Omiška obilaznica samo što nije gotova. Točnije, samo što nije gotova prva faza omiške obilaznice. Ona koja se gradi već skoro dva desetljeća. Od ćaće do ćaće. No, i to je dobra vijest.

Istina, kad uskoro ćaća dođe otvoriti obilaznicu, jer uopće ne sumnjamo da će doći, dolazio je on i za manje stvari, ništa se posebno s prometom neće dogoditi, gužve uokolo Omiša neće se smanjiti, ali barem ćemo imati lijepu cestu. S jednim mostom i nekoliko tunela. Vozi ćaća – pomalo, jer brže i ne možeš – pa gledaj.

Cesta o kojoj govorimo trebala je biti primopredana 30. lipnja. Tako su nam rekli lani. No, rokovi su ipak još malčice probijani, tako da će je Strabag na upravljanje Hrvatskim cestama (HC) predati najesen. Pitali smo HC kad točno, ali nisu nam dali precizan odgovor. Onaj neprecizan glasi: Do kraja godine. Kad snjegovi u Zagori počnu.

“Završeni su radovi na asfaltiranju završnog sloja kolničke konstrukcije te je u tijeku postavljanje prometne opreme i signalizacije”, kažu u Hrvatskim cestama.

Dosad je na omišku obilaznicu otišlo više od 70 milijuna eura

Na novoizgrađenom dijelu obilaznice, odnosno na dionici državne ceste D70 koja od Zakučca prema Gatima vodi preko popularne “brnistre” – a ove je godine, dopustite, izrasla baš kao nekad, kad su je djeca brala pa njome Titovu štafetu u maju posipala – promet se odvija jednim kolničkim trakom, uz korištenje privremenog semafora, a u punom profilu ta će prometnica, predviđaju u HC-u, zaživjeti koncem tjedna.

“Nadalje, započeli su radovi opremanja, a što obuhvaća elektroenergetiku, telekomunikacijsku kanalizaciju, cestovnu rasvjetu, sustav daljinskog upravljanja i nadzora, vatrodojavu i ventilaciju tunela”, navodi se u dopisu HC-a potpisanog od strane glasnogovornice Tamare Đurijanček.

Po završetku spomenutih radova na opremanju, slijede upravni postupci, tehnički pregled, koji je preduvjet ishođenju uporabne dozvole, i puštanje u promet. A samo puštanje u promet, koje podrazumijeva i most preko Cetine, onaj jedinstveni, velebni, koji je ćaća već bio posjetio, planira se, rekosmo, do kraja ove godine.

U Hrvatskim cestama, dakle, oprezni su. Ne žele se razmetati izjavama. Kad omišku obilaznicu spazimo, možemo joj se nadati. Do kraja godine pri tome je sasvim razuman rok. Jer, na terenu je stanje i više nego obećavajuće. I znakovi su postavljeni. Na njima tako piše da ćemo od ove petlje, kad na nju nekim čudom odnekud dođemo, do Omiša voziti dva kilometra. A Omiš je tu, odmah iza leđa, okreneš se i eto ga za sekund. No, nebitno, da sad ne cjepidlačimo. Puno je zanimljivije što na znaku piše i da smo od autoceste udaljeni 19 kilometara. Preko Gata, Zvečanja i Seoca do Blata na Cetini. A to je valjda najuža dvosmjerna cesta u zemlji. Zbog koje Omiš, iako odavno ima spoj na autocestu, na znakovima te autoceste praktično nikad nije ni postojao. Ni Google taj smjer zbog straha od tužbi nikome nije preporučivao.

Na znaku piše i da smo od autoceste udaljeni 19 kilometara. Preko Gata, Zvečanja i Seoca do Blata na Cetini...

Bit će veselo kad stranci iduće ljeto počnu pratiti znakove. Pa kad s jedne strane krenu preko Ostrvice i Čišala, a s druge preko Tugara i Srinjina. A obećane ceste nigdje. Samo seoski put koji je izrastao u državnu cestu. HDZ-ova magija. Poput Baće saborskog zastupnika.

Gužve ostaju

Do tada valja još koji cent potrošiti. Uz napomenu kako je dosad na omišku obilaznicu otišlo više od 70 milijuna eura. Prvih 45 milijuna potrošeno je još davno, u vrijeme prvoga ćaće – dobrim su ga zvali, neovisni intelektualci su se za njegovo društvo otimali – a izgrađeni su ulaz u obilaznicu i dva tunela s istočne strane, još malo pa će ih trebati i obnavljati, dok će most i treći tunel, “Komorjak” na zapadu, dug 600 metara, te spoj na državnu cestu D70 kod Naklica stajati još 26 milijuna eura.

To je, međutim, ništa naspram izgradnje cijelog poteza od Omiša do Splita, čija se vrijednost prije rata u Ukrajini i galopirajuće inflacije procjenjivala na 360 milijuna eura. Sa sadašnjim cijenama asfalta i parizera teško je i nagađati novu cifru. No, netko će morati, jer omiška obilaznica ostat će samo batrljak bez splitske obilaznice. Bez nje ni gužve na Magistrali neće biti riješene. Spasi nas, ćaća!

Omiška obilaznica samo što nije gotova. Točnije, samo što nije gotova prva faza omiške obilaznice. Ona koja se gradi već skoro dva desetljeća. Od ćaće do ćaće. No, i to je dobra vijest.

