Zamislite koja je to sila i na što je sve spremna, jer nakon što su na mene dovodili interventnu policiju iz Splita, pa djelatnike Postaje granične policije iz Vrgorca, sad su krenuli sa zašitarima privatne tvrtke iz Splita i dovezli "pauka".
Upali su mi u posjed, na moju parcelu i htjeli maknuti ogradu s nje, i to dok se vodi sudski spor oko toga je li to nerazvrsatana cesta ili nije. Žele sve na silu rješavati, bio sam prisiljen pozvati policiju da me zaštiti, a kada je policija došla, povukli su se i otišli jer nemaju zakonske osnove za postupanje - tim riječima obratio nam se Tomislav Miočević, hrvatski branitelj i bivši predsjednik Mjesnog odbora Kozica kod Vrgorca.
Selo smješteno u zapadnom dijelu Vrgorske krajine, između brda Mijovila i Osoja, u posljednje vrijeme puni novinske stupce zbog sukoba nekadašnjeg mjesnoga "glavara" s poduzetnikom Matom Jujnovićem, vlasnikom prijevozničkih tvrtki "Promet Makarska" i "Promet Sinj", te autobusnih kolodvora u Splitu i Makarskoj, koji je podrijetlom iz Kozice.

Nekadašnji susjedi "zakačili" su se oko kolnog prolaska do stare obiteljske kuće makarskog poduzetnika smještene u ovom kozičkom zaselku, a put do nje vodi ispred Miočevićeve kuće i preko njegove parcele.
Sukob traje već godinama, pri čemu je Miočević u javnosti navodio kako mu je blago bilo otrovano zbog polijevanja zemljišta raznim otrovima oko ceste, a zatim i da je Jujnović na njega nasrnuo automobilom. S druge strane, vlasnik poznatih autobuserskih tvrtki je sve te tvrdnje javno demantirao i isticao da to nije istina.
U cijelu priču uključio se i Grad Vrgorac, jer su lokalni vijećnici taj (ne)sporni put proglasili nerazvrstanom cestom koja je u nadležnosti Grada, što je trebalo rezultirati uklanjanjem prepreka sa seoske prometnice prema Jujnovićevu imanju. No, Miočević je na to odgovorio protutužbom navodeći kako su mu "nacionalizirali dio zemljišta", a u tom slučaju trenutno se vodi rekordnih 35 sudskih sporova u koje su uključeni Grad, Postaja granične policije i poduzetnik Jujnović.

- Na nerazvrstanoj cesti je bila ograda, zaštitari su trebali osiguravati gradskim službama njezino uklanjanje.
Najprije smo kontaktirali Miočevića koji je rekao da to nije njegova ograda. Sad će komunalni redar poduzeti zakonski dopuštena sredstva protiv njega. Uistinu, ne znam je li bila policija, a koliko sam čuo, nije - naglasio je Herceg.

Zamislite koja je to sila i na što je sve spremna, jer nakon što su na mene dovodili interventnu policiju iz Splita, pa djelatnike Postaje granične policije iz Vrgorca, sad su krenuli sa zašitarima privatne tvrtke iz Splita i dovezli "pauka".
Upali su mi u posjed, na moju parcelu i htjeli maknuti ogradu s nje, i to dok se vodi sudski spor oko toga je li to nerazvrsatana cesta ili nije. Žele sve na silu rješavati, bio sam prisiljen pozvati policiju da me zaštiti, a kada je policija došla, povukli su se i otišli jer nemaju zakonske osnove za postupanje - tim riječima obratio nam se Tomislav Miočević, hrvatski branitelj i bivši predsjednik Mjesnog odbora Kozica kod Vrgorca.
Selo smješteno u zapadnom dijelu Vrgorske krajine, između brda Mijovila i Osoja, u posljednje vrijeme puni novinske stupce zbog sukoba nekadašnjeg mjesnoga "glavara" s poduzetnikom Matom Jujnovićem, vlasnikom prijevozničkih tvrtki "Promet Makarska" i "Promet Sinj", te autobusnih kolodvora u Splitu i Makarskoj, koji je podrijetlom iz Kozice.

Nekadašnji susjedi "zakačili" su se oko kolnog prolaska do stare obiteljske kuće makarskog poduzetnika smještene u ovom kozičkom zaselku, a put do nje vodi ispred Miočevićeve kuće i preko njegove parcele.
Sukob traje već godinama, pri čemu je Miočević u javnosti navodio kako mu je blago bilo otrovano zbog polijevanja zemljišta raznim otrovima oko ceste, a zatim i da je Jujnović na njega nasrnuo automobilom. S druge strane, vlasnik poznatih autobuserskih tvrtki je sve te tvrdnje javno demantirao i isticao da to nije istina.
U cijelu priču uključio se i Grad Vrgorac, jer su lokalni vijećnici taj (ne)sporni put proglasili nerazvrstanom cestom koja je u nadležnosti Grada, što je trebalo rezultirati uklanjanjem prepreka sa seoske prometnice prema Jujnovićevu imanju. No, Miočević je na to odgovorio protutužbom navodeći kako su mu "nacionalizirali dio zemljišta", a u tom slučaju trenutno se vodi rekordnih 35 sudskih sporova u koje su uključeni Grad, Postaja granične policije i poduzetnik Jujnović.

- Na nerazvrstanoj cesti je bila ograda, zaštitari su trebali osiguravati gradskim službama njezino uklanjanje.
Najprije smo kontaktirali Miočevića koji je rekao da to nije njegova ograda. Sad će komunalni redar poduzeti zakonski dopuštena sredstva protiv njega. Uistinu, ne znam je li bila policija, a koliko sam čuo, nije - naglasio je Herceg.
