Automobili BMW imaju poseban ugled među vozačima, ili barem među jednim njihovim dijelom. Slični ugled uživa i rad u tvornici BMW pa vi potencijalne zaposlenike mogla obradovati vijest da BMW planira gradnju nove tvornice i da traži nove radnike.
Kako pišu njemački mediji, nova tvornica BMW-a trebala bi biti izgrađena na površini od oko 60 hektara. Ondje će se proizvoditi do 330.000 visokonaponskih baterija godišnje za pogone proizvođača automobila u Münchenu i Regensburgu.
Od 2026. godine BMW namjerava proširiti tvornicu baterija za još 45 hektara u drugoj fazi izgradnje i tako udvostručiti proizvodni kapacitet.
BMW tvornicu namjerava početi graditi već sljedeće godine. Prema planovima BMW-a, u pogonu za montažu u početku će raditi oko 1.600 radnika, no oko 70 posto njih će se preseliti u Straßkirchen iz drugih BMW-ovih podružnica. Nakon proširenja tvornice, broj zaposlenih u Straßkirchenu trebao bi se približno udvostručiti do 2031. godine.

Prosječna bruto godišnja plaća za puno radno vrijeme za poziciju montažera u BMW grupi iznosi 40.900 eura. Ovisno o iskustvu, stupnju obrazovanja, lokaciji i drugim faktorima, plaća se može kretati između 26.400 eura i 64.700 eura.
Prosječna plaća radnika na proizvodnoj traci u Njemačkoj iznosi 3.268 eura mjesečno.
Na temelju 4423 izvješća o plaćama, prosječna plaća u BMW Grupi kreće se od 13.000 eura za poziciju "pripravnik" do 149.200 eura za poziciju "menadžer korporativnog razvoja". Zadovoljstvo radnika plaćom iznosi 4,2 od 5, što je 20 posto iznad prosjeka industrije, piše Fenix-magazin.
Sudeći prema iznosima plaće, imidžu i budućnosti kompanije te mogućnosti razvoja i napredovanja, zanimanja za rad u BMW-u ne bi trebalo manjkati.

Automobili BMW imaju poseban ugled među vozačima, ili barem među jednim njihovim dijelom. Slični ugled uživa i rad u tvornici BMW pa vi potencijalne zaposlenike mogla obradovati vijest da BMW planira gradnju nove tvornice i da traži nove radnike.
Kako pišu njemački mediji, nova tvornica BMW-a trebala bi biti izgrađena na površini od oko 60 hektara. Ondje će se proizvoditi do 330.000 visokonaponskih baterija godišnje za pogone proizvođača automobila u Münchenu i Regensburgu.
Od 2026. godine BMW namjerava proširiti tvornicu baterija za još 45 hektara u drugoj fazi izgradnje i tako udvostručiti proizvodni kapacitet.
BMW tvornicu namjerava početi graditi već sljedeće godine. Prema planovima BMW-a, u pogonu za montažu u početku će raditi oko 1.600 radnika, no oko 70 posto njih će se preseliti u Straßkirchen iz drugih BMW-ovih podružnica. Nakon proširenja tvornice, broj zaposlenih u Straßkirchenu trebao bi se približno udvostručiti do 2031. godine.

Prosječna bruto godišnja plaća za puno radno vrijeme za poziciju montažera u BMW grupi iznosi 40.900 eura. Ovisno o iskustvu, stupnju obrazovanja, lokaciji i drugim faktorima, plaća se može kretati između 26.400 eura i 64.700 eura.
Prosječna plaća radnika na proizvodnoj traci u Njemačkoj iznosi 3.268 eura mjesečno.
Na temelju 4423 izvješća o plaćama, prosječna plaća u BMW Grupi kreće se od 13.000 eura za poziciju "pripravnik" do 149.200 eura za poziciju "menadžer korporativnog razvoja". Zadovoljstvo radnika plaćom iznosi 4,2 od 5, što je 20 posto iznad prosjeka industrije, piše Fenix-magazin.
Sudeći prema iznosima plaće, imidžu i budućnosti kompanije te mogućnosti razvoja i napredovanja, zanimanja za rad u BMW-u ne bi trebalo manjkati.
