Nakon aktualnog sata te pitanja vijećnika ali i prepucavanja stranačkih "veterana" između vladajućih i oporbe, nastavljene su redovne točke dnevnog reda četvrte sjednice, ali prve radne Županijske skupštine splitsko-dalmatinske nakon lokalnih izbora.
Jedna od njih je i izbor dva potpredsjednika Skupštine, jednog iz oporbe drugog iz vladajućih. I jednoglasno su 34 vijećnika podržala prijedlog vladajuće opcije HDZ-HSP-HGS da zamjenik predsjedniku Mati Šimundiću bude dr. Luka Roguljić (HSP), dok oporba nije predložila svog predstavnika. Tek je zatražen od strane Mosta stanka od 10 minuta.
Nakon toga je odlučeno kako će ta točka biti “prebačena” na drugi dio Skupštine u ponedjeljak 27. rujna.
Pa je opet zaiskrilo na izboru članova radnih tijela.
Miro Bulj (Most):
- Prvi put u povijesti nije definirana oporba i većina, koju u stvari nemamo već imamo vas nesvrstane, predsjedniče Skupštine Šimundić. Zauzeli ste četiri mjesta, za dva vijećnika, treći iz Domovinskog pokreta je u oporbi! Ovo je presedan! Nećemo dati potporu ovoj trgovini dok se ne definira većina u Skupštini!
Spremno mu je odgovorio Ante Sanader (HDZ):
- Bulju nisi sve krave napojio, pa moraš ići! Ljudi moramo početi raditi, krenimo s radom Skupštine, pred nama je puno posla!
Dok je drugi HDZ-ovac, načelnik Sućurja Ivan Slavić, bio još oštriji:
- Kolege iz Mosta nemaju znanje o politici, to je očito u skladu sa njihovim obrazovanjem, a mi smo svi ovdje jednaki vijećnici, nije bitno tko je većina a tko manjina.
No nisu se dali ni “mostovci”, Milija Baldić-Lukšić izričita je:
- Most najveća oporba stranka, i dali smo prijedloge, tražim stanku, sudjelovali jesmo u dogovorima sa ostalim oporebnih strankama no nisu prihvaćeni naši prijedlozi.
- Razgovarajmo kolegijalno i sudjelujmo u dogovorima, četiri oporbene strane se moraju dogovoriti, svi ćemo od nečega morati odustati. Imamo odgovornost prema građanima – pozivala je Daša Dragnić (Koalicija Za), dok su "mostovci" opet zatražili 10 minuta stanke za dogovor.
– Od 10 traženih mjesta Mosta, samo jedno nije prošlo, devet ih je prihvaćeno. Nemojte ići na ruku onima koji vode skupštinu, destrukcijom nećemo postići ništa, moramo početi raditi – izjasnio se i Ranko Ostojić (SDP).
- Dajmo im još 10 minuta, sad smo vidjeli kako je Most uvijek destruktivan, četiri prošle godine, a i sada se opet isto ponašaju! - direktan je HDZ-ovac Jozo Vidić, na to je Baldić-Lukšić prozvala:
- Nismo destruktivni, i nemojte nas vrijeđati sa govornice.
U tijeku je zatražena pauza, nakon koje je "mostovka" Baldić-Lukšić kazala:
- Vijećnici Mosta napustit će Skupštinu jer ne prihvaćaju ovakav način rad, ne trebaju nam ni odbori ni mjesto potpredsjednika.
- I vijećnici Centra napuštaju Skupštinu - pozvala je svoje kolege i Gorana Rosandić.
Te je šesta točka usvojena sa 31 glas "za" i jednog suzdržanog, bez vijećnika Mosta i Centra, ali i bez formiranih svih odbora za rad, te je Mate Šimundić opet dao treću stanku od 10 minuta.
Znači od 10 sati, u četiri radna sata imali su vijećnici tri pauze! A tek su na šestoj točci Dnevnog reda....

Jedna od njih je i izbor dva potpredsjednika Skupštine, jednog iz oporbe drugog iz vladajućih. I jednoglasno su 34 vijećnika podržala prijedlog vladajuće opcije HDZ-HSP-HGS da zamjenik predsjedniku Mati Šimundiću bude dr. Luka Roguljić (HSP), dok oporba nije predložila svog predstavnika. Tek je zatražen od strane Mosta stanka od 10 minuta.
Nakon toga je odlučeno kako će ta točka biti “prebačena” na drugi dio Skupštine u ponedjeljak 27. rujna.
Pa je opet zaiskrilo na izboru članova radnih tijela.
Miro Bulj (Most):
- Prvi put u povijesti nije definirana oporba i većina, koju u stvari nemamo već imamo vas nesvrstane, predsjedniče Skupštine Šimundić. Zauzeli ste četiri mjesta, za dva vijećnika, treći iz Domovinskog pokreta je u oporbi! Ovo je presedan! Nećemo dati potporu ovoj trgovini dok se ne definira većina u Skupštini!
Spremno mu je odgovorio Ante Sanader (HDZ):
- Bulju nisi sve krave napojio, pa moraš ići! Ljudi moramo početi raditi, krenimo s radom Skupštine, pred nama je puno posla!
Dok je drugi HDZ-ovac, načelnik Sućurja Ivan Slavić, bio još oštriji:
- Kolege iz Mosta nemaju znanje o politici, to je očito u skladu sa njihovim obrazovanjem, a mi smo svi ovdje jednaki vijećnici, nije bitno tko je većina a tko manjina.
No nisu se dali ni “mostovci”, Milija Baldić-Lukšić izričita je:
- Most najveća oporba stranka, i dali smo prijedloge, tražim stanku, sudjelovali jesmo u dogovorima sa ostalim oporebnih strankama no nisu prihvaćeni naši prijedlozi.
- Razgovarajmo kolegijalno i sudjelujmo u dogovorima, četiri oporbene strane se moraju dogovoriti, svi ćemo od nečega morati odustati. Imamo odgovornost prema građanima – pozivala je Daša Dragnić (Koalicija Za), dok su "mostovci" opet zatražili 10 minuta stanke za dogovor.
– Od 10 traženih mjesta Mosta, samo jedno nije prošlo, devet ih je prihvaćeno. Nemojte ići na ruku onima koji vode skupštinu, destrukcijom nećemo postići ništa, moramo početi raditi – izjasnio se i Ranko Ostojić (SDP).
- Dajmo im još 10 minuta, sad smo vidjeli kako je Most uvijek destruktivan, četiri prošle godine, a i sada se opet isto ponašaju! - direktan je HDZ-ovac Jozo Vidić, na to je Baldić-Lukšić prozvala:
- Nismo destruktivni, i nemojte nas vrijeđati sa govornice.
U tijeku je zatražena pauza, nakon koje je "mostovka" Baldić-Lukšić kazala:
- Vijećnici Mosta napustit će Skupštinu jer ne prihvaćaju ovakav način rad, ne trebaju nam ni odbori ni mjesto potpredsjednika.
- I vijećnici Centra napuštaju Skupštinu - pozvala je svoje kolege i Gorana Rosandić.
Te je šesta točka usvojena sa 31 glas "za" i jednog suzdržanog, bez vijećnika Mosta i Centra, ali i bez formiranih svih odbora za rad, te je Mate Šimundić opet dao treću stanku od 10 minuta.
Znači od 10 sati, u četiri radna sata imali su vijećnici tri pauze! A tek su na šestoj točci Dnevnog reda....
