Nakon dvodnevne plovidbe iz grčke luke Zea, u dubrovačku luku Gruž upolovila je luksuzna, 133 metra duga i 19 metara široka megajahta "Al Mirqab". Riječ je o jednoj od 15 najvećih svjetskih luksuznih jahti koja je u vlasništvu bivšeg katarskog premijera i ministra vanjskih poslova Hamada bin Jassima bin Jabera Al Thanija. Jahta ima gaz od 5 metara, a plovi pod zastavom Kajmanskih otoka, a ima nosivost od 1440 t DWT i bruto nsivost 9.518 GT.

Al Mirqab je jahta koja je 2008. godine izgrađena u njemačkom brodogradilištu "Peters Schiffbau Wewelsfleth", a projektirao ju je renomirani pomorski arhitekt Tim Heywood, dok dizajn interijera potpisuje ništa manjepoznati Andrew Winch. Upravo je taj interijer osvojio brojne nagrade i uključuje slike s arapskim motivima na besprijekorno ulaštenim mramornim podovima. Ovo luksuzno plovilo s oplatom mjestimice ojačanom specijalnim čelikom na otvorenom moru postiže zavidnu brzinu od 23 čvora, ali možedugo krstariti jednako repektabilnom brzinom od 21 čvora.

Prema dostupnim podacima, njezina je trenutačna vrijednost veća od 200 milijuna US dolara, a nije tajna kako je jahta najveći dio godine na vezu u grčkoj regiji Faliro koja je dio aglomeracije grčke metropole Atene. Upravo tu su grčki arheolozi nedavno otkrili tragove prve atenske luke, prije nego što je gradsko pomorsko i pomorsko središte premješteno u luku Pirej.

Prema dostupnim podacima, "Al Mirqab" (naziv duguje jednom od naselja u emiratu Katar) ima 10 superluksuznih apartmana i dva VIP- apartmana za samog vlasnika jahte. Svaki od golemih apartmana ima svoj dnevni boravak, dvokrevetnu spavaću sobu i luksuzno opremljenu kupaonicu, a namijenjeni su za ukupno 24 gosta koje opslužuje čak 55 članova posade. Jahta posjeduje kino- dvoranu, vanjske barove i jacuzzi, teretanu, spa-wellnes centar, unutarnji bazen i platformu za helikopter te lift ako je gostima, slučajno "tlaka" koristiti dizajnerski projektirano stubište. Veliki bazen na donjoj palubi može se bez teškoća otvoriti prema moru jednostavnim otvaranjem bočnih otvora u trupu tako da gosti nemaju problema da bez "nepotrebnih" skokova s palube ili prelaska ograde bazena otplivaju prema pučini ili obližnjem kopnu.

Al Mirqab je jahta koja je 2008. godine izgrađena u njemačkom brodogradilištu "Peters Schiffbau Wewelsfleth", a projektirao ju je renomirani pomorski arhitekt Tim Heywood, dok dizajn interijera potpisuje ništa manjepoznati Andrew Winch. Upravo je taj interijer osvojio brojne nagrade i uključuje slike s arapskim motivima na besprijekorno ulaštenim mramornim podovima. Ovo luksuzno plovilo s oplatom mjestimice ojačanom specijalnim čelikom na otvorenom moru postiže zavidnu brzinu od 23 čvora, ali možedugo krstariti jednako repektabilnom brzinom od 21 čvora.

Prema dostupnim podacima, njezina je trenutačna vrijednost veća od 200 milijuna US dolara, a nije tajna kako je jahta najveći dio godine na vezu u grčkoj regiji Faliro koja je dio aglomeracije grčke metropole Atene. Upravo tu su grčki arheolozi nedavno otkrili tragove prve atenske luke, prije nego što je gradsko pomorsko i pomorsko središte premješteno u luku Pirej.

Prema dostupnim podacima, "Al Mirqab" (naziv duguje jednom od naselja u emiratu Katar) ima 10 superluksuznih apartmana i dva VIP- apartmana za samog vlasnika jahte. Svaki od golemih apartmana ima svoj dnevni boravak, dvokrevetnu spavaću sobu i luksuzno opremljenu kupaonicu, a namijenjeni su za ukupno 24 gosta koje opslužuje čak 55 članova posade. Jahta posjeduje kino- dvoranu, vanjske barove i jacuzzi, teretanu, spa-wellnes centar, unutarnji bazen i platformu za helikopter te lift ako je gostima, slučajno "tlaka" koristiti dizajnerski projektirano stubište. Veliki bazen na donjoj palubi može se bez teškoća otvoriti prema moru jednostavnim otvaranjem bočnih otvora u trupu tako da gosti nemaju problema da bez "nepotrebnih" skokova s palube ili prelaska ograde bazena otplivaju prema pučini ili obližnjem kopnu.
