Mjesecima nakon potresa koji je u ožujku pogodio Zagreb i okolicu, strah je i dalje jedna od glavnih tema, a osjećaj sigurnosti nikad nije bio poželjniji. Mjesecima nakon potresa koji je u ožujku pogodio Zagreb i okolicu, strah je i dalje jedna od glavnih tema, a osjećaj sigurnosti nikad nije bio poželjniji. Hrvatski paradoks: vlasnici smo nekretnina, a iste ne želimo osigurati – ignoriranje ili neznanje?

Mjesecima nakon potresa koji je u ožujku pogodio Zagreb i okolicu, strah je i dalje jedna od glavnih tema, a osjećaj sigurnosti nikad nije bio poželjniji. Građani su prvi put osjetili koliko su nemoćni u odnosu na prirodu te kako malo treba da ono što su gradili godinama završi s velikim oštećenjima. Međutim, oni koji su imali osiguranu imovinu financijski su udar znatno manje osjetili, što dovoljno govori o važnosti osiguranja imovine.

Ljeta su nerijetko praćena iznenadnim elementarnim nepogodama (požari, poplave…). Uz to, odlaskom na godišnji odmor nekretnine postaju česta meta lopova koji samo čekaju da kuće ili stanovi ostanu bez...
