Interaktivni filmovi i serije pronalaze mjesto u katalozima streaming servisa u posljednje vrijeme. Streaminzi eksperimentiraju kako bi obogatili ponudu i ponudili gledateljima odgovor na 3D, 4DX i slične kinoatrakcije, naslanjajući se na popularnost interaktivnih medija poput videoigara, virtualne stvarnosti i društvenih mreža. U tome zasad prednjači streaming div Netflix.

"Black Mirror: Bandersnatch" iz 2018. pripovijedao je o mladom programeru koji priprema ekranizaciju videoigre, što ima unutarnjeg smisla s obzirom na to da su videoigre interaktivnoga karaktera. Početkom ove godine Netflix je objavio i seriju "Kaleidoskop", koja je na interaktivni način pokušala osvježiti žanr pljačkaškog kriminalističkog trilera u stilu "Kuće od papira".

‘Fleabag‘ kao uzor

Krajem ljeta, na prijelazu kolovoza u rujan, premijeru je imala prva Netflixova interaktivna romantična komedija "Odaberi ljubav" ("Choose Love") redatelja Stuarta McDonalda i scenaristice Josann McGibbon. Kad romantična komedija postane interaktivna, ona pretvara gledatelje iz pasivnih u aktivne sudionike priče, gotovo pa pomoćnike redatelja.

Život protagonistice stavljen je u njihove ruke i oni mogu donositi odluke umjesto nje dok je u dilemi, bolje reći trilemi, te na taj način stvarati različite podzaplete koji mogu dovesti do drukčijih ishoda. Protagonistica je Cami (Laura Marano) i na početku filma vidimo je kako se ispovijeda da voli dečka i posao, ali izgleda da joj nešto fali, kako sluti čitačica tarota kod koje je zatječemo.

Camin pogled u kameru i razbijanje tzv. četvrtog zida uz komentar "Dobra je" sugerira kako "Odaberi ljubav" pronalazi uzor u seriji "Fleabag", ali i da se u startu trudi publiku involvirati u njezinu tipičnu, generičku romantično-komičnu priču "hallmarkovske" (ne)kvalitete kad se počne dvoumiti, tj. troumiti koga izabrati kao idealnog muškarca.

Je li to pouzdani stalni momak Paul (Scott Michael Foster), strastveni bivši dečko Jack (Jordi Webber) kojeg je vidjela nakon dugo vremena, ili spontani rokerski glazbenik Rex (Avan Jogia)? "Odaberi mene", svaki od njih govori, dok Cami ističe kako "ima dosta toga za procesuirati".

Gledatelj također. Jer, birajući druge dvije opcije, posreduje tome da protagonistica vara momka. Ako vam manjak kemije i romantično-komične interakcije između Cami i svakog od trojice tipova bode oči, možete odabrati jednoga čisto da se nešto događa, a postoji opcija i da protagonistica ostane solo.

Savjet i odluke publike

Svakako, gledatelj može provesti gotovo pet sati uz jedan film i načiniti ga drukčijim ako isproba sve opcije i donese različite odluke umjesto Cami u romantičnoj komediji koja podsjeća na "Groundhog Day" koncept ("Izvorni kod", "Na rubu budućnosti", "Pravi trenutak", "Sretan dan smrti" i njegov nastavak, "Palm Springs", serija "Babuška") inspiriran "what if" postavkom "Divnog života", ali i "Family Mana", citiranog u opciji njezine budućnosti sa srednjoškolskom ljubavi.

Cami to i traži od gledatelja, savjet na kvadrat, tretirajući ga kao prijatelja. Publika može donijeti brojne odluke umjesto Cami, kako (ne)će reagirati na "truth or dare" igru, hoće li dati savjet nećakinji da se obrani od "bullyja" i naći se s bivšim. "Ne bih ovo mogla bez vas", kaže ona u jednom trenutku filma.

"Choose Love" nudio je prostora za "groundhogdayovski" egzistencijalizam na temu pravih i pogrešnih romantičnih ili životnih izbora, samo što nije ni blizu tako dubokouman, premda je mogao biti takav, čak i (auto)ironičan s obzirom na, u konačnici, ipak limitiran odabir izbora za gledatelja.

U nekoliko ponuđenih opcija likovi sve više postaju marionete u rukama redatelja/gledatelja, a sve manje ljudska bića, makar na filmski način, ali na svoje može doći publika navikla da, gledajući rom-com film/seriju, dovikuje u ekran što da junakinja (ne) radi i negoduje ili odobrava (na) njezin odabir, pa i sami "happily (n)ever after" kraj romantično-komične priče.

Iako u oko upada plakat rom-com klasika "Praznik u Rimu" unutar filma, "Odaberi ljubav" je prije u rangu recentnih generičkih romantičnih komedija kao što su "Kod tebe ili kod mene?", "Ljubav u božićno doba", "Uzimam, možda" i "Ponovno ljubav", uz dodatnu manu da ovdje glume anonimusi umjesto hollywoodskih zvijezda, ali i prednost u vidu interaktivnosti. Eksperimentalan pristup rom-com žanru čini ovaj filmić malčice zanimljivijim nego što bi inače bio.

