Prijevoznička tvrtka "Promet Sinj" zastupana po direktoru Jadranu Panzi i njezin vlasnik Mate Jujnović kao privatni tužitelji zastupani po odvjetničkom društvu "Mijoč&Bakić" zatražili su od Hrvatskog sabora da im se odobri pokretanje kaznenog postupka protiv zastupnika Mira Bulja (Most).

Makarski poduzetnik, široj javnosti ponajprije poznat kao vlasnik poduzeća "Promet Makarska" i autobusnog kolodvora u Splitu, sa svojom je sinjskom tvrtkom tužio Bulja zbog kaznenog djela protiv časti i ugleda, odnosno klevete. U dokumentaciji se navodi da je sabornik i prvi čovjek alkarskoga grada za "Promet Sinj" kazao da je "društvo kojem svaki tjedan jedan autobus izgori", "društvo ‘Promet Sinj‘ je u vlasništvu Mate Jujnovića", " da društvo ‘Promet Sinj‘ ima dobit više milijuna kuna", "da se ljudi boje voziti u autobusima ‘Prometa Sinj‘ i da se mole u crkvi hoće li im se dijete vratiti živo", "da su autobusi društva ‘Promet Sinj‘ stariji od Mojsijeve šlape", "da su autobusi društva ‘Promet Sinj‘ stari 25, 26, 40, 50 godina, da se kupuju na otpadu, malo preboje i stave u promet".

Tužitelji u zahtjevu da se Bulju oduzme imunitet i omogući vođenje kaznenog postupka tvrde da ni jedan od tih navoda nije točan, a kao zastupnikov motiv "iznošenja neistinitih činjeničnih tvrdnji" naglašavaju da je "isključivo političke naravi i s ciljem podizanja njegova političkog rejtinga". Navedene "neistinite činjenične tvrdnje" imale su, tvrde tužitelji, za "Promet Sinj" "dalekosežne i neizbrisive reperkusije", "stigmatizirale su ga u percepciji kod građana koji svakodnevno koriste usluge toga društva".

Tvrde da je "poslovni ugled tvrtke nakon iznesenih neistinitih činjeničnih tvrdnji zastupnika Bulja znatno narušen", a navedene okolnosti su "znatno utjecale na cjelokupno poslovanje društva u negativnom smislu", te da "perspektiva budućeg poslovanja društva također ide u negativnom smjeru".

O zahtjevu će Mandatno-imunitetsko povjerenstvo Hrvatskog sabora odlučivati ove srijede. Miro Bulj kaže da će se osobno založiti da mu se skine imunitet.

- Kroz sudski postupak došao bih u priliku dokazati da ugovor o restrukturiranju i financijskoj konsolidaciji "Autoprijevoza Sinj" iz veljače 2005. godine, kada je Jujnović preko "Prometa Makarska" preuzeo sinjsku tvrtku, nikada nije proveden.

Nebriga o provedbi odredbi toga ugovora dovela je praktično do gašenja "Autoprijevoza Sinj" čijih autobusa više nema na cesti, tvrtka je ostala bez imovine, izostale su nabavke novih autobusa, a iako ugovor nije proveden ni jedna Vlada, odnosno Ministarstvo financija, od 2005. godine do danas nije aktiviralo bjanko zadužnice "Prometa Makarska" na iznos od 17 milijuna kuna koje su bile jamstvo da će makarska tvrtka kao strateški partner ispuniti preuzete obveze – kaže Mostov zastupnik.

Prijevoznička tvrtka "Promet Sinj" zastupana po direktoru Jadranu Panzi i njezin vlasnik Mate Jujnović kao privatni tužitelji zastupani po odvjetničkom društvu "Mijoč&Bakić" zatražili su od Hrvatskog sabora da im se odobri pokretanje kaznenog postupka protiv zastupnika Mira Bulja (Most).

Makarski poduzetnik, široj javnosti ponajprije poznat kao vlasnik poduzeća "Promet Makarska" i autobusnog kolodvora u Splitu, sa svojom je sinjskom tvrtkom tužio Bulja zbog kaznenog djela protiv časti i ugleda, odnosno klevete. U dokumentaciji se navodi da je sabornik i prvi čovjek alkarskoga grada za "Promet Sinj" kazao da je "društvo kojem svaki tjedan jedan autobus izgori", "društvo ‘Promet Sinj‘ je u vlasništvu Mate Jujnovića", " da društvo ‘Promet Sinj‘ ima dobit više milijuna kuna", "da se ljudi boje voziti u autobusima ‘Prometa Sinj‘ i da se mole u crkvi hoće li im se dijete vratiti živo", "da su autobusi društva ‘Promet Sinj‘ stariji od Mojsijeve šlape", "da su autobusi društva ‘Promet Sinj‘ stari 25, 26, 40, 50 godina, da se kupuju na otpadu, malo preboje i stave u promet".

Tužitelji u zahtjevu da se Bulju oduzme imunitet i omogući vođenje kaznenog postupka tvrde da ni jedan od tih navoda nije točan, a kao zastupnikov motiv "iznošenja neistinitih činjeničnih tvrdnji" naglašavaju da je "isključivo političke naravi i s ciljem podizanja njegova političkog rejtinga". Navedene "neistinite činjenične tvrdnje" imale su, tvrde tužitelji, za "Promet Sinj" "dalekosežne i neizbrisive reperkusije", "stigmatizirale su ga u percepciji kod građana koji svakodnevno koriste usluge toga društva".

Tvrde da je "poslovni ugled tvrtke nakon iznesenih neistinitih činjeničnih tvrdnji zastupnika Bulja znatno narušen", a navedene okolnosti su "znatno utjecale na cjelokupno poslovanje društva u negativnom smislu", te da "perspektiva budućeg poslovanja društva također ide u negativnom smjeru".

O zahtjevu će Mandatno-imunitetsko povjerenstvo Hrvatskog sabora odlučivati ove srijede. Miro Bulj kaže da će se osobno založiti da mu se skine imunitet.

- Kroz sudski postupak došao bih u priliku dokazati da ugovor o restrukturiranju i financijskoj konsolidaciji "Autoprijevoza Sinj" iz veljače 2005. godine, kada je Jujnović preko "Prometa Makarska" preuzeo sinjsku tvrtku, nikada nije proveden.

Nebriga o provedbi odredbi toga ugovora dovela je praktično do gašenja "Autoprijevoza Sinj" čijih autobusa više nema na cesti, tvrtka je ostala bez imovine, izostale su nabavke novih autobusa, a iako ugovor nije proveden ni jedna Vlada, odnosno Ministarstvo financija, od 2005. godine do danas nije aktiviralo bjanko zadužnice "Prometa Makarska" na iznos od 17 milijuna kuna koje su bile jamstvo da će makarska tvrtka kao strateški partner ispuniti preuzete obveze – kaže Mostov zastupnik.
