Problem parkiranja automobila u tijesnim ulicama nekada težačkog Varoša, jedne od starijih šibenskih gradskih četvrti, svako malo eskalira, uznemiri duhove, posvađa susjede i naposljetku na intervenciju natjera prometne redare!

Najnoviji slučaj dogodio se proteklog tjedna kada se revoltirana stanovnica Varoša obratila medijima nakon što je na svom automobilu zatekla obavijest i uplatnicu s novčanom kaznom u iznosu od 30 eura.

Tijesne varoške ulice

Automobil je, kazala je parkirala gotovo ispred svoje kuće, a to znači na ulici. Baš kako to radi i najveći broj njezinih susjeda koji stanuju u kućama izgrađenim puno prije negoli su automobili zagospodarili cestama.

- A di ću ostavljati auto nego na ulici ipred kuće ili već di nađen misto. Naša je kuća stara, kasnije smo je preuredili, ali mista za garažu nema, a parcela je takva da ne mogu napraviti ni parkirno misto.

Znan da ovo može biti problem, ulice su tisne, često ni taksi neće da se uvlači u neke ulice, ali naprosto neman di s autom - žali se srednjovječni Varošanin koji, kaže, nije nikada do sada dobio kaznu zbog nepropisnog parkiranja, ali ima puno razumijevanje za one koji nisu bili te sreće.

No, u Varošu ima i onih koji su napravili garaže, ali su ih pretvorili u spremište pa umjesto auta tu ostavljaju stvari koje im trenutačno ne trebaju.

S druge strane, neki su uspjeli dio okućnice pretvoriti u parkirno mjesto, o čemu svjedoči i nekoliko primjera u Ulici Nikole Tesle. Na pronalazak rezervnih rješenja neke je građane svojedobno natjerala odluka Grada Šibenika da u dijelu varoških ulica postave stupiće, jer zbog parkiranih auta sa strane druga vozila često nisu mogla prolaziti.

U raskrižju je jutros bilo parkirano samo jedno vozilo

I dostavna vozila odbijaju ulaziti u autima zakrčene varoške ulice, a mnogi stanari pitaju se što ako nekome zatreba hitna pomoć ili negdje izbije požar, a vatrogasci ne mogu pristupiti na požarište. K tomu, broj automobila samo raste i sve su veći i širi, a ulice ostale jednako tijesne!

U gradskoj upravi za sada nemaju rješenja za ovu situaciju. Na neki način i žmire na nju. I kazne koje prometni redari ispisuju za nepravilno parkiranje sporadično se događaju i to u pravilo kada ih pozove netko od stanara kojim smeta parkirani auto njihova susjeda. Tako je bilo i u slučaju s početka priče.

Prema riječima pročelnika za komunalne djelatnosti Joška Jurića auto revoltirane građanke za koji je rekla da ga je ostavila ispred kuće, bio je zapravo parkiran u raskrižju dviju varoških ulica!

- Zaprimili smo poziv stanovnika Ulice Paške Zjačića 23. veljače koji je prijavio vozila u križanju ulica Nikole Tesle i Paške Zjačića.

Prometni redar je upućen na lokaciju te oko 13. 30 sati zatekao tri vozila parkirana u raskrižju navedenih ulica tako da su ugrožavali sigurnost drugih sudionika u prometu. Svi su sankcionirani po Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama - kazao je pročelnik Jurić, ističući kako se izlazak na lokaciju dogodio "isključivo na poziv građana".

Nekoliko dana nakon ispisanih kazni, sve se vratilo na staro. Na terenu se opet parkiraju vozila iako je riječ o zavojitom i strmom raskrižju.

Na terenu smo jutros zatekli tek jedan automobil, no do kraja dana vjerojatno će se tu parkirati još koje vozilo. I bit će sve po starom dok opet nekome iz tog istog susjedstva ne prekipi i pozove prometne redare da uspostave malo reda, barem nakratko!

Problem parkiranja automobila u tijesnim ulicama nekada težačkog Varoša, jedne od starijih šibenskih gradskih četvrti, svako malo eskalira, uznemiri duhove, posvađa susjede i naposljetku na intervenciju natjera prometne redare!

Najnoviji slučaj dogodio se proteklog tjedna kada se revoltirana stanovnica Varoša obratila medijima nakon što je na svom automobilu zatekla obavijest i uplatnicu s novčanom kaznom u iznosu od 30 eura.

Automobil je, kazala je parkirala gotovo ispred svoje kuće, a to znači na ulici. Baš kako to radi i najveći broj njezinih susjeda koji stanuju u kućama izgrađenim puno prije negoli su automobili zagospodarili cestama.

- A di ću ostavljati auto nego na ulici ipred kuće ili već di nađen misto. Naša je kuća stara, kasnije smo je preuredili, ali mista za garažu nema, a parcela je takva da ne mogu napraviti ni parkirno misto.

Znan da ovo može biti problem, ulice su tisne, često ni taksi neće da se uvlači u neke ulice, ali naprosto neman di s autom - žali se srednjovječni Varošanin koji, kaže, nije nikada do sada dobio kaznu zbog nepropisnog parkiranja, ali ima puno razumijevanje za one koji nisu bili te sreće.

No, u Varošu ima i onih koji su napravili garaže, ali su ih pretvorili u spremište pa umjesto auta tu ostavljaju stvari koje im trenutačno ne trebaju.

S druge strane, neki su uspjeli dio okućnice pretvoriti u parkirno mjesto, o čemu svjedoči i nekoliko primjera u Ulici Nikole Tesle. Na pronalazak rezervnih rješenja neke je građane svojedobno natjerala odluka Grada Šibenika da u dijelu varoških ulica postave stupiće, jer zbog parkiranih auta sa strane druga vozila često nisu mogla prolaziti.

I dostavna vozila odbijaju ulaziti u autima zakrčene varoške ulice, a mnogi stanari pitaju se što ako nekome zatreba hitna pomoć ili negdje izbije požar, a vatrogasci ne mogu pristupiti na požarište. K tomu, broj automobila samo raste i sve su veći i širi, a ulice ostale jednako tijesne!

U gradskoj upravi za sada nemaju rješenja za ovu situaciju. Na neki način i žmire na nju. I kazne koje prometni redari ispisuju za nepravilno parkiranje sporadično se događaju i to u pravilo kada ih pozove netko od stanara kojim smeta parkirani auto njihova susjeda. Tako je bilo i u slučaju s početka priče.

Prema riječima pročelnika za komunalne djelatnosti Joška Jurića auto revoltirane građanke za koji je rekla da ga je ostavila ispred kuće, bio je zapravo parkiran u raskrižju dviju varoških ulica!

- Zaprimili smo poziv stanovnika Ulice Paške Zjačića 23. veljače koji je prijavio vozila u križanju ulica Nikole Tesle i Paške Zjačića.

Prometni redar je upućen na lokaciju te oko 13. 30 sati zatekao tri vozila parkirana u raskrižju navedenih ulica tako da su ugrožavali sigurnost drugih sudionika u prometu. Svi su sankcionirani po Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama - kazao je pročelnik Jurić, ističući kako se izlazak na lokaciju dogodio "isključivo na poziv građana".

Nekoliko dana nakon ispisanih kazni, sve se vratilo na staro. Na terenu se opet parkiraju vozila iako je riječ o zavojitom i strmom raskrižju.

Na terenu smo jutros zatekli tek jedan automobil, no do kraja dana vjerojatno će se tu parkirati još koje vozilo. I bit će sve po starom dok opet nekome iz tog istog susjedstva ne prekipi i pozove prometne redare da uspostave malo reda, barem nakratko!
