Protupožarni put kroz Osejavu koji polazi od Stanice za tehnički pregled u Makarskoj blokiran je zidom koji je izgradila tvrtka "Maritim" po nalogu vlasnika tvrtke "Promet Makarska" i Stanice za tehnički pregled Mate Jujnovića.

Mnogim Makaranima nije jasno zašto se Mate Jujnović odlučio na takav čin, no zaposlenici Stanice za tehnički pregled vozila u Makarskoj tvrde kako svako ljeto imaju problema s turistima koji im onemogućavaju normalan rad.

– Najmanji problem je u našim sugrađanima. Oni su rekreativci te se uglavnom šetaju ili dovedu psa i kratko se zadržavaju na parkiralištu. Problem nastaje u jeku sezone. Ujutro kad dolazimo na posao, znamo zateći parkirane kamp-prikolice iza stanice, a nerijetko se tu i logoruje. Turisti ovu lokaciju smatraju besplatnim parkingom, a sebi dopuštaju sve što im se prohtije. Autobus ili šleper koji dođe na tehnički pregled ne može izići iz stanice jer kupači s Nugla automobilima zakrče izlaz, a na plaži ostaju cijeli dan. Svjedočili smo i situaciji u kojoj se automobil njemačkih registracijskih oznaka zaustavlja ispred rampe, iz njega izlazi troje ljudi koji dižu rampu, te autom nastavljaju dalje, kroz šumu. Nekoliko puta smo upozorili vozače, no dobili smo bahati odgovor i vrijeđanje. Ne bude li kapije ili zaštitne ograde na novom putu, ljudi će se i dalje ponašati neodgovorno – rekli su nam zaposlenici Stanice za tehnički pregled.

Upravitelj Šumarije Boris Šabić smatra da će taj problem uskoro biti riješen i praktično:

– Dogovorili smo suradnju s Gradom, Matom Jujnovićem i "Kauflandom" na način da će "Kaufland" dati dio svoga prostora za put, Grad će financirati ogradu, tj. kapiju, a Šumarija će trasirati put, odnosno premostiti postojeći put 10-15 metara prema "Kauflandu". Naši radnici već raščišćavaju teren, a Mate Jujnović će pomoći sa strojevima kako bismo put što prije završili. Mislim da je ovo najbolje moguće rješenje i zadovoljan sam postignutim dogovorom.

Mate Jujnović rado se odazvao našem pozivu, rekavši da mu je prioritet osigurati neometan rad i poslovanje Stanice za tehnički pregled.

– U više navrata sam apelirao da Grad riješi problem protupožarnog puta. Da je to bio tek prolaz za vatrogasce, nikad ne bih digao zid. Međutim, parking i put se stalno zloupotrebljavaju i moja je namjera i obaveza zaštititi svoje poslovanje. Obećao sam i pomoć pri premještanju novog puta. Naime, za nekoliko dana zid će biti gotov, a zatim će strojevi poravnati trasu prema "Kauflandu". Sa Šumarijom sam uvijek imao korektne i prijateljske odnose. U svojim nastupima sam iskren, a ako sam nekome ostao dužan, neka se slobodno javi! Dat ću mu duplo...

Zapovjednik JVP-a Makarska Mario Čović kaže kako vjeruje da će se sve riješiti dogovorom te čeka rasplet situacije.

– Bilo bi potrebno imati požarni put kojim bi se u najkraćem mogućem roku stiglo u Osejavu, jer put na ulazu u Sportski centar ljeti zna biti krcat automobilima. Zavoj je tu oštar, a parkirana vozila ne ostavljaju dovoljno manevra za vatrogasno vozilo. Slično se događa i na Voliciji, svake godine je tu sve više parkiranih automobila. Vidjet ćemo što će nadležni odlučiti – rekao je Čović.

Protupožarni put će se, po svoj prilici, uskoro riješiti, a plastične vrećice i smeće koje bura raznosi po borovima Osejave (gdje ostaju tjednima i mjesecima), putokaz su svima onima koji žele stići do jedne od najljepših plaža u Dalmaciji.

