Nebesa, deseto izdanje Pixara, a ujedno i prvo u kojemu su protagonisti “obični” ljudi (ne personificirane životinje ili superheroji), pravi je mali klasik, kako u animiranom filmskom rodu, tako u žanru obiteljskog filma.

Film Petea Doctera tako je poseban status zavrijedio izvornom pričom i piksarovskim animacijskim kanonom koji iz godine u godinu privlači sve više publike, šireg opsega od onoga koji se uobičajeno drži privilegiranim posjetom animiranog filma.

Zgodnom igrom riječi, mogli bismo reći kako su s novim tehnologijama koje film ima na raspolaganju - “Nebesa” doista granica.

Uostalom, znakovito je da smo konačno doživjeli i to da je katedrala igranog filma, kao što je Filmski festival u Cannesu, ove godine otvorila vrata jednim animiranim filmom, eto baš Docterovim “Nebesima”.

Osim u filmskim antologijama, Pixar je već desetak godina osigurao stalan i dobar prihod koji je prošle godine na globalnoj razini Wall-E “ovjerio” s 535 milijuna dolara, što je još uvijek za 330 milijuna manje od zarade koju je ostvario “U potrazi za Nemom” prije šest godina.

Ove se godine očekuje još animiranih hitova (Fantastični gospodin Fox, Princeza i žabac...), ali već sad je prilično izvjesno da će Docterov film idućeg ožujka biti u uskoj oskarovskoj konkurenciji za najbolji animirani film, a - Cannes stavlja bubu u uho - možda i za najbolji dugometražni naslov uopće.

Disney leti u nebo

“Nebesa” su film za sve: ima tu akcije za djecu i emotivnog materijala za odrasle. Desetominutni prolog odvija se u 30-ima, gdje se dječak Carl Fredricksen fascinira južnoameričkim pustolovinama Charlesa Muntza. U maštarijama mu se pridružuje Ellie, a i u životu koji će uslijediti, kao bračna družica, sve dok se ne razboli i umre.

Film u osnovi započinje sa 78-godišnjim Carlom, usamljenim starcem, čiju grintavost dodatno pojačava činjenica da se gradska izgradnja opasno približila njegovom kućerku i samo čeka na priliku da ga smjesti u starački dom. Ipak, prije prisilnog iseljenja starac će im doskočiti, zapravo vinuti se u vis zajedno s kućom obješenom o tisuće šarenih dječjih balona s helijem. S njim će u pustolovinu i osmogodišnji Russell, koji se u trenutku iznenadnog polijetanja zatekao na Carlovu trijemu.

Walt Disney i Pixar sretan su partnerski spoj upravo zato što i jedan i drugi studio inzistiraju na pripovjednom kanonu koji niz klasičnih vrijednosti zaprema u neizmjenjivu fabularnu cjelinu. Disney je na takvim naslovima od “Bambija” i “Snjeguljice” izgradio neusporedivu biblioteku, a “Nebesa” i naslovom sugeriraju dokle ona danas ide.

Nebesa, deseto izdanje Pixara, a ujedno i prvo u kojemu su protagonisti “obični” ljudi (ne personificirane životinje ili superheroji), pravi je mali klasik, kako u animiranom filmskom rodu, tako u žanru obiteljskog filma.

Film Petea Doctera tako je poseban status zavrijedio izvornom pričom i piksarovskim animacijskim kanonom koji iz godine u godinu privlači sve više publike, šireg opsega od onoga koji se uobičajeno drži privilegiranim posjetom animiranog filma.

Zgodnom igrom riječi, mogli bismo reći kako su s novim tehnologijama koje film ima na raspolaganju - “Nebesa” doista granica.

Uostalom, znakovito je da smo konačno doživjeli i to da je katedrala igranog filma, kao što je Filmski festival u Cannesu, ove godine otvorila vrata jednim animiranim filmom, eto baš Docterovim “Nebesima”.

Osim u filmskim antologijama, Pixar je već desetak godina osigurao stalan i dobar prihod koji je prošle godine na globalnoj razini Wall-E “ovjerio” s 535 milijuna dolara, što je još uvijek za 330 milijuna manje od zarade koju je ostvario “U potrazi za Nemom” prije šest godina.

Ove se godine očekuje još animiranih hitova (Fantastični gospodin Fox, Princeza i žabac...), ali već sad je prilično izvjesno da će Docterov film idućeg ožujka biti u uskoj oskarovskoj konkurenciji za najbolji animirani film, a - Cannes stavlja bubu u uho - možda i za najbolji dugometražni naslov uopće.

Disney leti u nebo

“Nebesa” su film za sve: ima tu akcije za djecu i emotivnog materijala za odrasle. Desetominutni prolog odvija se u 30-ima, gdje se dječak Carl Fredricksen fascinira južnoameričkim pustolovinama Charlesa Muntza. U maštarijama mu se pridružuje Ellie, a i u životu koji će uslijediti, kao bračna družica, sve dok se ne razboli i umre.

Film u osnovi započinje sa 78-godišnjim Carlom, usamljenim starcem, čiju grintavost dodatno pojačava činjenica da se gradska izgradnja opasno približila njegovom kućerku i samo čeka na priliku da ga smjesti u starački dom. Ipak, prije prisilnog iseljenja starac će im doskočiti, zapravo vinuti se u vis zajedno s kućom obješenom o tisuće šarenih dječjih balona s helijem. S njim će u pustolovinu i osmogodišnji Russell, koji se u trenutku iznenadnog polijetanja zatekao na Carlovu trijemu.

Walt Disney i Pixar sretan su partnerski spoj upravo zato što i jedan i drugi studio inzistiraju na pripovjednom kanonu koji niz klasičnih vrijednosti zaprema u neizmjenjivu fabularnu cjelinu. Disney je na takvim naslovima od “Bambija” i “Snjeguljice” izgradio neusporedivu biblioteku, a “Nebesa” i naslovom sugeriraju dokle ona danas ide.
