male rupice. Kruh prelijte napravljenom smjesom i ostavite da se natapa dok pripremate glazuru.
Glazuru pripremite na način da šećer u prahu i limunov sok miješate dok ne dobijete jednoličnu smjesu. Pečeni kruh izvadite iz posude i narežite na jednake komade koje ćete potom preliti slatkom glazurom.
U hermetički zatvorenoj posudi ovaj slatki kruh možete čuvati i do nekoliko dana.
