Poslije "Roka-commerca" koji je dobio posao na izgradnji kanalizacije u sjeverozapadnom dijelu Sinja, unutar projekta Aglomeracije, u posao je uvedena i njemačka tvrtka "Ludwig Pfeiffer Hoch-und Tiefbau" s kojom su iz "Vodovoda i odvodnje Cetinske krajine" u ulozi investitora potpisali ugovor o izgradnji odvodnje u Glavicama i istočnom dijelu Sinja.

Simbolično, angažman njemačke tvrtke obavljen je u dvorani EU-ovim novcem obnovljene zgrade Palacina, a uz predstavnike izvođača, nadzora i voditelja projekta nazočni su bili Milan Smoljo, privremeni upravitelj "Vodovoda i odvodnje", i gradonačelnik Miro Bulj. Iako su u posao uvedena oba izvođača, konkretni radovi na terenu mogu se očekivati tek poslije polovice veljače sljedeće godine.

Projektom Aglomeracije na sinjskom području uz ova dva segmenta za koja su potpisani ugovori s izabranim izvođačima prvotno je bila obuhvaćena i kanalizacija naselja Brnaze koja je uključivala i fekalne vode iz Gospodarske zone Kukuzovac. U sjeni tog dijela projekta uključena je i rekonstrukcija dionice državne ceste Split-Sinj kroz Brnaze.

Sinjani su za Aglomeraciju kroz potpisane ugovore o financiranju imali osiguranih 302,7 milijuna kuna od kojih se 211,6 milijuna odnosi na bespovratna sredstva iz EU-ovih fondova, Ministarstvo zaštite okoliša i Hrvatske vode osigurali su po 36,42 milijuna kuna, a razlika od 18,3 milijuna kuna otpada na Grad.

Projekt je kao cjelina doveden u pitanje zbog kašnjenja u pripremi i rasta cijena građevinskog materijala i radne snage. Iz izvedbe je, za sada, isključena kanalizacija Brnaza s fekalnim vodama s Kukuzovca, pa je zahvat za sada okrnjen, a hoće li se naknadno uključiti ovisi o osiguranju nedostajućih nešto više od 150 milijuna kuna. Taj novac Sinj nema, na eure iz blagajne u Bruxellesu se više ne može računati, pa kao izvori ostaju državni proračun i novac Hrvatskih voda.

Posao ugovoren s tvrtkom "Roko-commerce" vrijedan je 90,7 milijuna kuna, na dio koji obavljaju Nijemci otpada 120 milijuna, već ranije potpisana dogradnja pročistača vrijedna je 44 milijuna kuna, za nadzor radova će se izdvojiti 8,2 milijuna kuna, a za upravljanje projektom 3,4 milijuna kuna. Uz još neke druge manje troškove "Vodovodu i odvodnji " kao investitoru od osiguranih 302,7 milijuna kuna još je ostalo slobodnih 14 milijuna.

Za kanalizaciju Brnaza i dovod fekalija s Kukuzovca te zahvate na glavnoj prometnici u koju će biti ukopan glavni kolektor na posljednjem javnom natječaju najpovoljniji ponuđač zatražio je iznos od 160 milijuna kuna. Hoće li gradonačelnik Bulj uspjeti osigurati taj iznos od Vlade?

Dosadašnje odugovlačenje očitovanja Hrvatskih voda i nadležnog ministarstva ne upućuje na njihovo razumijevanje situacije. S druge strane, postavlja se otvoreno pitanje hoće li zbog političke disharmonije između vladajućih i Mosta, čiji je prvi čovjek Sinja istaknuti član, građani Brnaza biti kažnjeni i ostavljeni bez kanalizacije, za koju je malo reći da je civilizacijski iskorak.

Poslije "Roka-commerca" koji je dobio posao na izgradnji kanalizacije u sjeverozapadnom dijelu Sinja, unutar projekta Aglomeracije, u posao je uvedena i njemačka tvrtka "Ludwig Pfeiffer Hoch-und Tiefbau" s kojom su iz "Vodovoda i odvodnje Cetinske krajine" u ulozi investitora potpisali ugovor o izgradnji odvodnje u Glavicama i istočnom dijelu Sinja.

