Stanovnici brojnih vrgorskih sela koji dobivaju vodu s izvora Banja, danima se muče kako održavati osobnu higijenu, naročito je teško onima koji imaju starije i nemoćne u kući, kao i školsku djecu.
Svaki dan gledaju kad će iz suhih špina poteći kap vode. No, nažalost nje nema već danima, cisternama vatrogasnih postrojbi razvozi se voda za piće po mjestima.
No, to malo ili nimalo tješi sve nervoznije građane koji preko društevnih mreža negoduju i krivicu svaljuju na čelnike Grada i tvrtke "Komunalno". Posebno teška situacija je u brdsko-planinskim selima poput: Zavojana, Stilja, Kašča, Rašćana, Dugih Njiva, Kljenka...
- Osim nestanka vode, pukla mi je šipka u nozi. A što da vam kažem? Ovo je užas.
Djeca danima iz starog sarnjača u karijolama voze vodu da bi se okupala. Mi smo im na Stiljima zadnja rupa na svirali, po drugim selima puštaju vodu, a kod nas ni ne pokušavaju - kazao je prilično ljutito Jure Šimunović.
Slično razmišlja i Ivo Erceg iz Rašćana:
- Plaćamo najskuplju vodu u Hrvatskoj i opet je nemamo. Kako to objasniti?
Navodno su pokušali pustiti vodu za Rašćane, ali se na vodovodu dogodilo puknuće i tko zna kad ćemo je sad dobiti.
Kontaktirali smo Tomislava Leku, tehničkog direktora "Komunalnog", koji je u ovom trenutku najtraženija osoba u Vrgorskoj krajini. Sve oči uprte su u nebo, koje će se teško smilovati s nekom kapi kiše tijekom predstojećih dana.

- Odmah da vam kažem, nisam nadležan za davanje izjava medijima nego direktor Miljenko Polić - upozorio je Leko na početku razgovora i nakon našeg sljedećeg pitanja, ipak se "otvorio":
- Razina vode u izvorištu Banja pala je u 24 sata za gotovo šest metara, s osam na dva metra. To se nikad dosad nije dogodilo.
Činimo sve da održimo sustav, sinoć smo pustili Koteze i Kokoriće, danas ćemo pokušati Duge Njive i Kljenak. Zavojane nismo uspjeli, nadam se da ćemo uskoro pustiti vodu prema Rašćanima, Kozici, Vlaki i Dragljanima.
Što je sa Stiljima, Kaščom i Prapatnicama?
- Tu nam problem predstavalja doprema vode velikim cisternama do vodospreme, pa ćemo pokušati napuniti spremu u Prapatnicama i tako prebaciti vodu - ističe prvi operativac "Komunalnog".
Nazire li se kraj ove agonije, hoće li biti redukcija vode i u Vrgorcu?
- Sve ovisi o padalinama, a budući da njih nema na vidiku, situacija može biti samo teža. Stoga apeliramo na sve potrošače da racionalno troše vodu, nema potrebe za zaljevanjem okućnica...
Vrgorac za sad držimo pod kontrolom i ne bi trebalo doći do redukcija ako se zadrži ova razina vode u Banji. No, situacija se može promjeniti preko noći, kao u nedjelju. Ulažemo sve napore da svako selo ima vodu barem jedan dan kako bi se ljudi mogli tuširati, oprati odjeću - zaključio je Leko.

Stanovnici brojnih vrgorskih sela koji dobivaju vodu s izvora Banja, danima se muče kako održavati osobnu higijenu, naročito je teško onima koji imaju starije i nemoćne u kući, kao i školsku djecu.
Svaki dan gledaju kad će iz suhih špina poteći kap vode. No, nažalost nje nema već danima, cisternama vatrogasnih postrojbi razvozi se voda za piće po mjestima.
No, to malo ili nimalo tješi sve nervoznije građane koji preko društevnih mreža negoduju i krivicu svaljuju na čelnike Grada i tvrtke "Komunalno". Posebno teška situacija je u brdsko-planinskim selima poput: Zavojana, Stilja, Kašča, Rašćana, Dugih Njiva, Kljenka...
- Osim nestanka vode, pukla mi je šipka u nozi. A što da vam kažem? Ovo je užas.
Djeca danima iz starog sarnjača u karijolama voze vodu da bi se okupala. Mi smo im na Stiljima zadnja rupa na svirali, po drugim selima puštaju vodu, a kod nas ni ne pokušavaju - kazao je prilično ljutito Jure Šimunović.
Slično razmišlja i Ivo Erceg iz Rašćana:
- Plaćamo najskuplju vodu u Hrvatskoj i opet je nemamo. Kako to objasniti?
Navodno su pokušali pustiti vodu za Rašćane, ali se na vodovodu dogodilo puknuće i tko zna kad ćemo je sad dobiti.
Kontaktirali smo Tomislava Leku, tehničkog direktora "Komunalnog", koji je u ovom trenutku najtraženija osoba u Vrgorskoj krajini. Sve oči uprte su u nebo, koje će se teško smilovati s nekom kapi kiše tijekom predstojećih dana.

- Odmah da vam kažem, nisam nadležan za davanje izjava medijima nego direktor Miljenko Polić - upozorio je Leko na početku razgovora i nakon našeg sljedećeg pitanja, ipak se "otvorio":
- Razina vode u izvorištu Banja pala je u 24 sata za gotovo šest metara, s osam na dva metra. To se nikad dosad nije dogodilo.
Činimo sve da održimo sustav, sinoć smo pustili Koteze i Kokoriće, danas ćemo pokušati Duge Njive i Kljenak. Zavojane nismo uspjeli, nadam se da ćemo uskoro pustiti vodu prema Rašćanima, Kozici, Vlaki i Dragljanima.
Što je sa Stiljima, Kaščom i Prapatnicama?
- Tu nam problem predstavalja doprema vode velikim cisternama do vodospreme, pa ćemo pokušati napuniti spremu u Prapatnicama i tako prebaciti vodu - ističe prvi operativac "Komunalnog".
Nazire li se kraj ove agonije, hoće li biti redukcija vode i u Vrgorcu?
- Sve ovisi o padalinama, a budući da njih nema na vidiku, situacija može biti samo teža. Stoga apeliramo na sve potrošače da racionalno troše vodu, nema potrebe za zaljevanjem okućnica...
Vrgorac za sad držimo pod kontrolom i ne bi trebalo doći do redukcija ako se zadrži ova razina vode u Banji. No, situacija se može promjeniti preko noći, kao u nedjelju. Ulažemo sve napore da svako selo ima vodu barem jedan dan kako bi se ljudi mogli tuširati, oprati odjeću - zaključio je Leko.
