Nakon objave našeg teksta o pomalo apsurdnoj situaciji na državnoj cesti Vrgorac-Makarska, gdje je gotovo cijela rekonstruirana 15-kilometarska dionica presvučena novim slojem asfalta, a dio Stupice, dug oko 500 metara, ostao neobnovljen, stigao je znatno ranije traženi odgovor iz "Hrvatskih cesta" koje su investitor radova na "žili kucavici" između Makarskog primorja i Zabiokovlja.

U opširnom odgovoru, iz HC-a su ustvrdili kako nedavno okončani zahvat nije kraj ulaganjima u važnu dalmatinsku prometnicu, jer se planiraju izgraditi još jedan manji tunel i dva vijadukta, a sve će to porezne obveznike stajati još 65 milijuna kuna. To bi bio treći tunel kroz Biokovo, uz "Svetog Iliju" kao najpoznatijeg i onoga izgrađenoga 2011. godine upravo na Stupici, dugog 230 metara.

Kad se sve zbroji sve što je od 2010. godine i velikog odrona u vrletima Biokova uloženo u cestu pune dužine 30 kilometara, uključujući i spomenuti iznos koji se tek treba ostvariti, cijena bi, prema aktualnom stanju, mogla iznositi gotovo 190 milijuna kuna. Ocjenu je li to puno ili malo, prepuštamo stručnjacima i našim čitateljima.

No, postavlja se još jedno logično pitanje - je li se tijekom tog velikog odrona mogao povući dio operative i ljudstva koji su tada bili angažirani na izgradnji autoceste A1 kroz Zabiokovlje i probiti Stupicu u punom profilu, a time riješiti pitanja i sigurnosti i dodatnih troškova?

Uglavnom, radovi na preostalom potezu neće početi ove godine, čekat će se još neko vrijeme dok se ne napravi projektna dokumentacija i ishoduju sve potrebne dozvole.

- Poddionica ceste između Stupice i Dugih Njiva, položena na padinama Biokova s velikim poprečnim nagibom terena koji je svrstava u tešku planinsku kategoriju, ima vrlo složenu prometnu problematiku koju smo dobro upoznali i detaljno analizirali pri realizaciji sanacije dijela ceste uzrokovane odronom na Stupici.

Glavnu karakteristiku terena kojim je položena trasa ove dionice čine potencijalno nestabilni kameni blokovi. Navedenim projektnim zahvatom nije otklonjena opasnost od odrona u dužini od oko 1895 metara, koji ima potpuno identične karakteristike (potencijalno nestabilni kameni blokovi) kao i već sanirani dio prometnice na predjelu Stupica - naglašavaju iz HC-a.

Kako navode u odgovoru na naša pitanja, spomenuta državna tvrtka je u proteklom razdoblju naručila izradu idejnih rješenja nekoliko varijanti potrebnog sanacijskog zahvata.

- Optimalno rješenje predstavlja značajni zahvat u prostoru, kojeg čine tunel dužine 180 metara i dva vijadukta, ukupne dužine 77 metara. Preliminarna procjena svih investicijskih troškova iznosi oko 65 milijuna kuna, dok će za precizniju specifikaciju troškova biti će nužno provesti inženjersko - geološko – alpinističko kartiranje potencijalno nestabilnih i labilnih kamenih blokova.

Upravo provedena rekonstrukcija dionice Duge Njive-Ravča nije u koliziji s navedenim. "Hrvatske ceste" će provesti sve potrebne postupke u smislu izrade kompletne projektne dokumentacije, ishođenja potrebnih dozvola te u konačnici i samu izgradnju ove zahtjevne dionice kako bi se u potpunosti otklonila bilo kakva opasnost na ovom dijelu državne ceste - zaključuju iz HC-a.

Nakon objave našeg teksta o pomalo apsurdnoj situaciji na državnoj cesti Vrgorac-Makarska, gdje je gotovo cijela rekonstruirana 15-kilometarska dionica presvučena novim slojem asfalta, a dio Stupice, dug oko 500 metara, ostao neobnovljen, stigao je znatno ranije traženi odgovor iz "Hrvatskih cesta" koje su investitor radova na "žili kucavici" između Makarskog primorja i Zabiokovlja.

