Na odmorištu Dusina na autocesti A1, policija je zaustavila osobno vozilo kojim je upravljao 30-godišnji vojnik iz Oružanih snaga Republike Hrvatske. U vozilu je bio državljanin Kosova koji je ušao u Republiku Hrvatsku na nezakonit način.

Neki mještani Dusina u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji bili su iznenađeni ovim događajem koji se dogodio 19. veljače. "Teško mi je povjerovati da se hrvatski vojnik upustio u takvo nešto", rekao je Mate Nižić.

Vojnik nije krijumčario migranta; izgleda da je samo pružao pomoć i prevoz do određene lokacije. Protiv njega je podnesen optužni prijedlog prema članku 53. Zakona o strancima, koji zabranjuje pomaganje državljanima trećih zemalja u nezakonitom prelasku, tranzitu ili boravku.

Iz Ministarstva obrane potvrdili su da je riječ o aktivnom vojnom osoblju i najavili su pokretanje postupka utvrđivanja stegovne odgovornosti, prenosi Dnevnik.

Za ovakve slučajeve propisane su kazne do 60 dana zatvora ili novčane kazne od 3000 eura po svakom pomognutom državljaninu treće zemlje.

Migranti u okolici Vrgorca nisu nepoznanica, a mještani često nailaze na njihove odbačene osobne stvari. Željko je prijavio jednu grupu policiji, a Dražen potvrđuje da su ilegalni migranti česta pojava u tom području.

Iz Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova ističu da je prošle godine uhićeno 1880 krijumčara, od kojih je 268 bilo pomagača - ljudi koji nisu primili novac od migranata.

Zabrana pomaganja ilegalnim migrantima ne odnosi se na slučajeve spašavanja života, sprječavanja ozljeđivanja ili pružanja hitne ili humanitarne pomoći u skladu sa zakonima.

Sud će odlučiti je li vojnik samo humanitarno pomagao ili je prekršio zakon.

Na odmorištu Dusina na autocesti A1, policija je zaustavila osobno vozilo kojim je upravljao 30-godišnji vojnik iz Oružanih snaga Republike Hrvatske. U vozilu je bio državljanin Kosova koji je ušao u Republiku Hrvatsku na nezakonit način.

Neki mještani Dusina u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji bili su iznenađeni ovim događajem koji se dogodio 19. veljače. "Teško mi je povjerovati da se hrvatski vojnik upustio u takvo nešto", rekao je Mate Nižić.

Vojnik nije krijumčario migranta; izgleda da je samo pružao pomoć i prevoz do određene lokacije. Protiv njega je podnesen optužni prijedlog prema članku 53. Zakona o strancima, koji zabranjuje pomaganje državljanima trećih zemalja u nezakonitom prelasku, tranzitu ili boravku.

Za ovakve slučajeve propisane su kazne do 60 dana zatvora ili novčane kazne od 3000 eura po svakom pomognutom državljaninu treće zemlje.

Migranti u okolici Vrgorca nisu nepoznanica, a mještani često nailaze na njihove odbačene osobne stvari. Željko je prijavio jednu grupu policiji, a Dražen potvrđuje da su ilegalni migranti česta pojava u tom području.

Iz Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova ističu da je prošle godine uhićeno 1880 krijumčara, od kojih je 268 bilo pomagača - ljudi koji nisu primili novac od migranata.

Zabrana pomaganja ilegalnim migrantima ne odnosi se na slučajeve spašavanja života, sprječavanja ozljeđivanja ili pružanja hitne ili humanitarne pomoći u skladu sa zakonima.

Sud će odlučiti je li vojnik samo humanitarno pomagao ili je prekršio zakon.

Na odmorištu Dusina na autocesti A1, policija je zaustavila osobno vozilo kojim je upravljao 30-godišnji vojnik iz Oružanih snaga Republike Hrvatske. U vozilu je bio državljanin Kosova koji je ušao u Republiku Hrvatsku na nezakonit način.

Neki mještani Dusina u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji bili su iznenađeni ovim događajem koji se dogodio 19. veljače. "Teško mi je povjerovati da se hrvatski vojnik upustio u takvo nešto", rekao je Mate Nižić.

Vojnik nije krijumčario migranta; izgleda da je samo pružao pomoć i prevoz do određene lokacije. Protiv njega je podnesen optužni prijedlog prema članku 53. Zakona o strancima, koji zabranjuje pomaganje državljanima trećih zemalja u nezakonitom prelasku, tranzitu ili boravku.
