Atraktivni prostor zadarske "Adrije", nekada najuspješnija tvornice za preradu i konzerviranje ribe na Mediteranu, prodan je na desetoj javnoj dražbi za gotovo trostruko manju cijenu od one koje je procijenjena nakon što je tvrtka otišla u stečaj.

Bivši tvornički krug smješten kod trajektne luke Gaženica i uz autocestu, površine 48.352 četvornih metara, prodan je "H-Abducu", tvrtki kćeri Addiko banke, za iznos od 28,82 milijuna kuna. Spomenuta kompanija kao prvi razlučni vjerovnik stavila je svoju tražbinu u prijeboj s protutražbinom "Adrije" kao stečajnog dužnika, te je ponudila spomenuti iznos, koji je ujedno bio i početni, jer nitko drugi nije pokazao interes za velike nekretnine.

Legendarna dalmatinska tvornica otišla je u stečaj još 2015. godine, s dugom većim od 200 milijuna kuna, od čega se najveći dio odnosio na potraživanja banaka, bivših poslovnih partnera i radnika. Samo 263 nekadašnja zaposlenika od nekadašnjeg poslodavca potražuju 12,5 milijuna kuna.

U drugom isplatnom redu su brojni poslovni partneri s ukupno 219 milijuna kuna prijavljenih tražbina. Najveća potraživanja ima Hrvatska poštanska banka sa 68,2 milijuna kuna. Nekretnine se, treba li reći, nalaze u - građevindskoj zoni.

Propast zadarske tvrtke koja je nekoć zapošljavala 1000 radnika počela je nakon što je Uprava podignula milijunske kredite, te njima opteretila imovinu. Usporavanju agonije nije pomogla ni prodaja kultnog brenda ribljih konzervi i proizvoda "Eva" koprivničkoj "Podravci", ali ni potez kojim je tadašnje poslovodstvo tvrtku dalo u jednogodišnji zakup paškom i zadarskom hotelijeru Nevenu Badurini i Jadranku Lisici.

Prije prodaje, stečajni upravitelj Dražen Vidmar istaknuo je u svojem izvještaju da je situacija s imovinom sve složenija, pa time i opasnija, jer "zub vremena" i neodržavanje čine svoje. Naveo je da krovovi nekadašnjih pogona propadaju, nakon čega ostaju rupe, a spremnicima u kojima su nekada bili mazut, jestivo ulje i ostalo, dobrano načeti korozijom, prijeti opasnost od rušenja.

S betonskih silosa otpadaju komadi materijala, pa sol i voda nagrizaju armaturu i preostalu masu, što otvara mogućnost da se cijela konstrukcija sruši. Na krovovima se nalaze metalne konstrukcije i same načete "ruzinom", no zbog strukturnih promjena na objektima, postoji opasnost od urušavanja, čime bi u opasnost bili dovedeni ljudi.

Atraktivni prostor zadarske "Adrije", nekada najuspješnija tvornice za preradu i konzerviranje ribe na Mediteranu, prodan je na desetoj javnoj dražbi za gotovo trostruko manju cijenu od one koje je procijenjena nakon što je tvrtka otišla u stečaj.

Bivši tvornički krug smješten kod trajektne luke Gaženica i uz autocestu, površine 48.352 četvornih metara, prodan je "H-Abducu", tvrtki kćeri Addiko banke, za iznos od 28,82 milijuna kuna. Spomenuta kompanija kao prvi razlučni vjerovnik stavila je svoju tražbinu u prijeboj s protutražbinom "Adrije" kao stečajnog dužnika, te je ponudila spomenuti iznos, koji je ujedno bio i početni, jer nitko drugi nije pokazao interes za velike nekretnine.

Legendarna dalmatinska tvornica otišla je u stečaj još 2015. godine, s dugom većim od 200 milijuna kuna, od čega se najveći dio odnosio na potraživanja banaka, bivših poslovnih partnera i radnika. Samo 263 nekadašnja zaposlenika od nekadašnjeg poslodavca potražuju 12,5 milijuna kuna.

U drugom isplatnom redu su brojni poslovni partneri s ukupno 219 milijuna kuna prijavljenih tražbina. Najveća potraživanja ima Hrvatska poštanska banka sa 68,2 milijuna kuna. Nekretnine se, treba li reći, nalaze u - građevindskoj zoni.

Propast zadarske tvrtke koja je nekoć zapošljavala 1000 radnika počela je nakon što je Uprava podignula milijunske kredite, te njima opteretila imovinu. Usporavanju agonije nije pomogla ni prodaja kultnog brenda ribljih konzervi i proizvoda "Eva" koprivničkoj "Podravci", ali ni potez kojim je tadašnje poslovodstvo tvrtku dalo u jednogodišnji zakup paškom i zadarskom hotelijeru Nevenu Badurini i Jadranku Lisici.

Prije prodaje, stečajni upravitelj Dražen Vidmar istaknuo je u svojem izvještaju da je situacija s imovinom sve složenija, pa time i opasnija, jer "zub vremena" i neodržavanje čine svoje. Naveo je da krovovi nekadašnjih pogona propadaju, nakon čega ostaju rupe, a spremnicima u kojima su nekada bili mazut, jestivo ulje i ostalo, dobrano načeti korozijom, prijeti opasnost od rušenja.

S betonskih silosa otpadaju komadi materijala, pa sol i voda nagrizaju armaturu i preostalu masu, što otvara mogućnost da se cijela konstrukcija sruši. Na krovovima se nalaze metalne konstrukcije i same načete "ruzinom", no zbog strukturnih promjena na objektima, postoji opasnost od urušavanja, čime bi u opasnost bili dovedeni ljudi.
