Radnici "Čistoće" Cetinske krajine, tvrtke koja upravlja sinjskim odlagalištem komunalnog otpada Mojanka na Kukuzovcu, nedavno su ponovno spriječili iskrcavanje pristiglog kamiona punog smeća iz Vrgorca, a sinjski gradonačelnik Miro Bulj i njegov zamjenik Denis Bobeta vratili su kamion smeća u Vrgorac.

A još od 2019. godine je zatvoreno vrgorsko odlagalište otpada Ajdanovac. Naime, prema Odluci o redoslijedu i dinamici zatvaranja odlagališta u RH, donesenoj od Ministarstva zaštite okoliša i energetike u prosincu 2018. godine, a po naredbi višeg inspektora zaštite okoliša, "Čistoća" Cetinske krajine trebala je započeti preuzimanje miješanog komunalnog otpada prikupljenog na području Grada Vrgorca.

Odlagalište neopasnog otpada Ajdanovac zbog neispunjavanja kriterija za nastavak rada bilo je potrebno zatvoriti do konca 2018. godine te provesti postupak sanacije. S obzirom na to da Sinjani ne žele deponirati vrgorski otpad, vrgorskoj tvrtki "Gradska čistoća i usluge" su ruke vezane i nemaju ga gdje odlagati, već opet na Ajdanovcu, što nam je potvrdio Mile Herceg, vrgorski gradonačelnik.

Zatvoren - na papiru

Kako kazuje Herceg, Ajdanovac je od 2019. godine zatvoren, ali samo na papiru.

- Otpad koji skupimo iz Vrgorca, okolnih sela i općine Pojezerje, prema odluci Ministarstva moramo odvoziti u Sinj, Trogir i Imotski. Međutim, imotsko odlagalište je u procesu sanacije tako da nam je ta opcija otpala, kao i Trogir, gdje su nam odmah zabranili odlaganje. I na koncu nam je samo ostalo sinjsko odlagalište, ali tamo nam nikada nisu dali odložiti otpad tako da nemamo izbora i onda ga deponiramo na Ajdanovac, mada je inspektorat nedavno direktoru "Čistoće" izdao novčanu kaznu od 100 tisuća kuna - ističe Herceg.

Gradonačelnik Vrgorca navodi da u posljednje tri godine nijednom nisu uspjeli odložiti otpad ni na jedno od navedena tri odlagališta, ali i da razumije djelatnike sinjske "Čistoće", kao i gradonačelnika Bulja, jer ne žele da se na njihovu odlagalištu povećava kapacitet otpada, unatoč činjenici da im je Ministarstvo naložilo da otpad voze u Sinj. Kako kazuje, zimi se otpad odvozi jedanput tjedno, a ljeti dva puta tjedno.

Opet ću to napraviti

Iz kojih razloga uporno odbijaju vrgorski otpad, upitali smo Mira Bulja, sinjskog gradonačelnika i saborskog zastupnika, koji kazuje da se odlukom resornog Ministarstva samo nanijela financijska šteta Vrgorčanima jer kamion Čistoće Vrgorac do odlagališta Mojanka i natrag treba bez veze voziti 200 kilometara.

- Kamion smeća iz Vrgorca dosad sam zaustavio barem četiri puta i opet ću to napraviti jer se naše sinjsko odlagalište nalazi u blizini pritoka Cetine i gospodarske zone, a osim toga ne može primiti i smeće iz Vrgorca i okolice. Cilj nam je sanirati naše odlagalište na koje se svakog dana deponira otpad iz Sinja i cijelog cetinskog kraja, koji broji oko 50 tisuća stanovnika.

Ja nemam ništa protiv Vrgorčana jer su oni moji veliki prijatelji i nisu krivi što im je odlukom naloženo da otpad voze u Sinj, ali imaju oni puno bližih odlagališta - kazao je Bulj, dodavši da je za ovakvo stanje kriva Županija splitsko-dalmatinska koja je cijeli problem trebala riješiti izgradnjom odlagališta Lećevica.

