Električni automobili, čak i uz poticaje, prosječnim su kupcima nedostupni te u prvi plan ponovno dolazi pogon na plin, LPG (Liquefied petroleum gas), odnosno UNP (ukapljeni naftni plin). Premda je zbog krize autoplin poskupio, te s 5,99 kn/l stoji 54 posto cijene benzina, i dalje je povoljna opcija, ali ako se prelazi barem tisuću kilometara mjesečno.

Naime, iako troškovi ugradnje iznose 5000 do 6000 kuna (snizila ih je velika konkurencija), na dodatni godišnji servis treba izdvojiti od 300 do 500 kuna, troškovi godišnje registracije povećani su za 450 kuna, a zbog niže toplinske vrijednosti treba računati na 15 do 20 posto veću potrošnju – ugradnja je i dalje isplativa.

Pogon benzinskih motora na plin poželjna je opcija, jer je plin ekološki prihvatljiv, ispušta manje čađe i štetnih plinova – dušikovih oksida, ugljikova monoksida…, uz dobro održavanje motor se manje haba i traje dulje, a to je i jedini energent kojeg Hrvatska ima dovoljno za vlastite potrebe. Zbog toga bi trebalo poticati ljude da prelaze na plinski pogon, odnosno da pri kupnji novih vozila biraju opciju s tvornički ugrađenom plinskom instalacijom, naglašava prometni stručnjak Željko Marušić.

Najveći je problem što se mnogi odlučuju na opremu sa što nižom cijenom, čime se riskira ugradnja opreme s niskom kvalitetom ugrađenih komponenti, lošom specifikacijom ili nekvalitetnom montažom. Dakle, otiđite u provjereni servis za ugradnju plinske instalacije. Ali nisu svi motori jednako pogodni za ugradnju plinske instalacije. Naime, tekući naftni plin (LPG) lošije hladi ventile od benzina, pa im se povećava istezanje i rizik toplinske erozije sjedišta. Potom mikrozavarivanjem i kidanjem djelića s površine ventili propadaju u sjedišta ventila.

Smanjenjem zazora ventili se ne zatvaraju potpuno te pucaju ili izgaraju u struji užarenih plinova. Zazor između podizača ventila i bregastog vratila smanjuje se, sve dok ne nestane te se profil brijega nasloni na podizač. Tada se ventili ne zatvaraju potpuno, kompresija i snaga padaju te ventili počinju pregarati. To otvara najvažniji problem. Najbolje je kupiti automobil s tvornički ugrađenom opremom za plin, jer imaju ojačane i otpornije ventile. Kod ostalih, važno je da su ventili s hidrauličkim podizačima, ne mehaničkim, kakve uglavnom koriste japanski motori. Najosjetljiviji za plin su motori Honde, Mazde i Toyote. To ne znači da kod njih ugradnja nije moguća, samo je važno ugraditi najbolju opremu s direktnim ubrizgavanjem.

Ako se ugradi sve kvalitetno, te se prelazi barem 10.000 kilometara godišnje (ispod se sigurno ne isplati), vožnja na autoplin može biti jeftinija nego na dizel. Ali treba znati da plin nije pogodan za forsiranu vožnju, jer se time preopterećuje razvodni mehanizam s ventilima, čelo klipa i klipne karike te motor može izgorjeti. Ne treba turirati motor u crveno polje okretomjera, te voziti brže od 140 km/h. Uz to, povremeno je dobro, dok se motor ne zagrije, voziti na plin, naglašava Željko Marušić.

Godišnji servis plina od 300 do 500 kuna

Automobil treba redovito servisirati, a velika je greška "zaboraviti" na dodatni servis za plinski sustav jer se čini da sve dobro radi. Mijenjaju se filtri plinovite i tekuće faze te se sve podešava. Zbog nečistoća u plinu dolazi do taloženja katrana i parafina u isparivaču i brizgaljkama, koje otežava protok plina i osiromašuje smjesu. Do 20 posto se ne osjeća na radu motora, a pritom vršne temperature, u zonama izgaranja, s 2200 do 2500 rastu na 2700 do 3000°C.

Nastaje efekt "autogenog rezanja", koji uništava vitalne dijelove, posebno kod suvremenih motora s finim tolerancijama, nužnim kako bi se skratio rad pod "čokom", radi ekologije i potrošnje. Stoga je potrebna točna i kontrolirana smjesa. Važno je da su bitni sustavi motora ispravni te da senzori koji reguliraju smjesu (lambda, MAP senzor tlaka i mjerač protoka zraka) daju stvarne rezultate, jer je omjer plina i zraka izravno vezan uz njihove vrijednosti. Posebno treba provjeriti je li usisna cijev propusna, jer ako ulazi "falš zrak", smjesa se ne može podesiti.