Interaktivni filmovi i serije pronalaze mjesto u katalozima streaming servisa u posljednje vrijeme. Streaminzi eksperimentiraju kako bi obogatili ponudu i ponudili gledateljima odgovor na 3D, 4DX i slične kinoatrakcije, naslanjajući se na popularnost interaktivnih medija poput videoigara, virtualne stvarnosti i društvenih mreža. U tome zasad prednjači streaming div Netflix.

"Black Mirror: Bandersnatch" iz 2018. pripovijedao je o mladom programeru koji priprema ekranizaciju videoigre, što ima unutarnjeg smisla s obzirom na to da su videoigre interaktivnoga karaktera. Početkom ove godine Netflix je objavio i seriju "Kaleidoskop", koja je na interaktivni način pokušala osvježiti žanr pljačkaškog kriminalističkog trilera u stilu "Kuće od papira".

‘Fleabag‘ kao uzor

Krajem ljeta, na prijelazu kolovoza u rujan, premijeru je imala prva Netflixova interaktivna romantična komedija "Odaberi ljubav" ("Choose Love") redatelja Stuarta McDonalda i scenaristice Josann McGibbon. Kad romantična komedija postane interaktivna, ona pretvara gledatelje iz pasivnih u aktivne sudionike priče, gotovo pa pomoćnike redatelja.

Život protagonistice stavljen je u njihove ruke i oni mogu donositi odluke umjesto nje dok je u dilemi, bolje reći trilemi, te na taj način stvarati različite podzaplete koji mogu dovesti do drukčijih ishoda. Protagonistica je Cami (Laura Marano) i na početku filma vidimo je kako se ispovijeda da voli dečka i posao, ali izgleda da joj nešto fali, kako sluti čitačica tarota kod koje je zatječemo.

Camin pogled u kameru i razbijanje tzv. četvrtog zida uz komentar "Dobra je" sugerira kako "Odaberi ljubav" pronalazi uzor u seriji "Fleabag", ali i da se u startu trudi publiku involvirati u njezinu tipičnu, generičku romantično-komičnu priču "hallmarkovske" (ne)kvalitete kad se počne dvoumiti, tj. troumiti koga izabrati kao idealnog muškarca.

Je li to pouzdani stalni momak Paul (Scott Michael Foster), strastveni bivši dečko Jack (Jordi Webber) kojeg je vidjela nakon dugo vremena, ili spontani rokerski glazbenik Rex (Avan Jogia)? "Odaberi mene", svaki od njih govori, dok Cami ističe kako "ima dosta toga za procesuirati".

Gledatelj također. Jer, birajući druge dvije opcije, posreduje tome da protagonistica vara momka. Ako vam manjak kemije i romantično-komične interakcije između Cami i svakog od trojice tipova bode oči, možete odabrati jednoga čisto da se nešto događa, a postoji opcija i da protagonistica ostane solo.

Savjet i odluke publike

Svakako, gledatelj može provesti gotovo pet sati uz jedan film i načiniti ga drukčijim ako isproba sve opcije i donese različite odluke umjesto Cami u romantičnoj komediji koja podsjeća na "Groundhog Day" koncept ("Izvorni kod", "Na rubu budućnosti", "Pravi trenutak", "Sretan dan smrti" i njegov nastavak, "Palm Springs", serija "Babuška") inspiriran "what if" postavkom "Divnog života", ali i "Family Mana", citiranog u opciji njezine budućnosti sa srednjoškolskom ljubavi.

Cami to i traži od gledatelja, savjet na kvadrat, tretirajući ga kao prijatelja. Publika može donijeti brojne odluke umjesto Cami, kako (ne)će reagirati na "truth or dare" igru, hoće li dati savjet nećakinji da se obrani od "bullyja" i naći se s bivšim. "Ne bih ovo mogla bez vas", kaže ona u jednom trenutku filma.

"Choose Love" nudio je prostora za "groundhogdayovski" egzistencijalizam na temu pravih i pogrešnih romantičnih ili životnih izbora, samo što nije ni blizu tako dubokouman, premda je mogao biti takav, čak i (auto)ironičan s obzirom na, u konačnici, ipak limitiran odabir izbora za gledatelja.

U nekoliko ponuđenih opcija likovi sve više postaju marionete u rukama redatelja/gledatelja, a sve manje ljudska bića, makar na filmski način, ali na svoje može doći publika navikla da, gledajući rom-com film/seriju, dovikuje u ekran što da junakinja (ne) radi i negoduje ili odobrava (na) njezin odabir, pa i sami "happily (n)ever after" kraj romantično-komične priče.

Iako u oko upada plakat rom-com klasika "Praznik u Rimu" unutar filma, "Odaberi ljubav" je prije u rangu recentnih generičkih romantičnih komedija kao što su "Kod tebe ili kod mene?", "Ljubav u božićno doba", "Uzimam, možda" i "Ponovno ljubav", uz dodatnu manu da ovdje glume anonimusi umjesto hollywoodskih zvijezda, ali i prednost u vidu interaktivnosti. Eksperimentalan pristup rom-com žanru čini ovaj filmić malčice zanimljivijim nego što bi inače bio.
