Profesor fizike u šibenskoj Osnovnoj školi 'Vidici' Filip Perković dobio je otkaz jer kako kaže nije htio izdati svoja uvjerenja i ulaziti u školu s COVID potvrdom.

Podsjetimo, njemu je ulaz u školu prvi put onemogućen krajem studenog prošle godine i od tada na radnom mjestu nije bio pa mu je uručen izvanredni otkaz ugovora o radu premda je kaže nekoliko sati nastave održao online.

Otkazi zbog covid potvrda u školama - mahom se radi o ljudima koji nisu dolazili na posao jer se nisu željeli cijepiti ni testirati. Učitelj iz Dalmacije: Nisam antivakser!

Ravnatelj ne želi komentirati cijeli slučaj, a u Ministarstvu obrazovanja kažu da je navedeni djelatnik dobio izvanredan otkaz zbog kršenja ugovora o radu.

"Moji problemi počinju uvođenjem COVID potvrda 16. studenog u javni sektor. U tom trenutku je bilo potrebno pokazati potvrdu za ulazak u školu. Dobio sam otkaz jer se nisam bio voljan testirati na nos ili pokazati potvrdu o mojem COVID statusu jer smatram da su ove mjere štetne za zdravlje, i psihički i fizički, i da su materijalno oštetile ljude.

Ja sam redovito dolazio na posao i savjesno radio i više nego što je potrebno. Nakon uvođenja mjera sam redovito dolazio pred školu i imao sam volju raditi. Međutim, spriječen mi je ulazak i ne smatram se odgovornim što posao nije bio obavljen", ispričao je šibenski profesor.

Perković kaže kako je oduvijek imao dobru komunikaciju i odnos s ravnateljem škole, no dolaskom zaštitara zbog COVID mjera nije mogao ni pričati sa svojim poslodavcem te dodaje kako je pokušao na miran način riješiti situaciju.

Šibenski profesor nije jedini, jer iz istog ili sličnog razloga otkaz su dobili učitelji iz Vinkovaca, Osijeka i Križevaca, a prema informacijama školskog sindikata Preporod na stolu je još desetak potencijalnih otkaza koji slijede do kraja mjeseca. 

"Otkazi su bili očekivani jer nisu željeli predočiti COVID potvrde. Provela se procedura koja je bila propisana. Mi smo kao sindikat sve učinili da se na te opomene odgovori. Na kraju ravnateljima nije preostalo ništa drugo nego izreći otkaz", kazao je Željko Stipić, predsjednik školskog sindikata Preporod.

Profesor fizike u šibenskoj Osnovnoj školi 'Vidici' Filip Perković dobio je otkaz jer kako kaže nije htio izdati svoja uvjerenja i ulaziti u školu s COVID potvrdom.

Podsjetimo, njemu je ulaz u školu prvi put onemogućen krajem studenog prošle godine i od tada na radnom mjestu nije bio pa mu je uručen izvanredni otkaz ugovora o radu premda je kaže nekoliko sati nastave održao online.

Otkazi zbog covid potvrda u školama - mahom se radi o ljudima koji nisu dolazili na posao jer se nisu željeli cijepiti ni testirati. Učitelj iz Dalmacije: Nisam antivakser!

Ravnatelj ne želi komentirati cijeli slučaj, a u Ministarstvu obrazovanja kažu da je navedeni djelatnik dobio izvanredan otkaz zbog kršenja ugovora o radu.

"Moji problemi počinju uvođenjem COVID potvrda 16. studenog u javni sektor. U tom trenutku je bilo potrebno pokazati potvrdu za ulazak u školu. Dobio sam otkaz jer se nisam bio voljan testirati na nos ili pokazati potvrdu o mojem COVID statusu jer smatram da su ove mjere štetne za zdravlje, i psihički i fizički, i da su materijalno oštetile ljude.

Ja sam redovito dolazio na posao i savjesno radio i više nego što je potrebno. Nakon uvođenja mjera sam redovito dolazio pred školu i imao sam volju raditi. Međutim, spriječen mi je ulazak i ne smatram se odgovornim što posao nije bio obavljen", ispričao je šibenski profesor.

Perković kaže kako je oduvijek imao dobru komunikaciju i odnos s ravnateljem škole, no dolaskom zaštitara zbog COVID mjera nije mogao ni pričati sa svojim poslodavcem te dodaje kako je pokušao na miran način riješiti situaciju.

Šibenski profesor nije jedini, jer iz istog ili sličnog razloga otkaz su dobili učitelji iz Vinkovaca, Osijeka i Križevaca, a prema informacijama školskog sindikata Preporod na stolu je još desetak potencijalnih otkaza koji slijede do kraja mjeseca. 

"Otkazi su bili očekivani jer nisu željeli predočiti COVID potvrde. Provela se procedura koja je bila propisana. Mi smo kao sindikat sve učinili da se na te opomene odgovori. Na kraju ravnateljima nije preostalo ništa drugo nego izreći otkaz", kazao je Željko Stipić, predsjednik školskog sindikata Preporod.

Profesor fizike u šibenskoj Osnovnoj školi 'Vidici' Filip Perković dobio je otkaz jer kako kaže nije htio izdati svoja uvjerenja i ulaziti u školu s COVID potvrdom.

Podsjetimo, njemu je ulaz u školu prvi put onemogućen krajem studenog prošle godine i od tada na radnom mjestu nije bio pa mu je uručen izvanredni otkaz ugovora o radu premda je kaže nekoliko sati nastave održao online.

Otkazi zbog covid potvrda u školama - mahom se radi o ljudima koji nisu dolazili na posao jer se nisu željeli cijepiti ni testirati. Učitelj iz Dalmacije: Nisam antivakser!

Ravnatelj ne želi komentirati cijeli slučaj, a u Ministarstvu obrazovanja kažu da je navedeni djelatnik dobio izvanredan otkaz zbog kršenja ugovora o radu.
