Projekt parternog uređenja rive nije stao, naprotiv, realizira se prema zacrtanim planovima predstavljenim ove godine, doznajemo u gradskoj upravi.

- Vrlo brzo ćemo krenuti s natječajnom dokumentacijom. Do sada nismo još raspisali natječaj jer je taj projekt kandidiran i odobrena su značajna sredstva sufinanciranja od strane europskih fondova preko nacionalnog Fonda za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost, pa sad čekamo da taj dokument i službeno stigne.

Projekt i troškovnik su gotovi, sve je pripremljeno, ono što ćemo do kraja godine napraviti je da ćemo postaviti dvije špine na samoj rivi i pripremiti do kraja godine ili početkom iduće godine postavljanje elektroinstalacija. Što se hortikulturnog uređenja tiče, sad ide natječajna dokumentacija, nakon čega slijedi proces nabave izvođača, radova i narudžbi – kaže Darko Kasap, pročelnik Upravnog odjela za prostorno uređenje i graditeljstvo Grada Zadra.

- Na obalnom zidu radovi također idu zadanom dinamikom, imali smo nekoliko koordinacijskih sastanaka s Lučkom upravom na kojima smo usaglašavali stavove oko lučke rasvjete – lanterne na mulu. Gat će, kao što je poznato, sada biti produljen sukladno projektu, a dogovoreno je s gradskim konzervatorima da se osim lučkoga svjetla-lanterne na vrhu gata postavi još i jedna povijesna reminiscencija rasvjetnog tijela iz prethodnih vremena kad je riva imala drugačiji oblik, na način da dobijemo osvjetljenje i na sredini gata još jednim dodatnim rasvjetnim tijelom koji će imati povijesni izgled dodao je Kasap.

U serijalu o obnovi zadarske rive prije nekoliko godina na našem portalu Zadarski.hr, arhitekt Nikola Bašić upozorio je na potrebu promišljanja povećanja visine obalnog zida rive s obzirom na klimatske promjene i porast razine mora. Je li se i koliko razmišljalo o tome u projektima obnove i uređenja rive?

- Ako sagledavamo to pitanje u nekom dugoročnijem razdoblju, apsolutno da. Ali nama nije problem samo riva već i cijeli grad koji se nalazi na takvoj koti da ako dođe do nekih promjena razine u stogodišnjim projekcijama, onda ta razina rive od 20 ili 30 centimetara neće riješiti problem niti spasiti situaciju.

Druga stvar, sve ono što se nalazi iza rive, od Foše, Sveučilišta, praktički je već determinirano s nekim visinama, pa bi postojeći park ostao "ukopan". Sve bi to skupa bilo u jednoj depresiji. Zajedno sa svim relevantnim sugovornicima iz "Nasada", konzervatorima i ostalim dionicima ovoga projekta, mišljenja smo da je jedino i bilo moguće u ovom trenutku učiniti reviziju postojećeg projekta koji je napravljen davno i na taj način rekonstruirati podlokanu rivu, obnoviti obalni zid, a sad i urediti park.

Što se tiče klimatskih promjena, mi pripremamo akcijski plan Grada Zadra koji je temeljen na čitavom nizu odredbi, usklađen i na nacionalnoj razini i razini Europske unije, kako bi smanjili razinu emisije ugljikova dioksida i povećali energetsku učinkovitost korištenjem obnovljivih izvora energije, što se zove Zelena tranzicija Europske unije.

Čini mi se da je to primjereniji način obrane od problema klimatskih promjena, nego da se pokušamo izdignuti za neku razinu od pola metra ili tomu slično, a što ne može dugoročno riješiti taj problem - smatra Kasap.

Projekt parternog uređenja rive nije stao, naprotiv, realizira se prema zacrtanim planovima predstavljenim ove godine, doznajemo u gradskoj upravi.

- Vrlo brzo ćemo krenuti s natječajnom dokumentacijom. Do sada nismo još raspisali natječaj jer je taj projekt kandidiran i odobrena su značajna sredstva sufinanciranja od strane europskih fondova preko nacionalnog Fonda za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost, pa sad čekamo da taj dokument i službeno stigne.

Projekt i troškovnik su gotovi, sve je pripremljeno, ono što ćemo do kraja godine napraviti je da ćemo postaviti dvije špine na samoj rivi i pripremiti do kraja godine ili početkom iduće godine postavljanje elektroinstalacija. Što se hortikulturnog uređenja tiče, sad ide natječajna dokumentacija, nakon čega slijedi proces nabave izvođača, radova i narudžbi – kaže Darko Kasap, pročelnik Upravnog odjela za prostorno uređenje i graditeljstvo Grada Zadra.

- Na obalnom zidu radovi također idu zadanom dinamikom, imali smo nekoliko koordinacijskih sastanaka s Lučkom upravom na kojima smo usaglašavali stavove oko lučke rasvjete – lanterne na mulu. Gat će, kao što je poznato, sada biti produljen sukladno projektu, a dogovoreno je s gradskim konzervatorima da se osim lučkoga svjetla-lanterne na vrhu gata postavi još i jedna povijesna reminiscencija rasvjetnog tijela iz prethodnih vremena kad je riva imala drugačiji oblik, na način da dobijemo osvjetljenje i na sredini gata još jednim dodatnim rasvjetnim tijelom koji će imati povijesni izgled dodao je Kasap.

U serijalu o obnovi zadarske rive prije nekoliko godina na našem portalu Zadarski.hr, arhitekt Nikola Bašić upozorio je na potrebu promišljanja povećanja visine obalnog zida rive s obzirom na klimatske promjene i porast razine mora. Je li se i koliko razmišljalo o tome u projektima obnove i uređenja rive?

- Ako sagledavamo to pitanje u nekom dugoročnijem razdoblju, apsolutno da. Ali nama nije problem samo riva već i cijeli grad koji se nalazi na takvoj koti da ako dođe do nekih promjena razine u stogodišnjim projekcijama, onda ta razina rive od 20 ili 30 centimetara neće riješiti problem niti spasiti situaciju.

Druga stvar, sve ono što se nalazi iza rive, od Foše, Sveučilišta, praktički je već determinirano s nekim visinama, pa bi postojeći park ostao "ukopan". Sve bi to skupa bilo u jednoj depresiji. Zajedno sa svim relevantnim sugovornicima iz "Nasada", konzervatorima i ostalim dionicima ovoga projekta, mišljenja smo da je jedino i bilo moguće u ovom trenutku učiniti reviziju postojećeg projekta koji je napravljen davno i na taj način rekonstruirati podlokanu rivu, obnoviti obalni zid, a sad i urediti park.

Što se tiče klimatskih promjena, mi pripremamo akcijski plan Grada Zadra koji je temeljen na čitavom nizu odredbi, usklađen i na nacionalnoj razini i razini Europske unije, kako bi smanjili razinu emisije ugljikova dioksida i povećali energetsku učinkovitost korištenjem obnovljivih izvora energije, što se zove Zelena tranzicija Europske unije.

Čini mi se da je to primjereniji način obrane od problema klimatskih promjena, nego da se pokušamo izdignuti za neku razinu od pola metra ili tomu slično, a što ne može dugoročno riješiti taj problem - smatra Kasap.