Simbolično, angažman njemačke tvrtke obavljen je u dvorani EU-ovim novcem obnovljene zgrade Palacina, a uz predstavnike izvođača, nadzora i voditelja projekta nazočni su bili Milan Smoljo, privremeni upravitelj "Vodovoda i odvodnje", i gradonačelnik Miro Bulj. Iako su u posao uvedena oba izvođača, konkretni radovi na terenu mogu se očekivati tek poslije polovice veljače sljedeće godine.

Projektom Aglomeracije na sinjskom području uz ova dva segmenta za koja su potpisani ugovori s izabranim izvođačima prvotno je bila obuhvaćena i kanalizacija naselja Brnaze koja je uključivala i fekalne vode iz Gospodarske zone Kukuzovac. U sjeni tog dijela projekta uključena je i rekonstrukcija dionice državne ceste Split-Sinj kroz Brnaze.

Sinjani su za Aglomeraciju kroz potpisane ugovore o financiranju imali osiguranih 302,7 milijuna kuna od kojih se 211,6 milijuna odnosi na bespovratna sredstva iz EU-ovih fondova, Ministarstvo zaštite okoliša i Hrvatske vode osigurali su po 36,42 milijuna kuna, a razlika od 18,3 milijuna kuna otpada na Grad.

Projekt je kao cjelina doveden u pitanje zbog kašnjenja u pripremi i rasta cijena građevinskog materijala i radne snage. Iz izvedbe je, za sada, isključena kanalizacija Brnaza s fekalnim vodama s Kukuzovca, pa je zahvat za sada okrnjen, a hoće li se naknadno uključiti ovisi o osiguranju nedostajućih nešto više od 150 milijuna kuna. Taj novac Sinj nema, na eure iz blagajne u Bruxellesu se više ne može računati, pa kao izvori ostaju državni proračun i novac Hrvatskih voda.

Posao ugovoren s tvrtkom "Roko-commerce" vrijedan je 90,7 milijuna kuna, na dio koji obavljaju Nijemci otpada 120 milijuna, već ranije potpisana dogradnja pročistača vrijedna je 44 milijuna kuna, za nadzor radova će se izdvojiti 8,2 milijuna kuna, a za upravljanje projektom 3,4 milijuna kuna. Uz još neke druge manje troškove "Vodovodu i odvodnji " kao investitoru od osiguranih 302,7 milijuna kuna još je ostalo slobodnih 14 milijuna.

Za kanalizaciju Brnaza i dovod fekalija s Kukuzovca te zahvate na glavnoj prometnici u koju će biti ukopan glavni kolektor na posljednjem javnom natječaju najpovoljniji ponuđač zatražio je iznos od 160 milijuna kuna. Hoće li gradonačelnik Bulj uspjeti osigurati taj iznos od Vlade?

Dosadašnje odugovlačenje očitovanja Hrvatskih voda i nadležnog ministarstva ne upućuje na njihovo razumijevanje situacije. S druge strane, postavlja se otvoreno pitanje hoće li zbog političke disharmonije između vladajućih i Mosta, čiji je prvi čovjek Sinja istaknuti član, građani Brnaza biti kažnjeni i ostavljeni bez kanalizacije, za koju je malo reći da je civilizacijski iskorak.

Poslije "Roka-commerca" koji je dobio posao na izgradnji kanalizacije u sjeverozapadnom dijelu Sinja, unutar projekta Aglomeracije, u posao je uvedena i njemačka tvrtka "Ludwig Pfeiffer Hoch-und Tiefbau" s kojom su iz "Vodovoda i odvodnje Cetinske krajine" u ulozi investitora potpisali ugovor o izgradnji odvodnje u Glavicama i istočnom dijelu Sinja.

Simbolično, angažman njemačke tvrtke obavljen je u dvorani EU-ovim novcem obnovljene zgrade Palacina, a uz predstavnike izvođača, nadzora i voditelja projekta nazočni su bili Milan Smoljo, privremeni upravitelj "Vodovoda i odvodnje", i gradonačelnik Miro Bulj. Iako su u posao uvedena oba izvođača, konkretni radovi na terenu mogu se očekivati tek poslije polovice veljače sljedeće godine.
