Općina Dicmo u srijedu je Županijskom državnom odvjetništvu u Splitu podnijela kaznenu prijavu protiv odgovornih osoba u Sektoru lokacijskih dozvola i investicija Uprave za prostorno uređenje i dozvole državnog značenja pri Ministarstvu graditeljstva i prostornog uređenja, a vezano uz eksploataciju tehničko-građevinskog kamena u eksploatacijskom polju "Imber".

Prema riječima Ivana Maretića, načelnika općine Dicmo, u navedenom Sektoru lokacijskih dozvola 2012. godine splitskoj tvrtki "Lavčević" izdali su lokacijsku dozvolu kojoj je prethodilo pozitivno mišljenje Ministarstva zaštite okoliša, prostornog uređenja i graditeljstva o prihvatljivosti namjeravanog zahvata na okoliš.

Među uvjetima te prihvatljivosti bila je obveza "Lavčevića" da do "Imbera" izgradi dvije nekategorizirane prometnice ukupne dužine 3495 metara te da do spajanja na državnu cestu DC-1 koristi i postojeću lokalnu cestu dugu 1320 metara, za čije je korištenje, naravno, trebao pribaviti dozvolu vlasnika, u ovom slučaju Općine Dicmo.

Nikakve ceste "Lavčević" do "Imbera" nije izgradio, ali je zato 2015. godine ishodio izmjenu i dopunu lokacijske dozvole iz 2012. godine, čime su u Ministarstvu oslobodili "Lavčević" obveza, istovremeno mu dajući nepripadajuća prava.

U Sektoru lokacijskih dozvola i investicija izmijenili su priključenje "Imbera" na javnu, odnosno državnu cestu a da nisu izvršili procjenu utjecaja na okoliš po takvim izmjenama. Po prvotnoj lokacijskoj dozvoli, do "Imbera" se većim dijelom trebalo dolaziti novoizgrađenim nekategoriziranim prometnicama koje je "Lavčević" trebao izgraditi i istim prometnicama trebala se prevoziti iskopana mineralna sirovina.

Po izmijenjenoj lokacijskoj dozvoli "Lavčeviću" su, bez razmatranja utjecaja na ljude, tlo, vodu, zrak, šumu, biljni i životinjski svijet i drugo, omogućili da transport mineralnih sirovina obavljaju uglavnom korištenjem postojeće lokalne i županijske ceste kroz naselje Sičane u općini Dicmo.

– Tim nezakonitim činom odgovorne osobe u Ministarstvu zloupotrijebile su svoj položaj i ovlasti i "Lavčeviću" pribavile nepripadajuću imovinsku korist, a građanima Dicma istovremeno su nanijeli štetu. Zbog toga smo podnijeli ovu kaznenu prijavu. Građani Dicma i ja zajedno s njima kao načelnik općine nećemo dopustiti nikakvu eksploataciju mineralnih sirovina na "Imberu". Mi planiramo i želimo Dicmo i taj njegov dio razvijati u posve drugom smjeru – kazao nam je Ivan Maretić, načelnik Dicma.

Općina Dicmo u srijedu je Županijskom državnom odvjetništvu u Splitu podnijela kaznenu prijavu protiv odgovornih osoba u Sektoru lokacijskih dozvola i investicija Uprave za prostorno uređenje i dozvole državnog značenja pri Ministarstvu graditeljstva i prostornog uređenja, a vezano uz eksploataciju tehničko-građevinskog kamena u eksploatacijskom polju "Imber".

Prema riječima Ivana Maretića, načelnika općine Dicmo, u navedenom Sektoru lokacijskih dozvola 2012. godine splitskoj tvrtki "Lavčević" izdali su lokacijsku dozvolu kojoj je prethodilo pozitivno mišljenje Ministarstva zaštite okoliša, prostornog uređenja i graditeljstva o prihvatljivosti namjeravanog zahvata na okoliš.

Među uvjetima te prihvatljivosti bila je obveza "Lavčevića" da do "Imbera" izgradi dvije nekategorizirane prometnice ukupne dužine 3495 metara te da do spajanja na državnu cestu DC-1 koristi i postojeću lokalnu cestu dugu 1320 metara, za čije je korištenje, naravno, trebao pribaviti dozvolu vlasnika, u ovom slučaju Općine Dicmo.

Nikakve ceste "Lavčević" do "Imbera" nije izgradio, ali je zato 2015. godine ishodio izmjenu i dopunu lokacijske dozvole iz 2012. godine, čime su u Ministarstvu oslobodili "Lavčević" obveza, istovremeno mu dajući nepripadajuća prava.

U Sektoru lokacijskih dozvola i investicija izmijenili su priključenje "Imbera" na javnu, odnosno državnu cestu a da nisu izvršili procjenu utjecaja na okoliš po takvim izmjenama. Po prvotnoj lokacijskoj dozvoli, do "Imbera" se većim dijelom trebalo dolaziti novoizgrađenim nekategoriziranim prometnicama koje je "Lavčević" trebao izgraditi i istim prometnicama trebala se prevoziti iskopana mineralna sirovina.

Po izmijenjenoj lokacijskoj dozvoli "Lavčeviću" su, bez razmatranja utjecaja na ljude, tlo, vodu, zrak, šumu, biljni i životinjski svijet i drugo, omogućili da transport mineralnih sirovina obavljaju uglavnom korištenjem postojeće lokalne i županijske ceste kroz naselje Sičane u općini Dicmo.

– Tim nezakonitim činom odgovorne osobe u Ministarstvu zloupotrijebile su svoj položaj i ovlasti i "Lavčeviću" pribavile nepripadajuću imovinsku korist, a građanima Dicma istovremeno su nanijeli štetu. Zbog toga smo podnijeli ovu kaznenu prijavu. Građani Dicma i ja zajedno s njima kao načelnik općine nećemo dopustiti nikakvu eksploataciju mineralnih sirovina na "Imberu". Mi planiramo i želimo Dicmo i taj njegov dio razvijati u posve drugom smjeru – kazao nam je Ivan Maretić, načelnik Dicma.

Općina Dicmo podnijela kaznenu prijavu zbog zloporaba oko kamenoloma ‘Imber‘

Općina Dicmo u srijedu je Županijskom državnom odvjetništvu u Splitu podnijela kaznenu prijavu protiv odgovornih osoba u Sektoru lokacijskih dozvola i investicija Uprave za prostorno uređenje i dozvole državnog značenja pri Ministarstvu graditeljstva i prostornog uređenja, a vezano uz eksploataciju tehničko-građevinskog kamena u eksploatacijskom polju "Imber".

Prema riječima Ivana Maretića, načelnika općine Dicmo, u navedenom Sektoru lokacijskih dozvola 2012. godine splitskoj tvrtki "Lavčević" izdali su lokacijsku dozvolu kojoj je prethodilo pozitivno mišljenje Ministarstva zaštite okoliša, prostornog uređenja i graditeljstva o prihvatljivosti namjeravanog zahvata na okoliš.

Među uvjetima te prihvatljivosti bila je obveza "Lavčevića" da do "Imbera" izgradi dvije...
