Najveći lanac marina na Mediteranu, ACI d.d., u prvih devet mjeseci ove godine ostvario je 194,7 milijuna kuna prihoda od prodaje što je za čak 29 milijuna kuna, tj. 17%, više od prošle godine. Ostvareni prihodi najveći su ikad zabilježeni u gotovo četrdeset godina dugoj ACI-jevoj povijesti. Rast prihoda od prodaje zabilježen je u svim marinama. No, najznačajniji rast, i to od 13,7 milijuna kuna, ostvaren je u ACI marinama Korčula, Split, Palmižana i Milna. Očekivano, tijekom sezone tj. u periodu od srpnja do rujna ostvareno je više od 50% ukupnih prihoda od prodaje.

U prvih 9 mjeseci ove godine u lanac ACI marina uloženo je gotovo 52 milijuna kuna. Najznačajnije investicije su rušenje gata I, izgradnja obalnog zida i rekonstrukcija infrastrukture u ACI marini Dubrovnik te rekonstrukcija sidrenih sustava u ACI marini Trogir, a u tijeku je i implementacija optimiziranog sustava upravljanja parkiralištem u ACI marinama Jezera i Pomer. Navedene investicije podigle su kvalitetu usluge na veću razinu te omogućile veću sigurnost plovila i gostiju u našim marinama.

Osim povećanja kvalitete usluga, na rast prihoda od prodaje utjecala je i stabilizacija epidemiološke situacije te posljedično povećan broj nautičara u našim marinama, kao i politika prodajnih cijena kojom su uspješno kompenzirani negativni utjecaji poskupljenja energenata i ostalih troškova. Pritom je najveći rast zabilježen kod usluga dnevnog i godišnjeg veza s udjelom od 75% u ukupnom povećanju. Prihod dnevnog veza povećan je za čak 35%, tj. 17,2 milijuna kuna. Naposljetku, ostvaren je pozitivan bruto financijski rezultat u iznosu od 44,7 milijuna kuna, dok ostvarena EBITDA za prvih 9 mjeseci ove godine iznosi 95,4 milijuna kuna.

U situaciji ekonomske nestabilnosti u kojoj se trenutno nalazi cijelo svjetsko tržište briga za zaposlenike dobila je na posebnoj važnosti. „Usredotočeni smo na zadržavanje radnih mjesta i osiguravanje što boljih uvjeta za naše zaposlenike. Izvrsni rezultati ostvareni tijekom sezone omogućili su dodjeljivanje jednokratne nagrade i jednokratna povećanja plaće za sve radnike tijekom kolovoza i rujna. Uz navedeno, u tijeku su pregovori sa sindikatima. Intenzivno surađujemo na postizanju dogovora oko povećanja prava radnika, odnosno usklađenja plaća s trendovima na tržištu i trenutnim inflatornim pritiscima, a sve uz zadržavanje financijske stabilnosti Društva“, istaknuo je predsjednik Uprave ACI d.d., Kristijan Pavić.

Ova je godina za nas bila posebno značajna po realizaciji Europskog prvenstva klase ClubSwan 36, regate koja se po prvi put održala u Hrvatskoj. ACI marina Split bila je domaćin ove prestižne regate, a u natjecanju je sudjelovalo i 6 ACI Sail jedrilica u ACI-jevu vlasništvu. Jedrilice su putem ACI-jeva trening centra dostupne za najam, obuke jedrenja, individualne treninge te organizaciju team buildinga i korporativno jedrenje.

U nadolazećem periodu planira se daljnji razvoj poslovanja. U rujnu 2022. Nadzorni odbor dao je suglasnost Upravi ACI d.d. za sudjelovanje u projektu Koridor mobilnosti s nultom emisijom – Sjeverni Jadran. Projekt „Dolina vodika Sjeverni Jadran“ predstavlja poseban oblik međunarodne suradnje predviđen Hrvatskom strategijom za vodik do 2050. godine. U projektu se predviđa sustav smješten unutar više država naše regije koji povezuje proizvodnju vodika, transport i krajnju uporabu. Sukladno navedenom, ACI je podnio prijavu na natječaj te provodi daljnje aktivnosti vezane uz realizaciju projekta. Uz činjenicu da smo jedna od prvih većih tvrtki iz turističkog sektora koja je certificirana po četiri ISO certifikata, Plave zastave koje se viju u ACI marinama diljem Jadrana, ACI postaje predvodnik zelene tranzicije u Hrvatskoj.

Ključni strateški projekt za ACI je buduća ACI marina Rijeka. Zajednička tvrtka ACI – GITONE osnovana s partnerom GITONE Kvarnerom koji čini dio slavne Lurssen grupacije, usmjerena je na ishođenje lokacijske dozvole za izgradnju buduće marine. Lokacijska dozvola preduvjet je za potpisivanje ugovora o koncesiji. Izgradnja ACI marine Rijeka trajno će promijeniti, ne samo vizuru grada Rijeke, već i život stanovnika Rijeke i riječke regije, a Kvarner snažno ucrtati na nautičkoj karti svijeta.

