Čarobnjački svijet Warner Brosa ide dalje bez Harryja Pottera, ali s njim na pameti. Treći dio “harrypotterovskog” serijala “Čudesne zvijeri”, podnaslovljen “Dumbledoreove tajne”, imao je minulog vikenda hrvatsku pretpremijeru pred početak redovne kinodistribucije 14. travnja.

”Vikendom magije” nazvan je pretpremijerni “event” i potvrdio popularnost i franšiznost čarobnjačkog “fantasy” serijala “Fantastic Beasts”, također iz pera bestselerske autorice J.K. Rowling, koji obavlja dvojnu ulogu “spin-offa” i prednastavka “Harryja Pottera”. Najveći fanovi su se odijevali u likove iz filma, a posjetitelji su mogli i kupiti knjige prema kojima je serijal nastao.

Tajming za nove “Čudesne zvijeri” je pogođen. Interes za čarobnjačkim svijetom nanovo je porastao unatrag nekoliko mjeseci, nakon proslave 20. godišnjice “Harryja Pottera i kamena mudraca”, prvog filma iz jedne od najpopularnijih franšiza novog milenija i uopće, te “reuniona” njegovih glumaca u HBO-ovu specijalu.

Warner je toga svjestan pa režiju i scenarij opet potpisuju najfrekventniji “potterovski” redatelj David Yates i scenarist Steve Kloves (potonji uz samu Rowling), jedna od najava za “Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets Of Dumbledore” počinje kadrovima Harryja Pottera, a film se otvara i logom Wizarding World, kao odgovorom na Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Ništa se ne smije prepustiti slučaju jer “Dumbledoreove tajne” moraju postati megahit da se snime i preostala dva dijela serijala nakon podijeljene recepije njegovih prethodnika “Čudesne zvijeri i gdje ih naći” i “Čudesne zvijeri: Grindelwaldova osveta” (većina preferira prvi film, potpisnik ovih redaka drugi), pa i nekih kontroverzija.

Izvorni tumač mračnog čarobnjačkog negativca Gellerta Grindelwalda, Johnny Depp, dobio je otkaz nakon optužbi za bračno nasilje, zbog čega je u ulogu uskočio Mads Mikkelsen, dok je Ezra Miller (Flash iz DC-jeve “Lige pravde”) koji utjelovljuje Credencea Barebonea nedavno imao problema sa zakonom.

Sudeći po viđenom, “Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets Of Dumbledore” ima predispozicije da bude dosad najveći hit matičnog serijala. Iako još uvijek nije na razini najboljih “Pottera” (“Zatočenik Azkabana”), solidne “Dumbledoreove tajne” su kvalitetnije, uzbudljivije i intrigantnije od prijašnjih dvaju filmova, osobito nastupnog.

Prvome je nedostajalo istinske magije i čudesnosti, drugome scenarističke koherencije u prenatrpanosti zapleta, a treći to uspijeva nekako pomiriti, zasigurno i zbog opuštenije Yatesove režije i Klovesove iskusnije scenarističke ruke u odnosu na Rowlingčinu, premda i dalje nije toliko dobro izbalansiran između mračnjaštva i humora.

Fanovi bi, svakako, trebali guštati, a i ljubitelji fantazijskih blockbustera mogu naći nešto za sebe. Intriga je postavljena u uvodnim scenama. Objelodanjeno je ono što se slutilo u prethodniku i inače, da je Albus Dumbledore gay i da je imao vezu s Grindelwaldom, a to nije jedina tajna lika u tumačenju opet dobrog Judea Lawa (dostojan nasljednik Michaela Gambona).

“Bio sam zaljubljen u tebe”, priznaje Dumbledore kad se, uz šalicu čaja, nađe s Grindelwaldom kojeg Yates odmah uvodi u film da se gledatelji naviknu na Mikkelsena i njegov drukčiji, suptilniji pristup ulozi, više na tragu negativca kakvog je igrao u “Casinu Royale” nego “kopiranju” Deppa.

Nakon Dumbledoreova konačnog izlaska iz ormara i finalnog razilaska s Grindelwaldom oko pogleda na čarobnjake i bezjake/normalne ljude, eto nas kod Newta Scamandera (Eddie Redmayne) iz čarobnjačkog doma Hufflepuff, koji porađa biće zvano čilin, nalik zmajskom lanetu. Na ramenu je njegov vjerni pratitelj Letko, mini-Groot čarobnjačkog svijeta, a uz čilina tu je, u vizualno-magične svrhe, nekakva ptica koja se napuše kao balon i zatim poprimi obličje svojevrsnog pterodaktila.

”Kad se čilin rodi, njeno rođenje unosi promjenu”, govori Grindelwald koji se želi dokopati životinje kako bi zavladao svijetom, u čemu će ga pokušati indirektno spriječiti Dumbledore s Newtom, njegovim bratom Theseusom Scamanderom (Callum Turner), običnim čovjekom Jacobom Kowalskim (Dan Folger), asistenticom Bunty (Victoria Yates) i profesoricom s Hogwartsa, Lally (Jessica Williams), ali ne i Tinom Goldstein (Katherine Waterston), koja je “jako zaposlena s novim poslom”, “nije dostupna” i svedena je samo na “cameo” pojavljivanje.

