Gradnja trgovačkog centra "Kaufland" u poslovnoj zoni Čibača u Župi dubrovačkoj u punom je zamahu i već se vidi konstrukcija budućeg poslovnog objekta.

Iz hrvatske podružnice poznatog prodajnog lanca ustvrdili su kako "radovi idu prema planu", a kupcima će biti na raspolaganju čak 2200 četvornih metara prostora. Centar će imati prizemlje i kat visine oko 12 metara, a uz prateće sadržaje imat će i ugostiteljski objekt, a kupcima će biti na raspolaganju 163 parkirališna mjesta na otvorenom. 

Podsjetimo, "Kaufland" je početkom godine tražio i dozvolu za rekonstrukciju Ulice Sima Savinovića, izgradnjom trećeg kolničkog traka - "lijevog skretača", kao i uklanjanje potpornog zida s ogradom. Također, zatraženo je i izmještanje komunalne infrastrukture koja obuhvaća gradnju novog pločnika i prilaza za vozila.

Nakon što je ishodio sve potrebne dozvole, tvrtka "Kaufland Hrvatska" dobila je i građevinsku dozvolu za izgradnju trgovačkog centra i pripadajućeg parkirališta. Premda je bilo najavljeno kako će gradnja novog župskog šoping-centra biti dovršena do kraja godine ipak se očekuje kako će prve kupce "Kaufland" primiti za Uskrs sljedeće godine.

Inače, vlasnik europskih trgovačkih lanaca "Lidl" i "Kaufland" je "Schwarz grupa", a od kada su stigli u Hrvatsku 2006. godine, "Lidl" broji 106 trgovina i dva logistička centra s 3200 zaposlenika, a "Kaufland" 44 poslovnice i 3200 zaposlenika.

Nedavno su iz "centrale" multinacionalne kompanije izvijestili o iznimno dobrim poslovnim rezultatima za 2021. godinu. Prodaja im je porasla za 6,6 posto, te je dobit iz 2020. od 125,3 milijarde eura, porasla na 133,6 milijardi eura.

Vlasnik "Schwarz grupe" je Dieter Schwarz, najbogatiji je Nijemac i jedan najbogatijih ljudi na svijetu. "Težak" je više od 40 milijardi eura, a za njega je zanimljivo da ni slučajno ne istupa u javnosti.

Rođen je i živi u Heilbronnu, gradu sa 100 tisuća stanovnika, gdje ga rijetko tko prepoznaje, pa bez problema može otići i na kavu u lokalni kafić. Poznat je po lokalnim ulaganjima u obrazovanje, znanost i istraživanja.

Gradnja trgovačkog centra "Kaufland" u poslovnoj zoni Čibača u Župi dubrovačkoj u punom je zamahu i već se vidi konstrukcija budućeg poslovnog objekta.

Iz hrvatske podružnice poznatog prodajnog lanca ustvrdili su kako "radovi idu prema planu", a kupcima će biti na raspolaganju čak 2200 četvornih metara prostora. Centar će imati prizemlje i kat visine oko 12 metara, a uz prateće sadržaje imat će i ugostiteljski objekt, a kupcima će biti na raspolaganju 163 parkirališna mjesta na otvorenom. 

Podsjetimo, "Kaufland" je početkom godine tražio i dozvolu za rekonstrukciju Ulice Sima Savinovića, izgradnjom trećeg kolničkog traka - "lijevog skretača", kao i uklanjanje potpornog zida s ogradom. Također, zatraženo je i izmještanje komunalne infrastrukture koja obuhvaća gradnju novog pločnika i prilaza za vozila.

Nakon što je ishodio sve potrebne dozvole, tvrtka "Kaufland Hrvatska" dobila je i građevinsku dozvolu za izgradnju trgovačkog centra i pripadajućeg parkirališta. Premda je bilo najavljeno kako će gradnja novog župskog šoping-centra biti dovršena do kraja godine ipak se očekuje kako će prve kupce "Kaufland" primiti za Uskrs sljedeće godine.

Inače, vlasnik europskih trgovačkih lanaca "Lidl" i "Kaufland" je "Schwarz grupa", a od kada su stigli u Hrvatsku 2006. godine, "Lidl" broji 106 trgovina i dva logistička centra s 3200 zaposlenika, a "Kaufland" 44 poslovnice i 3200 zaposlenika.

Nedavno su iz "centrale" multinacionalne kompanije izvijestili o iznimno dobrim poslovnim rezultatima za 2021. godinu. Prodaja im je porasla za 6,6 posto, te je dobit iz 2020. od 125,3 milijarde eura, porasla na 133,6 milijardi eura.

Vlasnik "Schwarz grupe" je Dieter Schwarz, najbogatiji je Nijemac i jedan najbogatijih ljudi na svijetu. "Težak" je više od 40 milijardi eura, a za njega je zanimljivo da ni slučajno ne istupa u javnosti.

Rođen je i živi u Heilbronnu, gradu sa 100 tisuća stanovnika, gdje ga rijetko tko prepoznaje, pa bez problema može otići i na kavu u lokalni kafić. Poznat je po lokalnim ulaganjima u obrazovanje, znanost i istraživanja.