Najveći lanac marina na Mediteranu, ACI d.d., u prvih devet mjeseci ove godine ostvario je 194,7 milijuna kuna prihoda od prodaje što je za čak 29 milijuna kuna, tj. 17%, više od prošle godine. Ostvareni prihodi najveći su ikad zabilježeni u gotovo četrdeset godina dugoj ACI-jevoj povijesti. Rast prihoda od prodaje zabilježen je u svim marinama. No, najznačajniji rast, i to od 13,7 milijuna kuna, ostvaren je u ACI marinama Korčula, Split, Palmižana i Milna. Očekivano, tijekom sezone tj. u periodu od srpnja do rujna ostvareno je više od 50% ukupnih prihoda od prodaje.

U prvih 9 mjeseci ove godine u lanac ACI marina uloženo je gotovo 52 milijuna kuna. Najznačajnije investicije su rušenje gata I, izgradnja obalnog zida i rekonstrukcija infrastrukture u ACI marini Dubrovnik te rekonstrukcija sidrenih sustava u ACI marini Trogir, a u tijeku je i implementacija optimiziranog sustava upravljanja parkiralištem u ACI marinama Jezera i Pomer. Navedene investicije podigle su kvalitetu usluge na veću razinu te omogućile veću sigurnost plovila i gostiju u našim marinama.

Osim povećanja kvalitete usluga, na rast prihoda od prodaje utjecala je i stabilizacija epidemiološke situacije te posljedično povećan broj nautičara u našim marinama, kao i politika prodajnih cijena kojom su uspješno kompenzirani negativni utjecaji poskupljenja energenata i ostalih troškova. Pritom je najveći rast zabilježen kod usluga dnevnog i godišnjeg veza s udjelom od 75% u ukupnom povećanju. Prihod dnevnog veza povećan je za čak 35%, tj. 17,2 milijuna kuna. Naposljetku, ostvaren je pozitivan bruto financijski rezultat u iznosu od 44,7 milijuna kuna, dok ostvarena EBITDA za prvih 9 mjeseci ove godine iznosi 95,4 milijuna kuna.

U situaciji ekonomske nestabilnosti u kojoj se trenutno nalazi cijelo svjetsko tržište briga za zaposlenike dobila je na posebnoj važnosti. „Usredotočeni smo na zadržavanje radnih mjesta i osiguravanje što boljih uvjeta za naše zaposlenike. Izvrsni rezultati ostvareni tijekom sezone omogućili su dodjeljivanje jednokratne nagrade i jednokratna povećanja plaće za sve radnike tijekom kolovoza i rujna. Uz navedeno, u tijeku su pregovori sa sindikatima. Intenzivno surađujemo na postizanju dogovora oko povećanja prava radnika, odnosno usklađenja plaća s trendovima na tržištu i trenutnim inflatornim pritiscima, a sve uz zadržavanje financijske stabilnosti Društva“, istaknuo je predsjednik Uprave ACI d.d., Kristijan Pavić.

Ova je godina za nas bila posebno značajna po realizaciji Europskog prvenstva klase ClubSwan 36, regate koja se po prvi put održala u Hrvatskoj. ACI marina Split bila je domaćin ove prestižne regate, a u natjecanju je sudjelovalo i 6 ACI Sail jedrilica u ACI-jevu vlasništvu. Jedrilice su putem ACI-jeva trening centra dostupne za najam, obuke jedrenja, individualne treninge te organizaciju team buildinga i korporativno jedrenje.

U nadolazećem periodu planira se daljnji razvoj poslovanja. U rujnu 2022. Nadzorni odbor dao je suglasnost Upravi ACI d.d. za sudjelovanje u projektu Koridor mobilnosti s nultom emisijom – Sjeverni Jadran. Projekt „Dolina vodika Sjeverni Jadran“ predstavlja poseban oblik međunarodne suradnje predviđen Hrvatskom strategijom za vodik do 2050. godine. U projektu se predviđa sustav smješten unutar više država naše regije koji povezuje proizvodnju vodika, transport i krajnju uporabu. Sukladno navedenom, ACI je podnio prijavu na natječaj te provodi daljnje aktivnosti vezane uz realizaciju projekta. Uz činjenicu da smo jedna od prvih većih tvrtki iz turističkog sektora koja je certificirana po četiri ISO certifikata, Plave zastave koje se viju u ACI marinama diljem Jadrana, ACI postaje predvodnik zelene tranzicije u Hrvatskoj.

Ključni strateški projekt za ACI je buduća ACI marina Rijeka. Zajednička tvrtka ACI – GITONE osnovana s partnerom GITONE Kvarnerom koji čini dio slavne Lurssen grupacije, usmjerena je na ishođenje lokacijske dozvole za izgradnju buduće marine. Lokacijska dozvola preduvjet je za potpisivanje ugovora o koncesiji. Izgradnja ACI marine Rijeka trajno će promijeniti, ne samo vizuru grada Rijeke, već i život stanovnika Rijeke i riječke regije, a Kvarner snažno ucrtati na nautičkoj karti svijeta.
