U grupi na Facebooku pod nazivom "Tražim stan/iznajmljujem stan Split" osoba pod inicijalima J. Lj. napisala je 27. lipnja objavu u kojoj navodi:

- Gospodo koja iznajmljujete smještaj za radnike, čuvajte se Makedonca Aleksandra. Unajmi stan. Jedan mjesec plati, onda drugi mjesec razvlači i na kraju pobjegne s radnicima neplativši.

Nisam jedina prevarena. Kooperant je poznate tvrtke za proizvodnju betona sa splitskog područja.

Nakon što smo vidjeli poruku na Facebooku, kontakrirali smo J. Lj. posredstvom Facebooka, a potom se i čuli telefonski. Žena je rekla kako posljednjih godina iznajmljuje kat kuće na području koje administrativno pripada Općini Klis.

Iznajmljuju šest ležajeva za isto toliko radnika, a sporna skupina se uselila 10. svibnja.

- Kontaktirao nas je Aleksandar i rekao da hitno traži dugoročni najam. Rekao je kako će platiti unaprijed, napraviti ugovor i donijeti ga meni na potpis.

Prvi mjesec je platio između 500 i 1000 eura. Nakog toga ga više nismo vidjeli – ustvrdila je naša sugovornica i dodala:

- Stigao je 10. lipnja, no ni uplate ni ugovora. Najprije je rekao kako je u Makedoniji, a potom da ima koronu, zatim je obećao kako će do 23. lipnja biti dogovoreni iznos uplaćen.

Rekla sam mu kako hoću da novac bude uplaćen najkasnije do 26. lipnja navečer. Kada smo taj dan stigli kući oko 19 sati, radnika više nije bilo u kući.

Kažu nam kako je na kraju obitelj otišla do tvrtke za proizvodnju betona. Tu su, navodno, vidjeli radnike i Aleksandra koji im je odgovorio,  kako "nema od čega platiti ratu za lipanj".

Nakon što je  J. Lj. napisala objavu na Facebooku, javili su joj se drugi vlasnici stambenih jedinica kojma se dogodilo isto.:

- Jedan čovjek me kontaktirao i rekao da je isti muškarac prevario njega i još jednog čovjeka. On mu je iznajmio stambenu jedinicu na području Kamena ili Strožanca.

Platio bi prvu ratu i nakon toga nestao. Prije nego što su došli ovdje navodno su bili u Dugobabama – rekla je J. Lj. i proslijedila nam transkripte poruka s osobom koja se na Facebooku predstavila kao N. Š.

Uspjeli smo stupiti u telefonski kontakt s osobom imena Aleksandar.

- Da, ja sam Aleksandar. Ja nemam nikakvih radnika i ne znam što pričaju – kratko nam je odgovorio na telefon.

U grupi na Facebooku pod nazivom "Tražim stan/iznajmljujem stan Split" osoba pod inicijalima J. Lj. napisala je 27. lipnja objavu u kojoj navodi:

- Gospodo koja iznajmljujete smještaj za radnike, čuvajte se Makedonca Aleksandra. Unajmi stan. Jedan mjesec plati, onda drugi mjesec razvlači i na kraju pobjegne s radnicima neplativši.

Nisam jedina prevarena. Kooperant je poznate tvrtke za proizvodnju betona sa splitskog područja.

Nakon što smo vidjeli poruku na Facebooku, kontakrirali smo J. Lj. posredstvom Facebooka, a potom se i čuli telefonski. Žena je rekla kako posljednjih godina iznajmljuje kat kuće na području koje administrativno pripada Općini Klis.

Iznajmljuju šest ležajeva za isto toliko radnika, a sporna skupina se uselila 10. svibnja.

- Kontaktirao nas je Aleksandar i rekao da hitno traži dugoročni najam. Rekao je kako će platiti unaprijed, napraviti ugovor i donijeti ga meni na potpis.

Facebook/‘Tražim stan/iznajmljujem stan Split‘

Prvi mjesec je platio između 500 i 1000 eura. Nakog toga ga više nismo vidjeli – ustvrdila je naša sugovornica i dodala:

- Stigao je 10. lipnja, no ni uplate ni ugovora. Najprije je rekao kako je u Makedoniji, a potom da ima koronu, zatim je obećao kako će do 23. lipnja biti dogovoreni iznos uplaćen.

Rekla sam mu kako hoću da novac bude uplaćen najkasnije do 26. lipnja navečer. Kada smo taj dan stigli kući oko 19 sati, radnika više nije bilo u kući.

Kažu nam kako je na kraju obitelj otišla do tvrtke za proizvodnju betona. Tu su, navodno, vidjeli radnike i Aleksandra koji im je odgovorio,  kako "nema od čega platiti ratu za lipanj".

Nakon što je  J. Lj. napisala objavu na Facebooku, javili su joj se drugi vlasnici stambenih jedinica kojma se dogodilo isto.:

- Jedan čovjek me kontaktirao i rekao da je isti muškarac prevario njega i još jednog čovjeka. On mu je iznajmio stambenu jedinicu na području Kamena ili Strožanca.

Platio bi prvu ratu i nakon toga nestao. Prije nego što su došli ovdje navodno su bili u Dugobabama – rekla je J. Lj. i proslijedila nam transkripte poruka s osobom koja se na Facebooku predstavila kao N. Š.

Uspjeli smo stupiti u telefonski kontakt s osobom imena Aleksandar.

- Da, ja sam Aleksandar. Ja nemam nikakvih radnika i ne znam što pričaju – kratko nam je odgovorio na telefon.
