Težaci s područja grada Staroga Grada i općine Jelsa, kojima inače pripada Starogradsko polje - Faroska hora (1376 hektara), prije njegova uvrštavanja na UNESCO-ov Popis svjetske baštine 2008. godine uglavnom su strahovali da će im takva zaštita donijeti još više ograničenja u obavljanju njihove djelatnosti.

Onda su poslije grintali da se od dana zaštite nije učinilo dovoljno, da je plodna zemlja i dalje u velikom postotku neobrađena, da nedostaje osmišljen sustav navodnjavanja, da turistička ponuda u polju nije adekvatno organizirana...

Ipak, razvidno je da u posljednje vrijeme ima nekih pozitivnih pomaka, jer Agencija za upravljanje Starogradskim poljem raspisuje natječaje i potiče obnovu zapuštenih poljoprivrednih površina na tom području, što financiraju Ministarstvo kulture, Grad Stari Grad i Općina Jelsa. Starogradska vlast uz to već godinama u suradnji sa Županijom splitsko-dalmatinskom potpomaže težake u nabavi sadnog materijala, a počela je i organizacija nekih događanja za turiste u polju. Sada se u sve to, na neki način, uključio i državni vrh.

Vlada je usvojila 5 milijuna kuna vrijedan program potpore primarnim proizvođačima koji koriste poljoprivredno zemljište zaštićeno kao kulturno dobro. Sredstva će se dodjeljivati radi prilagodbe poljoprivredne djelatnosti na gospodarstvima koja imaju obvezu provođenja određenih administrativnih postupaka i provedbe mjera zaštite kulturnog dobra.

- Program nudi mogućnost potpore kao kompenzacije za smanjenu dohodovnost zbog obveze poštovanja propisa o zaštiti kulturne baštine.

To će, kako se očekuje, ujedno biti i značajan pomak u revitalizaciji zapuštenih dijelova kulturnih krajolika kojima je jedna od sastavnica višestoljetno poljoprivredno korištenje zemljišta, upravo kakvo je Starogradsko polje na Hvaru - poručuju iz Banskih dvora.

Recimo i to da je u nacionalni Registar kulturnih dobara upisano 1130 arheoloških lokacija, a velik dio njih smješten je na poljoprivredno obradivim parcelama. Takve površine zahtijevaju dodatna ulaganja i troškove te posebne načine obrade zemljišta, a nerijetko se nalaze na područjima koja imaju i određena dodatna prirodna ograničenja.

Starograjanin Paveto Petrić, jedan od vodećih težaka u hvarskom spomeničkom polju, kaže da je informiran o odrednicama novog dokumenta. Tako će se primarnim proizvođačima, odnosno vlasnicima poljoprivrednih površina ili njihovih dijelova za koje je izdano rješenje o utvrđenom svojstvu kulturnog dobra temeljem Zakona o zaštiti i očuvanju kulturnih dobara sufinancirati priprema poljoprivrednog zemljišta i obnova zapuštenih površina u iznosu do 7500 kuna po hektaru.

Izrada tehničke dokumentacije će se, kako dodaje, sufinancirati do 50 posto od ukupnog iznosa te nabava mehanizacije i alata čak do 85 posto od ukupnog iznosa troška - maksimalno do 50 tisuća kuna, što bi, ako bude dovoljno novca, doista moglo donijeti bolje dane težacima sa središnjeg dijela škoja.

Važno je spomenuti i to da će konzervatorski odjeli Ministarstva kulture pomoći prilikom odabira prioriteta potpore, vezano uz podatke o zaštićenim područjima, kao i vrstu njihove ugroženosti s obzirom na mjere zaštite propisane za svaku od zaštićenih lokacija.

Težaci s područja grada Staroga Grada i općine Jelsa, kojima inače pripada Starogradsko polje - Faroska hora (1376 hektara), prije njegova uvrštavanja na UNESCO-ov Popis svjetske baštine 2008. godine uglavnom su strahovali da će im takva zaštita donijeti još više ograničenja u obavljanju njihove djelatnosti.

Onda su poslije grintali da se od dana zaštite nije učinilo dovoljno, da je plodna zemlja i dalje u velikom postotku neobrađena, da nedostaje osmišljen sustav navodnjavanja, da turistička ponuda u polju nije adekvatno organizirana...

Ipak, razvidno je da u posljednje vrijeme ima nekih pozitivnih pomaka, jer Agencija za upravljanje Starogradskim poljem raspisuje natječaje i potiče obnovu zapuštenih poljoprivrednih površina na tom području, što financiraju Ministarstvo kulture, Grad Stari Grad i Općina Jelsa. Starogradska vlast uz to već godinama u suradnji sa Županijom splitsko-dalmatinskom potpomaže težake u nabavi sadnog materijala, a počela je i organizacija nekih događanja za turiste u polju. Sada se u sve to, na neki način, uključio i državni vrh.

Vlada je usvojila 5 milijuna kuna vrijedan program potpore primarnim proizvođačima koji koriste poljoprivredno zemljište zaštićeno kao kulturno dobro. Sredstva će se dodjeljivati radi prilagodbe poljoprivredne djelatnosti na gospodarstvima koja imaju obvezu provođenja određenih administrativnih postupaka i provedbe mjera zaštite kulturnog dobra.

- Program nudi mogućnost potpore kao kompenzacije za smanjenu dohodovnost zbog obveze poštovanja propisa o zaštiti kulturne baštine.

To će, kako se očekuje, ujedno biti i značajan pomak u revitalizaciji zapuštenih dijelova kulturnih krajolika kojima je jedna od sastavnica višestoljetno poljoprivredno korištenje zemljišta, upravo kakvo je Starogradsko polje na Hvaru - poručuju iz Banskih dvora.

Recimo i to da je u nacionalni Registar kulturnih dobara upisano 1130 arheoloških lokacija, a velik dio njih smješten je na poljoprivredno obradivim parcelama. Takve površine zahtijevaju dodatna ulaganja i troškove te posebne načine obrade zemljišta, a nerijetko se nalaze na područjima koja imaju i određena dodatna prirodna ograničenja.

Starograjanin Paveto Petrić, jedan od vodećih težaka u hvarskom spomeničkom polju, kaže da je informiran o odrednicama novog dokumenta. Tako će se primarnim proizvođačima, odnosno vlasnicima poljoprivrednih površina ili njihovih dijelova za koje je izdano rješenje o utvrđenom svojstvu kulturnog dobra temeljem Zakona o zaštiti i očuvanju kulturnih dobara sufinancirati priprema poljoprivrednog zemljišta i obnova zapuštenih površina u iznosu do 7500 kuna po hektaru.

Izrada tehničke dokumentacije će se, kako dodaje, sufinancirati do 50 posto od ukupnog iznosa te nabava mehanizacije i alata čak do 85 posto od ukupnog iznosa troška - maksimalno do 50 tisuća kuna, što bi, ako bude dovoljno novca, doista moglo donijeti bolje dane težacima sa središnjeg dijela škoja.

Važno je spomenuti i to da će konzervatorski odjeli Ministarstva kulture pomoći prilikom odabira prioriteta potpore, vezano uz podatke o zaštićenim područjima, kao i vrstu njihove ugroženosti s obzirom na mjere zaštite propisane za svaku od zaštićenih lokacija.