U opširnom odgovoru, iz HC-a su ustvrdili kako nedavno okončani zahvat nije kraj ulaganjima u važnu dalmatinsku prometnicu, jer se planiraju izgraditi još jedan manji tunel i dva vijadukta, a sve će to porezne obveznike stajati još 65 milijuna kuna. To bi bio treći tunel kroz Biokovo, uz "Svetog Iliju" kao najpoznatijeg i onoga izgrađenoga 2011. godine upravo na Stupici, dugog 230 metara.

Kad se sve zbroji sve što je od 2010. godine i velikog odrona u vrletima Biokova uloženo u cestu pune dužine 30 kilometara, uključujući i spomenuti iznos koji se tek treba ostvariti, cijena bi, prema aktualnom stanju, mogla iznositi gotovo 190 milijuna kuna. Ocjenu je li to puno ili malo, prepuštamo stručnjacima i našim čitateljima.

No, postavlja se još jedno logično pitanje - je li se tijekom tog velikog odrona mogao povući dio operative i ljudstva koji su tada bili angažirani na izgradnji autoceste A1 kroz Zabiokovlje i probiti Stupicu u punom profilu, a time riješiti pitanja i sigurnosti i dodatnih troškova?

Uglavnom, radovi na preostalom potezu neće početi ove godine, čekat će se još neko vrijeme dok se ne napravi projektna dokumentacija i ishoduju sve potrebne dozvole.

- Poddionica ceste između Stupice i Dugih Njiva, položena na padinama Biokova s velikim poprečnim nagibom terena koji je svrstava u tešku planinsku kategoriju, ima vrlo složenu prometnu problematiku koju smo dobro upoznali i detaljno analizirali pri realizaciji sanacije dijela ceste uzrokovane odronom na Stupici.

Glavnu karakteristiku terena kojim je položena trasa ove dionice čine potencijalno nestabilni kameni blokovi. Navedenim projektnim zahvatom nije otklonjena opasnost od odrona u dužini od oko 1895 metara, koji ima potpuno identične karakteristike (potencijalno nestabilni kameni blokovi) kao i već sanirani dio prometnice na predjelu Stupica - naglašavaju iz HC-a.

Kako navode u odgovoru na naša pitanja, spomenuta državna tvrtka je u proteklom razdoblju naručila izradu idejnih rješenja nekoliko varijanti potrebnog sanacijskog zahvata.

- Optimalno rješenje predstavlja značajni zahvat u prostoru, kojeg čine tunel dužine 180 metara i dva vijadukta, ukupne dužine 77 metara. Preliminarna procjena svih investicijskih troškova iznosi oko 65 milijuna kuna, dok će za precizniju specifikaciju troškova biti će nužno provesti inženjersko - geološko – alpinističko kartiranje potencijalno nestabilnih i labilnih kamenih blokova.

Upravo provedena rekonstrukcija dionice Duge Njive-Ravča nije u koliziji s navedenim. "Hrvatske ceste" će provesti sve potrebne postupke u smislu izrade kompletne projektne dokumentacije, ishođenja potrebnih dozvola te u konačnici i samu izgradnju ove zahtjevne dionice kako bi se u potpunosti otklonila bilo kakva opasnost na ovom dijelu državne ceste - zaključuju iz HC-a.

Nakon objave našeg teksta o pomalo apsurdnoj situaciji na državnoj cesti Vrgorac-Makarska, gdje je gotovo cijela rekonstruirana 15-kilometarska dionica presvučena novim slojem asfalta, a dio Stupice, dug oko 500 metara, ostao neobnovljen, stigao je znatno ranije traženi odgovor iz "Hrvatskih cesta" koje su investitor radova na "žili kucavici" između Makarskog primorja i Zabiokovlja.

U opširnom odgovoru, iz HC-a su ustvrdili kako nedavno okončani zahvat nije kraj ulaganjima u važnu dalmatinsku prometnicu, jer se planiraju izgraditi još jedan manji tunel i dva vijadukta, a sve će to porezne obveznike stajati još 65 milijuna kuna. To bi bio treći tunel kroz Biokovo, uz "Svetog Iliju" kao najpoznatijeg i onoga izgrađenoga 2011. godine upravo na Stupici, dugog 230 metara.
