Policijski službenici Postaje granične policije Imotski, dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 44-godišnjim državljaninom Srbije za kojeg je utvrđeno postojanje osnovane sumnje da je ostvario obilježja kaznenog djela Protuzakonito ulaženje, kretanje i boravak u Republici Hrvatskoj, drugoj državi članici Europske unije ili potpisnici Šengenskog sporazuma.

Naime, policijski službenici su u utorak, 17. listopada 2023. godine u jutarnjim satima na imotskom području zaustavili kombi vozilo kojim je upravljao spomenuti 44-godišnjak. U unutrašnjosti automobila nalazilo se 16 stranih državljana, a koji su nezakonito ušli u Republiku Hrvatsku.

Utvrđeno je postojanje osnovane sumnje da je 44-godišnjak iz koristoljublja pomogao stranim državljanima u protuzakonitom kretanju na način da ih je, po prethodnom dogovoru, preuzeo na imotskom području, nakon što su nezakonito pješice ušli na područje Republike Hrvatske.

Policijski su službenici prema stranim državljanima postupali sukladno Zakonu o strancima, dok je 44-godišnjak uz kaznenu prijavu predan pritvorskom nadzorniku.

Policijski službenici Postaje granične policije Imotski, dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 44-godišnjim državljaninom Srbije za kojeg je utvrđeno postojanje osnovane sumnje da je ostvario obilježja kaznenog djela Protuzakonito ulaženje, kretanje i boravak u Republici Hrvatskoj, drugoj državi članici Europske unije ili potpisnici Šengenskog sporazuma.

Naime, policijski službenici su u utorak, 17. listopada 2023. godine u jutarnjim satima na imotskom području zaustavili kombi vozilo kojim je upravljao spomenuti 44-godišnjak. U unutrašnjosti automobila nalazilo se 16 stranih državljana, a koji su nezakonito ušli u Republiku Hrvatsku.

Utvrđeno je postojanje osnovane sumnje da je 44-godišnjak iz koristoljublja pomogao stranim državljanima u protuzakonitom kretanju na način da ih je, po prethodnom dogovoru, preuzeo na imotskom području, nakon što su nezakonito pješice ušli na područje Republike Hrvatske.

Policijski su službenici prema stranim državljanima postupali sukladno Zakonu o strancima, dok je 44-godišnjak uz kaznenu prijavu predan pritvorskom nadzorniku.

Na području Imotskog spriječeno krijumčarenje 16 stranih državljana: ilegalne imigrante u kombiju prevozio 44-godišnjak

Policijski službenici Postaje granične policije Imotski, dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 44-godišnjim državljaninom Srbije za kojeg je utvrđeno postojanje osnovane sumnje da je ostvario obilježja kaznenog djela Protuzakonito ulaženje, kretanje i boravak u Republici Hrvatskoj, drugoj državi članici Europske unije ili potpisnici Šengenskog sporazuma.

Naime, policijski službenici su u utorak, 17. listopada 2023. godine u jutarnjim satima na imotskom području zaustavili kombi vozilo kojim je upravljao spomenuti 44-godišnjak. U unutrašnjosti automobila nalazilo se 16 stranih državljana, a koji su nezakonito ušli u Republiku Hrvatsku.

Utvrđeno je postojanje osnovane sumnje da je 44-godišnjak iz koristoljublja pomogao stranim državljanima u protuzakonitom kretanju na način da ih je, po prethodnom dogovoru, preuzeo na imotskom području, nakon što su nezakonito pješice ušli na područje Republike Hrvatske.

Policijski su službenici prema stranim državljanima postupali sukladno Zakonu o strancima, dok je 44-godišnjak uz kaznenu prijavu predan pritvorskom nadzorniku.
