Dubrovnik je dobio novu gastronomsku atrakciju! Potvrđuju to redovi turista koji čekaju ispred novog gastro-svetišta u Ulici od puča unutar gradskih zidina koje nosi i prigodno ime - ‘Holy burek‘! Ta je pekarnica u nepunih mjesec dana postala nezaobilazni punkt hodočašća turista koji bez premišljanja, za ‘frulicu‘ bureka plaćaju sedam eura!

Naime, u ponudi ove pekare, odnosno piterije nalaze se i pite od sira, špinata, poriluka i krumpira za koje turisti izdvajaju po 5 eura za komadić svetog grala bosanskohercegovačke gastronomije koji se priprema pred očima kupaca. Uz to u ponudi su i pite od teletine i piletine, a za štapić te delicije treba izdvojiti kao i za burek, 7 eura, naravno uz gratis osmjeh pekara iz Indonezije i Filipina.

Prisjetimo se kako su nakon turističkih sezona koje pamtimo po otvaranjima brojnih pekarnica, pizzeria i fast foodova te trgovina gumenih patkica i bombona u svim mogućim u nemogućim oblicima, uslijedila otvaranja brojnih sladoledarnica. Nakon svega, u povijesnoj jezgri Dubrovnika sada su očito na red su došle i piterije koje su prethodnih godina, u refulima, otvarane većinom drugim gradskim kvartovima. No nisu bile duga vijeka, pa je tako u Lapadu opstala još samo jedna. No kako im je ove predsezone krenulo, nema sumnje da će novootvoreni ‘Holy burek‘ opstati duže i poslovnim uspjehom potaknuti još nekog poduzetnika na sličan potez, pa nije isključeno da će neki Ivo, Pero ili drugi domišljati vlasnik otkriti i ponuditi novo gastro-svetište brze prehrane.

Za razliku od, za domaću čeljad, paprenih cijena bureka, sladoled je zadržao svoju prošlogodišnju. Naime, cijene su istovjetne kao i lani te sladoljubci za kuglicu sladoleda i dalje trebaju izdvojiti između 2,50 i 4 eura. Iz razgovora s vlasnicima i zaposlenicima slastičarni doznajemo kako je razlog nepromijenjenih cijena činjenica da se cijene sirovina koje se većinom uvoze iz susjedne Italije minimlano ili nikako nisu mijenjale. Na nepromijenjene cijene sladoleda, kažu nam, utiču i slične kao lani cijene najma javnog prostora te stabilne cijene struje. Ipak, iako u slastičarnicama rade uglavnom obitelji vlasnika ili radnici iz Azije, slastičari upravo zbog rasta plaća i u toj djelatnosti najavljuju kako je do kraja lipnja moguća manja korekcija cijena kuglice sladoleda.

Dubrovnik je dobio novu gastronomsku atrakciju! Potvrđuju to redovi turista koji čekaju ispred novog gastro-svetišta u Ulici od puča unutar gradskih zidina koje nosi i prigodno ime - ‘Holy burek‘! Ta je pekarnica u nepunih mjesec dana postala nezaobilazni punkt hodočašća turista koji bez premišljanja, za ‘frulicu‘ bureka plaćaju sedam eura!

Naime, u ponudi ove pekare, odnosno piterije nalaze se i pite od sira, špinata, poriluka i krumpira za koje turisti izdvajaju po 5 eura za komadić svetog grala bosanskohercegovačke gastronomije koji se priprema pred očima kupaca. Uz to u ponudi su i pite od teletine i piletine, a za štapić te delicije treba izdvojiti kao i za burek, 7 eura, naravno uz gratis osmjeh pekara iz Indonezije i Filipina.

Prisjetimo se kako su nakon turističkih sezona koje pamtimo po otvaranjima brojnih pekarnica, pizzeria i fast foodova te trgovina gumenih patkica i bombona u svim mogućim u nemogućim oblicima, uslijedila otvaranja brojnih sladoledarnica. Nakon svega, u povijesnoj jezgri Dubrovnika sada su očito na red su došle i piterije koje su prethodnih godina, u refulima, otvarane većinom drugim gradskim kvartovima. No nisu bile duga vijeka, pa je tako u Lapadu opstala još samo jedna. No kako im je ove predsezone krenulo, nema sumnje da će novootvoreni ‘Holy burek‘ opstati duže i poslovnim uspjehom potaknuti još nekog poduzetnika na sličan potez, pa nije isključeno da će neki Ivo, Pero ili drugi domišljati vlasnik otkriti i ponuditi novo gastro-svetište brze prehrane.

Za razliku od, za domaću čeljad, paprenih cijena bureka, sladoled je zadržao svoju prošlogodišnju. Naime, cijene su istovjetne kao i lani te sladoljubci za kuglicu sladoleda i dalje trebaju izdvojiti između 2,50 i 4 eura. Iz razgovora s vlasnicima i zaposlenicima slastičarni doznajemo kako je razlog nepromijenjenih cijena činjenica da se cijene sirovina koje se većinom uvoze iz susjedne Italije minimlano ili nikako nisu mijenjale. Na nepromijenjene cijene sladoleda, kažu nam, utiču i slične kao lani cijene najma javnog prostora te stabilne cijene struje. Ipak, iako u slastičarnicama rade uglavnom obitelji vlasnika ili radnici iz Azije, slastičari upravo zbog rasta plaća i u toj djelatnosti najavljuju kako je do kraja lipnja moguća manja korekcija cijena kuglice sladoleda.