Radnici "Čistoće" Cetinske krajine, tvrtke koja upravlja sinjskim odlagalištem komunalnog otpada Mojanka na Kukuzovcu, nedavno su ponovno spriječili iskrcavanje pristiglog kamiona punog smeća iz Vrgorca, a sinjski gradonačelnik Miro Bulj i njegov zamjenik Denis Bobeta vratili su kamion smeća u Vrgorac.

A još od 2019. godine je zatvoreno vrgorsko odlagalište otpada Ajdanovac. Naime, prema Odluci o redoslijedu i dinamici zatvaranja odlagališta u RH, donesenoj od Ministarstva zaštite okoliša i energetike u prosincu 2018. godine, a po naredbi višeg inspektora zaštite okoliša, "Čistoća" Cetinske krajine trebala je započeti preuzimanje miješanog komunalnog otpada prikupljenog na području Grada Vrgorca.

Odlagalište neopasnog otpada Ajdanovac zbog neispunjavanja kriterija za nastavak rada bilo je potrebno zatvoriti do konca 2018. godine te provesti postupak sanacije. S obzirom na to da Sinjani ne žele deponirati vrgorski otpad, vrgorskoj tvrtki "Gradska čistoća i usluge" su ruke vezane i nemaju ga gdje odlagati, već opet na Ajdanovcu, što nam je potvrdio Mile Herceg, vrgorski gradonačelnik.

Zatvoren - na papiru

Kako kazuje Herceg, Ajdanovac je od 2019. godine zatvoren, ali samo na papiru.

- Otpad koji skupimo iz Vrgorca, okolnih sela i općine Pojezerje, prema odluci Ministarstva moramo odvoziti u Sinj, Trogir i Imotski. Međutim, imotsko odlagalište je u procesu sanacije tako da nam je ta opcija otpala, kao i Trogir, gdje su nam odmah zabranili odlaganje. I na koncu nam je samo ostalo sinjsko odlagalište, ali tamo nam nikada nisu dali odložiti otpad tako da nemamo izbora i onda ga deponiramo na Ajdanovac, mada je inspektorat nedavno direktoru "Čistoće" izdao novčanu kaznu od 100 tisuća kuna - ističe Herceg.

Gradonačelnik Vrgorca navodi da u posljednje tri godine nijednom nisu uspjeli odložiti otpad ni na jedno od navedena tri odlagališta, ali i da razumije djelatnike sinjske "Čistoće", kao i gradonačelnika Bulja, jer ne žele da se na njihovu odlagalištu povećava kapacitet otpada, unatoč činjenici da im je Ministarstvo naložilo da otpad voze u Sinj. Kako kazuje, zimi se otpad odvozi jedanput tjedno, a ljeti dva puta tjedno.

Opet ću to napraviti

Iz kojih razloga uporno odbijaju vrgorski otpad, upitali smo Mira Bulja, sinjskog gradonačelnika i saborskog zastupnika, koji kazuje da se odlukom resornog Ministarstva samo nanijela financijska šteta Vrgorčanima jer kamion Čistoće Vrgorac do odlagališta Mojanka i natrag treba bez veze voziti 200 kilometara.

- Kamion smeća iz Vrgorca dosad sam zaustavio barem četiri puta i opet ću to napraviti jer se naše sinjsko odlagalište nalazi u blizini pritoka Cetine i gospodarske zone, a osim toga ne može primiti i smeće iz Vrgorca i okolice. Cilj nam je sanirati naše odlagalište na koje se svakog dana deponira otpad iz Sinja i cijelog cetinskog kraja, koji broji oko 50 tisuća stanovnika.

Ja nemam ništa protiv Vrgorčana jer su oni moji veliki prijatelji i nisu krivi što im je odlukom naloženo da otpad voze u Sinj, ali imaju oni puno bližih odlagališta - kazao je Bulj, dodavši da je za ovakvo stanje kriva Županija splitsko-dalmatinska koja je cijeli problem trebala riješiti izgradnjom odlagališta Lećevica.