Električni automobili, čak i uz poticaje, prosječnim su kupcima nedostupni te u prvi plan ponovno dolazi pogon na plin, LPG (Liquefied petroleum gas), odnosno UNP (ukapljeni naftni plin). Premda je zbog krize autoplin poskupio, te s 5,99 kn/l stoji 54 posto cijene benzina, i dalje je povoljna opcija, ali ako se prelazi barem tisuću kilometara mjesečno.

Naime, iako troškovi ugradnje iznose 5000 do 6000 kuna (snizila ih je velika konkurencija), na dodatni godišnji servis treba izdvojiti od 300 do 500 kuna, troškovi godišnje registracije povećani su za 450 kuna, a zbog niže toplinske vrijednosti treba računati na 15 do 20 posto veću potrošnju – ugradnja je i dalje isplativa.

Pogon benzinskih motora na plin poželjna je opcija, jer je plin ekološki prihvatljiv, ispušta manje čađe i štetnih plinova – dušikovih oksida, ugljikova monoksida…, uz dobro održavanje motor se manje haba i traje dulje, a to je i jedini energent kojeg Hrvatska ima dovoljno za vlastite potrebe. Zbog toga bi trebalo poticati ljude da prelaze na plinski pogon, odnosno da pri kupnji novih vozila biraju opciju s tvornički ugrađenom plinskom instalacijom, naglašava prometni stručnjak Željko Marušić.

Najveći je problem što se mnogi odlučuju na opremu sa što nižom cijenom, čime se riskira ugradnja opreme s niskom kvalitetom ugrađenih komponenti, lošom specifikacijom ili nekvalitetnom montažom. Dakle, otiđite u provjereni servis za ugradnju plinske instalacije. Ali nisu svi motori jednako pogodni za ugradnju plinske instalacije. Naime, tekući naftni plin (LPG) lošije hladi ventile od benzina, pa im se povećava istezanje i rizik toplinske erozije sjedišta. Potom mikrozavarivanjem i kidanjem djelića s površine ventili propadaju u sjedišta ventila.

Smanjenjem zazora ventili se ne zatvaraju potpuno te pucaju ili izgaraju u struji užarenih plinova. Zazor između podizača ventila i bregastog vratila smanjuje se, sve dok ne nestane te se profil brijega nasloni na podizač. Tada se ventili ne zatvaraju potpuno, kompresija i snaga padaju te ventili počinju pregarati. To otvara najvažniji problem. Najbolje je kupiti automobil s tvornički ugrađenom opremom za plin, jer imaju ojačane i otpornije ventile. Kod ostalih, važno je da su ventili s hidrauličkim podizačima, ne mehaničkim, kakve uglavnom koriste japanski motori. Najosjetljiviji za plin su motori Honde, Mazde i Toyote. To ne znači da kod njih ugradnja nije moguća, samo je važno ugraditi najbolju opremu s direktnim ubrizgavanjem.

Ako se ugradi sve kvalitetno, te se prelazi barem 10.000 kilometara godišnje (ispod se sigurno ne isplati), vožnja na autoplin može biti jeftinija nego na dizel. Ali treba znati da plin nije pogodan za forsiranu vožnju, jer se time preopterećuje razvodni mehanizam s ventilima, čelo klipa i klipne karike te motor može izgorjeti. Ne treba turirati motor u crveno polje okretomjera, te voziti brže od 140 km/h. Uz to, povremeno je dobro, dok se motor ne zagrije, voziti na plin, naglašava Željko Marušić.

Godišnji servis plina od 300 do 500 kuna

Automobil treba redovito servisirati, a velika je greška "zaboraviti" na dodatni servis za plinski sustav jer se čini da sve dobro radi. Mijenjaju se filtri plinovite i tekuće faze te se sve podešava. Zbog nečistoća u plinu dolazi do taloženja katrana i parafina u isparivaču i brizgaljkama, koje otežava protok plina i osiromašuje smjesu. Do 20 posto se ne osjeća na radu motora, a pritom vršne temperature, u zonama izgaranja, s 2200 do 2500 rastu na 2700 do 3000°C.

Nastaje efekt "autogenog rezanja", koji uništava vitalne dijelove, posebno kod suvremenih motora s finim tolerancijama, nužnim kako bi se skratio rad pod "čokom", radi ekologije i potrošnje. Stoga je potrebna točna i kontrolirana smjesa. Važno je da su bitni sustavi motora ispravni te da senzori koji reguliraju smjesu (lambda, MAP senzor tlaka i mjerač protoka zraka) daju stvarne rezultate, jer je omjer plina i zraka izravno vezan uz njihove vrijednosti. Posebno treba provjeriti je li usisna cijev propusna, jer ako ulazi "falš zrak", smjesa se ne može podesiti.
