Slučajevi trovanja hranom prilično su česti u Ujedinjenom Kraljevstvu i SAD-u, unatoč poboljšanju zdravstvenih i sigurnosnih mjera.
Jordan Haworth, američki znanstvenik za zdravlje crijeva, otkrio je pet namirnica koje treba izbjegavati.
U videu objavljenom na Instagramu, znanstvenik - koji sebe naziva Mr Gut Heath - tvrdi da trovanje hranom može "povećati rizik od dugotrajnih zdravstvenih problema crijeva kao što je postinfektivni IBS", objavio je The Sun.

Slučajevi trovanja hranom prilično su česti u Ujedinjenom Kraljevstvu i SAD-u, unatoč poboljšanju zdravstvenih i sigurnosnih mjera.
Jordan Haworth, američki znanstvenik za zdravlje crijeva, otkrio je pet namirnica koje treba izbjegavati.
U videu objavljenom na Instagramu, znanstvenik - koji sebe naziva Mr Gut Heath - tvrdi da trovanje hranom može "povećati rizik od dugotrajnih zdravstvenih problema crijeva kao što je postinfektivni IBS", objavio je The Sun.
IBS je uobičajeno stanje koje utječe na probavni sustav sa simptomima koji uključuju nadutost, grčeve u trbuhu, proljev, zatvor, promjene raspoloženja, mučninu, tjelesne bolove i inkontinenciju.
