Općina Seget oglasila je natječaj za prodaju zemljišta u vlasništvu ove jedinice lokalne samouprave i to po početnoj cijeni od 123,80 eura za metar četvorni!

Prvo manje zemljište je oznake kat.čest.zem 1163 k.o. Seget Donji (z.k.čest.zem. 8384/4 K.O. Seget), za koju je najniža ponuđena cijena, znači 4704 eura, dok za drugu kupac mora imati na računu minimalno 9037 eura!

Radi se o parceli oznake kat.čest.zem. 1163 k.o. Seget Donji (z.k. čest.zem. 8384/4 k.o. Seget).

Nekretninom se raspolaže po sistemu "viđeno-kupljeno", a svi zainteresirani, i fizičke i pravne osobe, trebaju podnijeti pisane ponude za kupnju ovog općinskog zemljišta. Ponude se podnose preporučenom pošiljkom na općinsku adresu ili osobno na protokol općinske uprave, kojom upravlja načelnik Ivo Sorić.

No koja je široj javnosti poznata i prepoznata po imenu dugogodišnjeg HDZ-ova čelnika Vinka Zulima, koji je bio i saborski zastupnik, ali prvenstveno kao ljubitelj dobre "spize", brojnih degustacija po lokalnim restoranima na račun općine i mještana Segeta.

Sada Općina Seget prodaje dvije parcele, a rok podnošenja ponuda za kupnju zemljišta iznad zaobilaznice, iznad ceste Trogir - Marina je 15. travnja do 14 sati. Otvaranje ponuda zakazano je za 29. travnja u 9.30 sati u općinskoj upravi, s tim da ponuditelji moraju uza svu dokumentaciju uplatiti i jamčevinu u iznosu od 10 posto početne procijenjene vrijednosti zemljišta.

Ako dva ili više ponuditelja budu imali isti iznos kupoprodajne cijene, najpovoljnijom ponudom smatrat će se ona ponuda koja je prva zaprimljena.

Ujedno će kupac snositi sve troškove ugovora o kupoprodaji, kao i porez na promet nekretnina.

Sad treba samo pričekati hoće li biti i zainteresiranih za kupnju zemljišta s kojeg je fantastičan pogled na segetski, trogirski i marinski akvatorij, ili će se možda reprizirati natječaj objavljen prije ovoga, a radi se o dozvolama za korištenje pomorskog dobra u općini Seget.

Naime, natječaj koji je započeo 15. veljače i okončan 1. ožujka, kada je bilo i javno otvaranje pristiglih ponuda, ni nakon mjesec dana nije - okončan!

Tek je stigla informacija kako se odluka o dodjeli dozvola za rad na pomorskom dobru u turističkoj sezoni - odgađa do daljnjega!

Općina Seget oglasila je natječaj za prodaju zemljišta u vlasništvu ove jedinice lokalne samouprave i to po početnoj cijeni od 123,80 eura za metar četvorni!

Prvo manje zemljište je oznake kat.čest.zem 1163 k.o. Seget Donji (z.k.čest.zem. 8384/4 K.O. Seget), za koju je najniža ponuđena cijena, znači 4704 eura, dok za drugu kupac mora imati na računu minimalno 9037 eura!

Radi se o parceli oznake kat.čest.zem. 1163 k.o. Seget Donji (z.k. čest.zem. 8384/4 k.o. Seget).

Nekretninom se raspolaže po sistemu "viđeno-kupljeno", a svi zainteresirani, i fizičke i pravne osobe, trebaju podnijeti pisane ponude za kupnju ovog općinskog zemljišta. Ponude se podnose preporučenom pošiljkom na općinsku adresu ili osobno na protokol općinske uprave, kojom upravlja načelnik Ivo Sorić.

No koja je široj javnosti poznata i prepoznata po imenu dugogodišnjeg HDZ-ova čelnika Vinka Zulima, koji je bio i saborski zastupnik, ali prvenstveno kao ljubitelj dobre "spize", brojnih degustacija po lokalnim restoranima na račun općine i mještana Segeta.

Sada Općina Seget prodaje dvije parcele, a rok podnošenja ponuda za kupnju zemljišta iznad zaobilaznice, iznad ceste Trogir - Marina je 15. travnja do 14 sati. Otvaranje ponuda zakazano je za 29. travnja u 9.30 sati u općinskoj upravi, s tim da ponuditelji moraju uza svu dokumentaciju uplatiti i jamčevinu u iznosu od 10 posto početne procijenjene vrijednosti zemljišta.

Ako dva ili više ponuditelja budu imali isti iznos kupoprodajne cijene, najpovoljnijom ponudom smatrat će se ona ponuda koja je prva zaprimljena.

Ujedno će kupac snositi sve troškove ugovora o kupoprodaji, kao i porez na promet nekretnina.

Sad treba samo pričekati hoće li biti i zainteresiranih za kupnju zemljišta s kojeg je fantastičan pogled na segetski, trogirski i marinski akvatorij, ili će se možda reprizirati natječaj objavljen prije ovoga, a radi se o dozvolama za korištenje pomorskog dobra u općini Seget.

Naime, natječaj koji je započeo 15. veljače i okončan 1. ožujka, kada je bilo i javno otvaranje pristiglih ponuda, ni nakon mjesec dana nije - okončan!

Tek je stigla informacija kako se odluka o dodjeli dozvola za rad na pomorskom dobru u turističkoj sezoni - odgađa do daljnjega!