Protupožarni put kroz Osejavu koji polazi od Stanice za tehnički pregled u Makarskoj blokiran je zidom koji je izgradila tvrtka "Maritim" po nalogu vlasnika tvrtke "Promet Makarska" i Stanice za tehnički pregled Mate Jujnovića.

Mnogim Makaranima nije jasno zašto se Mate Jujnović odlučio na takav čin, no zaposlenici Stanice za tehnički pregled vozila u Makarskoj tvrde kako svako ljeto imaju problema s turistima koji im onemogućavaju normalan rad.

– Najmanji problem je u našim sugrađanima. Oni su rekreativci te se uglavnom šetaju ili dovedu psa i kratko se zadržavaju na parkiralištu. Problem nastaje u jeku sezone. Ujutro kad dolazimo na posao, znamo zateći parkirane kamp-prikolice iza stanice, a nerijetko se tu i logoruje. Turisti ovu lokaciju smatraju besplatnim parkingom, a sebi dopuštaju sve što im se prohtije. Autobus ili šleper koji dođe na tehnički pregled ne može izići iz stanice jer kupači s Nugla automobilima zakrče izlaz, a na plaži ostaju cijeli dan. Svjedočili smo i situaciji u kojoj se automobil njemačkih registracijskih oznaka zaustavlja ispred rampe, iz njega izlazi troje ljudi koji dižu rampu, te autom nastavljaju dalje, kroz šumu. Nekoliko puta smo upozorili vozače, no dobili smo bahati odgovor i vrijeđanje. Ne bude li kapije ili zaštitne ograde na novom putu, ljudi će se i dalje ponašati neodgovorno – rekli su nam zaposlenici Stanice za tehnički pregled.

Upravitelj Šumarije Boris Šabić smatra da će taj problem uskoro biti riješen i praktično:

– Dogovorili smo suradnju s Gradom, Matom Jujnovićem i "Kauflandom" na način da će "Kaufland" dati dio svoga prostora za put, Grad će financirati ogradu, tj. kapiju, a Šumarija će trasirati put, odnosno premostiti postojeći put 10-15 metara prema "Kauflandu". Naši radnici već raščišćavaju teren, a Mate Jujnović će pomoći sa strojevima kako bismo put što prije završili. Mislim da je ovo najbolje moguće rješenje i zadovoljan sam postignutim dogovorom.

Mate Jujnović rado se odazvao našem pozivu, rekavši da mu je prioritet osigurati neometan rad i poslovanje Stanice za tehnički pregled.

– U više navrata sam apelirao da Grad riješi problem protupožarnog puta. Da je to bio tek prolaz za vatrogasce, nikad ne bih digao zid. Međutim, parking i put se stalno zloupotrebljavaju i moja je namjera i obaveza zaštititi svoje poslovanje. Obećao sam i pomoć pri premještanju novog puta. Naime, za nekoliko dana zid će biti gotov, a zatim će strojevi poravnati trasu prema "Kauflandu". Sa Šumarijom sam uvijek imao korektne i prijateljske odnose. U svojim nastupima sam iskren, a ako sam nekome ostao dužan, neka se slobodno javi! Dat ću mu duplo...

Zapovjednik JVP-a Makarska Mario Čović kaže kako vjeruje da će se sve riješiti dogovorom te čeka rasplet situacije.

– Bilo bi potrebno imati požarni put kojim bi se u najkraćem mogućem roku stiglo u Osejavu, jer put na ulazu u Sportski centar ljeti zna biti krcat automobilima. Zavoj je tu oštar, a parkirana vozila ne ostavljaju dovoljno manevra za vatrogasno vozilo. Slično se događa i na Voliciji, svake godine je tu sve više parkiranih automobila. Vidjet ćemo što će nadležni odlučiti – rekao je Čović.

Protupožarni put će se, po svoj prilici, uskoro riješiti, a plastične vrećice i smeće koje bura raznosi po borovima Osejave (gdje ostaju tjednima i mjesecima), putokaz su svima onima koji žele stići do jedne od najljepših plaža u Dalmaciji.