Istina, kad uskoro ćaća dođe otvoriti obilaznicu, jer uopće ne sumnjamo da će doći, dolazio je on i za manje stvari, ništa se posebno s prometom neće dogoditi, gužve uokolo Omiša neće se smanjiti, ali barem ćemo imati lijepu cestu. S jednim mostom i nekoliko tunela. Vozi ćaća – pomalo, jer brže i ne možeš – pa gledaj.

Cesta o kojoj govorimo trebala je biti primopredana 30. lipnja. Tako su nam rekli lani. No, rokovi su ipak još malčice probijani, tako da će je Strabag na upravljanje Hrvatskim cestama (HC) predati najesen. Pitali smo HC kad točno, ali nisu nam dali precizan odgovor. Onaj neprecizan glasi: Do kraja godine. Kad snjegovi u Zagori počnu.

“Završeni su radovi na asfaltiranju završnog sloja kolničke konstrukcije te je u tijeku postavljanje prometne opreme i signalizacije”, kažu u Hrvatskim cestama.

Na novoizgrađenom dijelu obilaznice, odnosno na dionici državne ceste D70 koja od Zakučca prema Gatima vodi preko popularne “brnistre” – a ove je godine, dopustite, izrasla baš kao nekad, kad su je djeca brala pa njome Titovu štafetu u maju posipala – promet se odvija jednim kolničkim trakom, uz korištenje privremenog semafora, a u punom profilu ta će prometnica, predviđaju u HC-u, zaživjeti koncem tjedna.

“Nadalje, započeli su radovi opremanja, a što obuhvaća elektroenergetiku, telekomunikacijsku kanalizaciju, cestovnu rasvjetu, sustav daljinskog upravljanja i nadzora, vatrodojavu i ventilaciju tunela”, navodi se u dopisu HC-a potpisanog od strane glasnogovornice Tamare Đurijanček.

Po završetku spomenutih radova na opremanju, slijede upravni postupci, tehnički pregled, koji je preduvjet ishođenju uporabne dozvole, i puštanje u promet. A samo puštanje u promet, koje podrazumijeva i most preko Cetine, onaj jedinstveni, velebni, koji je ćaća već bio posjetio, planira se, rekosmo, do kraja ove godine.

U Hrvatskim cestama, dakle, oprezni su. Ne žele se razmetati izjavama. Kad omišku obilaznicu spazimo, možemo joj se nadati. Do kraja godine pri tome je sasvim razuman rok. Jer, na terenu je stanje i više nego obećavajuće. I znakovi su postavljeni. Na njima tako piše da ćemo od ove petlje, kad na nju nekim čudom odnekud dođemo, do Omiša voziti dva kilometra. A Omiš je tu, odmah iza leđa, okreneš se i eto ga za sekund. No, nebitno, da sad ne cjepidlačimo. Puno je zanimljivije što na znaku piše i da smo od autoceste udaljeni 19 kilometara. Preko Gata, Zvečanja i Seoca do Blata na Cetini. A to je valjda najuža dvosmjerna cesta u zemlji. Zbog koje Omiš, iako odavno ima spoj na autocestu, na znakovima te autoceste praktično nikad nije ni postojao. Ni Google taj smjer zbog straha od tužbi nikome nije preporučivao.

Bit će veselo kad stranci iduće ljeto počnu pratiti znakove. Pa kad s jedne strane krenu preko Ostrvice i Čišala, a s druge preko Tugara i Srinjina. A obećane ceste nigdje. Samo seoski put koji je izrastao u državnu cestu. HDZ-ova magija. Poput Baće saborskog zastupnika.

Gužve ostaju

Do tada valja još koji cent potrošiti. Uz napomenu kako je dosad na omišku obilaznicu otišlo više od 70 milijuna eura. Prvih 45 milijuna potrošeno je još davno, u vrijeme prvoga ćaće – dobrim su ga zvali, neovisni intelektualci su se za njegovo društvo otimali – a izgrađeni su ulaz u obilaznicu i dva tunela s istočne strane, još malo pa će ih trebati i obnavljati, dok će most i treći tunel, “Komorjak” na zapadu, dug 600 metara, te spoj na državnu cestu D70 kod Naklica stajati još 26 milijuna eura.

To je, međutim, ništa naspram izgradnje cijelog poteza od Omiša do Splita, čija se vrijednost prije rata u Ukrajini i galopirajuće inflacije procjenjivala na 360 milijuna eura. Sa sadašnjim cijenama asfalta i parizera teško je i nagađati novu cifru. No, netko će morati, jer omiška obilaznica ostat će samo batrljak bez splitske obilaznice. Bez nje ni gužve na Magistrali neće biti riješene. Spasi nas, ćaća!

Omiška obilaznica samo što nije gotova. Točnije, samo što nije gotova prva faza omiške obilaznice. Ona koja se gradi već skoro dva desetljeća. Od ćaće do ćaće. No, i to je dobra vijest.

Istina, kad uskoro ćaća dođe otvoriti obilaznicu, jer uopće ne sumnjamo da će doći, dolazio je on i za manje stvari, ništa se posebno s prometom neće dogoditi, gužve uokolo Omiša neće se smanjiti, ali barem ćemo imati lijepu cestu. S jednim mostom i nekoliko tunela. Vozi ćaća – pomalo, jer brže i ne možeš – pa gledaj.
