Nakon što je od kraja 2013. godine pa do dijela prošle godine koncesiju za Gašpinu mlinicu u Solinu, zaštićeno kulturno dobro, imala obitelj Poljak iz Solina, odnosno tvrtka “Septima”, nakon provedenog natječaja Gradsko vijeće dodijelilo je pravo upravljanja obrtu “Ana – M”, u vlasništvu Ane Marušić iz Solina.
Na nadmetanje je pristigla samo jedna ponuda, a izabrani koncesionar je dužan Gradu plaćati godišnju naknadu za koncesiju u iznosu od 8000 kuna, navedeno je na Vijeću. Korištenje zaštićene Gašpine mlinice daje se na rok od četiri godine.
Osim izloženih starih predmeta, koji pokazuju kako su nekoć živjeli naši stari, u mlinici na Jadru se moglo uživo vidjeti i kako rade obnovljeni mlinovi, a posebno je to bila dobra prilika za edukativne posjete djece.
U mlinici se svake godine, osim tijekom dvije pandemijske godine, održava nekoliko manifestacija Turističke zajednice (TZ) u suradnji s udrugom “Solinjani”, a jedna od najposjećenijih je svakako “Iz solinskog lonca – što su jeli naši stari”, koja se prošle godine održala jubilarni deseti put.
Tako će i prvo događanje u suradnji s novim koncesionarom imati upravo ovi organizatori i priređivači, a u Noći muzeja 27. siječnja u 18 sati organiziraju manifestaciju “Vratimo život mlinici”.
- Ovim događanjem želimo prikazati kako je izgledao život u mlinici u stara vremena kroz odjeću, hranu i izložene artefakte te vođeni obilazak objekta. Posjetitelji će moći besplatno kušati tradicionalnu dalmatinsku hranu (fritule, pršut, sir, ...) te uz topli čaj uživati u nastupu Ivana Rapića na gitari, a sve u vremenu od 18 do 21 sat.
Cilj nam je prezentirati stare običaje kroz priču o mlinici iz 18. stoljeća kao najavu dobre suradnje novog koncesionara, udruge “Solinjani” i TZ-a. Puno je još ideja pred nama i vjerujemo da će mlinica uz ostalu starohrvatsku baštinu koja se kontinuirano valorizira, poput Rižinica, dobiti mjesto koje zaslužuje na turističkoj karti Hrvatske i svijeta - poručuje Jelena Stupalo, TZ-ova direktorica.
Gašpina mlinica obnovljena je 2008. godine suradnjom Grada Solina i Ministarstva kulture, a budući da je riječ o objektu koji je u registru spomenika kulture te pod konzervatorskim nadzorom, namjena joj je do sada bila turistička prezentacija i organizacija edukativnih posjeta djece.

Nakon što je od kraja 2013. godine pa do dijela prošle godine koncesiju za Gašpinu mlinicu u Solinu, zaštićeno kulturno dobro, imala obitelj Poljak iz Solina, odnosno tvrtka “Septima”, nakon provedenog natječaja Gradsko vijeće dodijelilo je pravo upravljanja obrtu “Ana – M”, u vlasništvu Ane Marušić iz Solina.
Na nadmetanje je pristigla samo jedna ponuda, a izabrani koncesionar je dužan Gradu plaćati godišnju naknadu za koncesiju u iznosu od 8000 kuna, navedeno je na Vijeću. Korištenje zaštićene Gašpine mlinice daje se na rok od četiri godine.
Osim izloženih starih predmeta, koji pokazuju kako su nekoć živjeli naši stari, u mlinici na Jadru se moglo uživo vidjeti i kako rade obnovljeni mlinovi, a posebno je to bila dobra prilika za edukativne posjete djece.
U mlinici se svake godine, osim tijekom dvije pandemijske godine, održava nekoliko manifestacija Turističke zajednice (TZ) u suradnji s udrugom “Solinjani”, a jedna od najposjećenijih je svakako “Iz solinskog lonca – što su jeli naši stari”, koja se prošle godine održala jubilarni deseti put.
Tako će i prvo događanje u suradnji s novim koncesionarom imati upravo ovi organizatori i priređivači, a u Noći muzeja 27. siječnja u 18 sati organiziraju manifestaciju “Vratimo život mlinici”.
- Ovim događanjem želimo prikazati kako je izgledao život u mlinici u stara vremena kroz odjeću, hranu i izložene artefakte te vođeni obilazak objekta. Posjetitelji će moći besplatno kušati tradicionalnu dalmatinsku hranu (fritule, pršut, sir, ...) te uz topli čaj uživati u nastupu Ivana Rapića na gitari, a sve u vremenu od 18 do 21 sat.
Cilj nam je prezentirati stare običaje kroz priču o mlinici iz 18. stoljeća kao najavu dobre suradnje novog koncesionara, udruge “Solinjani” i TZ-a. Puno je još ideja pred nama i vjerujemo da će mlinica uz ostalu starohrvatsku baštinu koja se kontinuirano valorizira, poput Rižinica, dobiti mjesto koje zaslužuje na turističkoj karti Hrvatske i svijeta - poručuje Jelena Stupalo, TZ-ova direktorica.
Gašpina mlinica obnovljena je 2008. godine suradnjom Grada Solina i Ministarstva kulture, a budući da je riječ o objektu koji je u registru spomenika kulture te pod konzervatorskim nadzorom, namjena joj je do sada bila turistička prezentacija i organizacija edukativnih posjeta djece.
