Najbolji način kako spriječiti da u našim ubrzanim životima ispunjenima poslom i obavezama zanemarimo zdravu prehranu je da planiramo što jesti. Često se dovedemo u situaciju da na kraju dana jednostavno nemamo snage za spojiti ni one tri najosnovnije namirnice za pristojan obrok i onda jedemo sendviče, naručujemo pizze i sve ono što pokušavamo izbjeći.
Ponedjeljak je zato idealan da bismo spriječili takve pogreške i pripremili barem nekoliko jela za iduće dane. Problem je što jedno te ista hrana vrlo brzo dosadi. Ne možemo baš svaki dan jesti istu podgrijanu tjesteninu. Zato donosimo prijedlog kako od jednog kuhanja pripremiti tri zanimljiva jela koja vas čak neće ni podsjećati jedno na drugo.
ŠALŠA
Baza svakog od ova tri jela je umak od rajčice. Ovisno o tome za koliko ljudi je spremate odredite količinu koja vam je potrebna, ali za svako će vam trebati otprilike ista doza. Svatko ima neki svoj recept za šalšu, ali mi smo sada odabrali naš najbrži i jednostavniji.
Sastojci:
Pulpa rajčice u staklenci
Ljubičasti luk
Maslinovo ulje
Bijeli luk
sol, papar, šećer, čili po želji
Priprema:
U lonac ulijte maslinovo ulje tako da dobro prekrije dno i zagrijte ga na srednjoj vatri te dodajte ljubičasti luk nasjeckan na sitne komadiće. Pričekajte dok ne promijeni boju i dok mu se obujam ne smanji barem za pola početnoga zatim dodajte pulpu rajčice i smanjite vatru. Odmah dodajte začine koje volite i pustite da se kuha nekih sat vremena uz povremeno miješanje.
PRIJEDLOZI JELA
Sada kada imate umak narednih dana možete ga servirati na najrazličitije načine. Jedan od njih je uz klasičnu tjesteninu što preporučujemo za prvi dan s obzirom na to da ste već dio vremena potrošili na pripremu umaka.
Drugi dan tjesteninu zamijenite lećom. Ostavite je večer prije u vodi, a onda prokuhajte u dvije vode. Kada vidite da je skoro skroz gotova procijedite je i u nju ubacite veću količinu umaka tako da se zadnjih par minuta kuha skupa s njim i postane sočnija. Ako ste u velikoj gužvi možete koristiti i gotovu leću iz konzerve samo je prije dobro isperite.
Jedan od dana kada imate nešto više vremena na raspolaganju i želite se počastiti pripremite si ukusnu Parmigianu. Jedina komplikacija je pečenje 'balancana' ali ako imate dobru grill tavu ni to ne mora biti problem. Patlidžan izrežite po dužini na ploške debljine pola centimetra i ispecite s obje strane. Originalan talijanski recept predviđa pečenje na ulju, ali tako će konačno jelo biti možda malo masnije i nezdravije pa mi koristimo roštilj ili grill tavu. Pustite da se ohladi i onda krenite na slaganje u vatrostalnu posudu.
Dno zdjele premažite šalšom i na nju posložite patlidžane, onda od ovoga trenutka sve do vrha nastavite sljedećim rasporedom: šalša, parmezan, patlidžan i na vrhu završite s parmezanom kojem ćete dodati Mozzarellu. Ubacite sve u pećnicu zagrijanu na 190 ºC i ostavite 30-35 minuta.
Ako neko od ovih jela ne volite možete ga zamijeniti shakshukom o kojoj smo već pisali, a također je bazirana na šalši ili umjesto običnih špageta napraviti rezance od tikvica. Opcija je puno, samo budite kreativni i jest ćete zdravije, ukusnije te jeftinije.

Najbolji način kako spriječiti da u našim ubrzanim životima ispunjenima poslom i obavezama zanemarimo zdravu prehranu je da planiramo što jesti. Često se dovedemo u situaciju da na kraju dana jednostavno nemamo snage za spojiti ni one tri najosnovnije namirnice za pristojan obrok i onda jedemo sendviče, naručujemo pizze i sve ono što pokušavamo izbjeći.
Ponedjeljak je zato idealan da bismo spriječili takve pogreške i pripremili barem nekoliko jela za iduće dane. Problem je što jedno te ista hrana vrlo brzo dosadi. Ne možemo baš svaki dan jesti istu podgrijanu tjesteninu. Zato donosimo prijedlog kako od jednog kuhanja pripremiti tri zanimljiva jela koja vas čak neće ni podsjećati jedno na drugo.
ŠALŠA
Baza svakog od ova tri jela je umak od rajčice. Ovisno o tome za koliko ljudi je spremate odredite količinu koja vam je potrebna, ali za svako će vam trebati otprilike ista doza. Svatko ima neki svoj recept za šalšu, ali mi smo sada odabrali naš najbrži i jednostavniji.

Pulpa rajčice u staklenci

Maslinovo ulje

sol, papar, šećer, čili po želji
Priprema:
U lonac ulijte maslinovo ulje tako da dobro prekrije dno i zagrijte ga na srednjoj vatri te dodajte ljubičasti luk nasjeckan na sitne komadiće. Pričekajte dok ne promijeni boju i dok mu se obujam ne smanji barem za pola početnoga zatim dodajte pulpu rajčice i smanjite vatru. Odmah dodajte začine koje volite i pustite da se kuha nekih sat vremena uz povremeno miješanje.
PRIJEDLOZI JELA
Sada kada imate umak narednih dana možete ga servirati na najrazličitije načine. Jedan od njih je uz klasičnu tjesteninu što preporučujemo za prvi dan s obzirom na to da ste već dio vremena potrošili na pripremu umaka.
Drugi dan tjesteninu zamijenite lećom. Ostavite je večer prije u vodi, a onda prokuhajte u dvije vode. Kada vidite da je skoro skroz gotova procijedite je i u nju ubacite veću količinu umaka tako da se zadnjih par minuta kuha skupa s njim i postane sočnija. Ako ste u velikoj gužvi možete koristiti i gotovu leću iz konzerve samo je prije dobro isperite.
Jedan od dana kada imate nešto više vremena na raspolaganju i želite se počastiti pripremite si ukusnu Parmigianu. Jedina komplikacija je pečenje 'balancana' ali ako imate dobru grill tavu ni to ne mora biti problem. Patlidžan izrežite po dužini na ploške debljine pola centimetra i ispecite s obje strane. Originalan talijanski recept predviđa pečenje na ulju, ali tako će konačno jelo biti možda malo masnije i nezdravije pa mi koristimo roštilj ili grill tavu. Pustite da se ohladi i onda krenite na slaganje u vatrostalnu posudu.
Dno zdjele premažite šalšom i na nju posložite patlidžane, onda od ovoga trenutka sve do vrha nastavite sljedećim rasporedom: šalša, parmezan, patlidžan i na vrhu završite s parmezanom kojem ćete dodati Mozzarellu. Ubacite sve u pećnicu zagrijanu na 190 ºC i ostavite 30-35 minuta.
Ako neko od ovih jela ne volite možete ga zamijeniti shakshukom o kojoj smo već pisali, a također je bazirana na šalši ili umjesto običnih špageta napraviti rezance od tikvica. Opcija je puno, samo budite kreativni i jest ćete zdravije, ukusnije te jeftinije.
