Vožnja kontinuirano pri velikim brzinama s velikim opterećenjem može predstavljati izazov, ali ne s Volvovim novim 17-litrenim Euro 6 motorom koji pokreće kamion FH16. Razvijen da preuzme najzahtjevnije prijevozne zadatke, novi motor dolazi s tri razine snage; 600 KS, 700 KS i 780 KS. Razine okretnog momenta povećane su na 3000 Nm, 3400 Nm i 3800 Nm u najsnažnijoj verziji. Veća snaga i okretni moment pretvaraju se u brži odziv motora, bolja vozna svojstva, maksimalnu produktivnost i poboljšanu učinkovitost goriva.

- Ponosan sam što mogu predstaviti novi motor. On je pravo remek-djelo i rezultat vrhunskog inženjerstva. Verzija sa 780 KS najjači je motor u kamionskoj industriji. Kada se penjete na strme uspone na cesti s maksimalnim opterećenjem, ne želite zapeti s premalo okretnog momenta i snage. Zato smo sve svoje napore usmjerili na to da motor D17 bude vrlo snažan, pouzdan i ima brzi odziv. Za naše kupce to se pretvara u brže obavljanje posla uz učinkovitiju potrošnju goriva - kaže Marcos Weingaertner, voditelj proizvoda u kompaniji Volvo Trucks.

Motor D17 opremljen je jednim učinkovitim turbopunjačem koji poboljšava odziv motora i iskustvo vožnje. Volvov inovativni patentirani dizajn valovitog klipa optimizira izgaranje i smanjuje emisije, dok novi sustav ubrizgavanja osigurava najbolju ekonomičnost goriva, a povećani vršni tlak u cilindru omogućuje veliku izlaznu snagu.

Snaga kočenja motorom u cijelom rasponu brzina znatno je poboljšana s izvanrednim odzivom motora. To omogućuje brzo mijenjanje brzina i rezultira manjim trošenjem kočionih obloga i disk kočnica te povećavaju učinkovitost pri spuštanju nizbrdo.

Novi motor D17 certificiran je za rad na HVO (hidrogenizirano biljno ulje) sa svim nazivnim snagama. Verzija sa 700 KS također je certificirana za rad na 100 % biodizela (B100). Mjenjač je poboljšan kako bi podnio do 3800 Nm, a učinkovitost unutarnjeg mjenjača dodatno je poboljšana na verzijama s 3000 Nm i 3400 Nm.

Početak prodaje modela Volvo FH16 s novim motorom je sredinom 2024. Početak proizvodnje za europska tržišta i Australiju trebao bi biti u drugoj polovici 2024.

Vožnja kontinuirano pri velikim brzinama s velikim opterećenjem može predstavljati izazov, ali ne s Volvovim novim 17-litrenim Euro 6 motorom koji pokreće kamion FH16. Razvijen da preuzme najzahtjevnije prijevozne zadatke, novi motor dolazi s tri razine snage; 600 KS, 700 KS i 780 KS. Razine okretnog momenta povećane su na 3000 Nm, 3400 Nm i 3800 Nm u najsnažnijoj verziji. Veća snaga i okretni moment pretvaraju se u brži odziv motora, bolja vozna svojstva, maksimalnu produktivnost i poboljšanu učinkovitost goriva.

- Ponosan sam što mogu predstaviti novi motor. On je pravo remek-djelo i rezultat vrhunskog inženjerstva. Verzija sa 780 KS najjači je motor u kamionskoj industriji. Kada se penjete na strme uspone na cesti s maksimalnim opterećenjem, ne želite zapeti s premalo okretnog momenta i snage. Zato smo sve svoje napore usmjerili na to da motor D17 bude vrlo snažan, pouzdan i ima brzi odziv. Za naše kupce to se pretvara u brže obavljanje posla uz učinkovitiju potrošnju goriva - kaže Marcos Weingaertner, voditelj proizvoda u kompaniji Volvo Trucks.