Hogwarts je jedna od referencija na “Pottera” pored, primjerice, glazbenih motiva Johna Williamsa u pariturama Jamesa Newtona Howarda, no dobra vijest jest da “Dumbledoreove tajne” ne forsira pretjerano konekcije kao Marvelovi filmovi, već pokušava stvoriti vlastitu priču na temeljima dijeljenog svijeta i pretvoriti Grindelwalda u velikog negativca kalibra lorda Voldemorta (“najopasniji čarobnjak u više od stoljeća”, “ima sposobnost viđenja isječaka budućnosti”).

Interesantno je da Grindelwald uspostavlja kontrolu u fašističkom Berlinu tridesetih, poput Hitlera, gdje objavljuje rat genocidnih tendencija s bezjacima, kao i to da je Dumbledore spriječen da se s njime direktno suoči zbog krvne zakletve u obliku lančića koji čuva krv njih dvojice i ne može se raščiniti.

Odnos Dumbledorea i Grindelwalda, kao i Jacoba i Queenie Goldstein (Alison Sudol), protagonistice pretvorene u antagonisticu, daje prijeko potrebnu težinu filmu koji je, sa scenama sudara čarolija, bacanjima čini i čarobnjačkim okršajima u zrcalnim dimenzijama, spektakularniji, magičniji i zabavniji od prethodnika, na momente i do blesavoće kad Newt i Theseus moraju plesati da opčine ubojite križance škorpiona i jastoga. Ovaj put za likove malo više marimo, a to je, uz magiju, najbitnije. Dumbledoreovim riječima – tri boda za Hufflepuff. Tri zvjezdice za “Čudesne zvijeri 3”.

'I opet bih spasio svijet ako zatražiš'

Film nema ekstra scenu nakon odjavne špice koja bi najavljivala nastavak, ali isti je najavljen Newtovim riječima Dumbledoreau "I opet bih spasio svijet ako zatražiš".

Čarobnjački svijet Warner Brosa ide dalje bez Harryja Pottera, ali s njim na pameti. Treći dio “harrypotterovskog” serijala “Čudesne zvijeri”, podnaslovljen “Dumbledoreove tajne”, imao je minulog vikenda hrvatsku pretpremijeru pred početak redovne kinodistribucije 14. travnja.

”Vikendom magije” nazvan je pretpremijerni “event” i potvrdio popularnost i franšiznost čarobnjačkog “fantasy” serijala “Fantastic Beasts”, također iz pera bestselerske autorice J.K. Rowling, koji obavlja dvojnu ulogu “spin-offa” i prednastavka “Harryja Pottera”. Najveći fanovi su se odijevali u likove iz filma, a posjetitelji su mogli i kupiti knjige prema kojima je serijal nastao.

Tajming za nove “Čudesne zvijeri” je pogođen. Interes za čarobnjačkim svijetom nanovo je porastao unatrag nekoliko mjeseci, nakon proslave 20. godišnjice “Harryja Pottera i kamena mudraca”, prvog filma iz jedne od najpopularnijih franšiza novog milenija i uopće, te “reuniona” njegovih glumaca u HBO-ovu specijalu.

Warner je toga svjestan pa režiju i scenarij opet potpisuju najfrekventniji “potterovski” redatelj David Yates i scenarist Steve Kloves (potonji uz samu Rowling), jedna od najava za “Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets Of Dumbledore” počinje kadrovima Harryja Pottera, a film se otvara i logom Wizarding World, kao odgovorom na Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Ništa se ne smije prepustiti slučaju jer “Dumbledoreove tajne” moraju postati megahit da se snime i preostala dva dijela serijala nakon podijeljene recepije njegovih prethodnika “Čudesne zvijeri i gdje ih naći” i “Čudesne zvijeri: Grindelwaldova osveta” (većina preferira prvi film, potpisnik ovih redaka drugi), pa i nekih kontroverzija.

Izvorni tumač mračnog čarobnjačkog negativca Gellerta Grindelwalda, Johnny Depp, dobio je otkaz nakon optužbi za bračno nasilje, zbog čega je u ulogu uskočio Mads Mikkelsen, dok je Ezra Miller (Flash iz DC-jeve “Lige pravde”) koji utjelovljuje Credencea Barebonea nedavno imao problema sa zakonom.

Sudeći po viđenom, “Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets Of Dumbledore” ima predispozicije da bude dosad najveći hit matičnog serijala. Iako još uvijek nije na razini najboljih “Pottera” (“Zatočenik Azkabana”), solidne “Dumbledoreove tajne” su kvalitetnije, uzbudljivije i intrigantnije od prijašnjih dvaju filmova, osobito nastupnog.

Prvome je nedostajalo istinske magije i čudesnosti, drugome scenarističke koherencije u prenatrpanosti zapleta, a treći to uspijeva nekako pomiriti, zasigurno i zbog opuštenije Yatesove režije i Klovesove iskusnije scenarističke ruke u odnosu na Rowlingčinu, premda i dalje nije toliko dobro izbalansiran između mračnjaštva i humora.

Fanovi bi, svakako, trebali guštati, a i ljubitelji fantazijskih blockbustera mogu naći nešto za sebe. Intriga je postavljena u uvodnim scenama. Objelodanjeno je ono što se slutilo u prethodniku i inače, da je Albus Dumbledore gay i da je imao vezu s Grindelwaldom, a to nije jedina tajna lika u tumačenju opet dobrog Judea Lawa (dostojan nasljednik Michaela Gambona).

“Bio sam zaljubljen u tebe”, priznaje Dumbledore kad se, uz šalicu čaja, nađe s Grindelwaldom kojeg Yates odmah uvodi u film da se gledatelji naviknu na Mikkelsena i njegov drukčiji, suptilniji pristup ulozi, više na tragu negativca kakvog je igrao u “Casinu Royale” nego “kopiranju” Deppa.

Nakon Dumbledoreova konačnog izlaska iz ormara i finalnog razilaska s Grindelwaldom oko pogleda na čarobnjake i bezjake/normalne ljude, eto nas kod Newta Scamandera (Eddie Redmayne) iz čarobnjačkog doma Hufflepuff, koji porađa biće zvano čilin, nalik zmajskom lanetu. Na ramenu je njegov vjerni pratitelj Letko, mini-Groot čarobnjačkog svijeta, a uz čilina tu je, u vizualno-magične svrhe, nekakva ptica koja se napuše kao balon i zatim poprimi obličje svojevrsnog pterodaktila.

”Kad se čilin rodi, njeno rođenje unosi promjenu”, govori Grindelwald koji se želi dokopati životinje kako bi zavladao svijetom, u čemu će ga pokušati indirektno spriječiti Dumbledore s Newtom, njegovim bratom Theseusom Scamanderom (Callum Turner), običnim čovjekom Jacobom Kowalskim (Dan Folger), asistenticom Bunty (Victoria Yates) i profesoricom s Hogwartsa, Lally (Jessica Williams), ali ne i Tinom Goldstein (Katherine Waterston), koja je “jako zaposlena s novim poslom”, “nije dostupna” i svedena je samo na “cameo” pojavljivanje.

Hogwarts je jedna od referencija na “Pottera” pored, primjerice, glazbenih motiva Johna Williamsa u pariturama Jamesa Newtona Howarda, no dobra vijest jest da “Dumbledoreove tajne” ne forsira pretjerano konekcije kao Marvelovi filmovi, već pokušava stvoriti vlastitu priču na temeljima dijeljenog svijeta i pretvoriti Grindelwalda u velikog negativca kalibra lorda Voldemorta (“najopasniji čarobnjak u više od stoljeća”, “ima sposobnost viđenja isječaka budućnosti”).

Interesantno je da Grindelwald uspostavlja kontrolu u fašističkom Berlinu tridesetih, poput Hitlera, gdje objavljuje rat genocidnih tendencija s bezjacima, kao i to da je Dumbledore spriječen da se s njime direktno suoči zbog krvne zakletve u obliku lančića koji čuva krv njih dvojice i ne može se raščiniti.

Odnos Dumbledorea i Grindelwalda, kao i Jacoba i Queenie Goldstein (Alison Sudol), protagonistice pretvorene u antagonisticu, daje prijeko potrebnu težinu filmu koji je, sa scenama sudara čarolija, bacanjima čini i čarobnjačkim okršajima u zrcalnim dimenzijama, spektakularniji, magičniji i zabavniji od prethodnika, na momente i do blesavoće kad Newt i Theseus moraju plesati da opčine ubojite križance škorpiona i jastoga. Ovaj put za likove malo više marimo, a to je, uz magiju, najbitnije. Dumbledoreovim riječima – tri boda za Hufflepuff. Tri zvjezdice za “Čudesne zvijeri 3”.

Film nema ekstra scenu nakon odjavne špice koja bi najavljivala nastavak, ali isti je najavljen Newtovim riječima Dumbledoreau "I opet bih spasio svijet ako zatražiš".

‘Čudesne zvijeri: Dumbledoreove tajne‘: Čarobnjaci između misterije i magije

Čarobnjački svijet Warner Brosa ide dalje bez Harryja Pottera, ali s njim na pameti. Treći dio “harrypotterovskog” serijala “Čudesne zvijeri”, podnaslovljen “Dumbledoreove tajne”, imao je minulog vikenda hrvatsku pretpremijeru pred početak redovne kinodistribucije 14. travnja.

”Vikendom magije” nazvan je pretpremijerni “event” i potvrdio popularnost i franšiznost čarobnjačkog “fantasy” serijala “Fantastic Beasts”, također iz pera bestselerske autorice J.K. Rowling, koji obavlja dvojnu ulogu “spin-offa” i prednastavka “Harryja Pottera”. Najveći fanovi su se odijevali u likove iz filma, a posjetitelji su mogli i kupiti knjige prema kojima je serijal nastao.

Tajming za nove “Čudesne zvijeri” je pogođen. Interes za čarobnjačkim svijetom...