Motor D17 opremljen je jednim učinkovitim turbopunjačem koji poboljšava odziv motora i iskustvo vožnje. Volvov inovativni patentirani dizajn valovitog klipa optimizira izgaranje i smanjuje emisije, dok novi sustav ubrizgavanja osigurava najbolju ekonomičnost goriva, a povećani vršni tlak u cilindru omogućuje veliku izlaznu snagu.

Snaga kočenja motorom u cijelom rasponu brzina znatno je poboljšana s izvanrednim odzivom motora. To omogućuje brzo mijenjanje brzina i rezultira manjim trošenjem kočionih obloga i disk kočnica te povećavaju učinkovitost pri spuštanju nizbrdo.

Novi motor D17 certificiran je za rad na HVO (hidrogenizirano biljno ulje) sa svim nazivnim snagama. Verzija sa 700 KS također je certificirana za rad na 100 % biodizela (B100). Mjenjač je poboljšan kako bi podnio do 3800 Nm, a učinkovitost unutarnjeg mjenjača dodatno je poboljšana na verzijama s 3000 Nm i 3400 Nm.

- Uvjeren sam da će kupci i vozači cijeniti veću snagu kočenja motora, kao i mogućnost rada na HVO i biodizel. Vožnja kontinuirano pri velikim brzinama s velikim opterećenjem može predstavljati izazov, ali ne s Volvovim novim 17-litrenim Euro 6 motorom koji pokreće kamion FH16. Razvijen da preuzme najzahtjevnije prijevozne zadatke, novi motor dolazi s tri razine snage; 600 KS, 700 KS i 780 KS. Razine okretnog momenta povećane su na 3000 Nm, 3400 Nm i 3800 Nm u najsnažnijoj verziji. Veća snaga i okretni moment pretvaraju se u brži odziv motora, bolja vozna svojstva, maksimalnu produktivnost i poboljšanu učinkovitost goriva.

- Ponosan sam što mogu predstaviti novi motor. On je pravo remek-djelo i rezultat vrhunskog inženjerstva. Verzija sa 780 KS najjači je motor u kamionskoj industriji. Kada se penjete na strme uspone na cesti s maksimalnim opterećenjem, ne želite zapeti s premalo okretnog momenta i snage. Zato smo sve svoje napore usmjerili na to da motor D17 bude vrlo snažan, pouzdan i ima brzi odziv. Za naše kupce to se pretvara u brže obavljanje posla uz učinkovitiju potrošnju goriva - kaže Marcos Weingaertner, voditelj proizvoda u kompaniji Volvo Trucks.

Motor D17 opremljen je jednim učinkovitim turbopunjačem koji poboljšava odziv motora i iskustvo vožnje. Volvov inovativni patentirani dizajn valovitog klipa optimizira izgaranje i smanjuje emisije, dok novi sustav ubrizgavanja osigurava najbolju ekonomičnost goriva, a povećani vršni tlak u cilindru omogućuje veliku izlaznu snagu.

Snaga kočenja motorom u cijelom rasponu brzina znatno je poboljšana s izvanrednim odzivom motora. To omogućuje brzo mijenjanje brzina i rezultira manjim trošenjem kočionih obloga i disk kočnica te povećavaju učinkovitost pri spuštanju nizbrdo.

Novi motor D17 certificiran je za rad na HVO (hidrogenizirano biljno ulje) sa svim nazivnim snagama. Verzija sa 700 KS također je certificirana za rad na 100 % biodizela (B100). Mjenjač je poboljšan kako bi podnio do 3800 Nm, a učinkovitost unutarnjeg mjenjača dodatno je poboljšana na verzijama s 3000 Nm i 3400 Nm.

- Uvjeren sam da će kupci i vozači cijeniti veću snagu kočenja motora, kao i mogućnost rada na HVO i biodizel. D17 je fantastičan motor za fantastičan kamion, a svi naši kupci koji se oslanjaju na Volvo FH16 u svom svakodnevnom radu sada će imati još moćniji alat koji će im pomoći - kaže Marcos Weingaertner.
