Nakon što se u nedjelju urušio dio kuće u Zlatarskoj ulici poviše Prijekoga, ulica u tom dijelu Grada zatvorena je za prolaznike. Na svu sreću, nitko nije stradao, iako su, prema izjavama svjedoka, dijelovi stakla i cigli letjeli po ulici. Varaždinski župan i predsjednik Narodne stranke - Reformisti Radimir Čačić potvrdio je kako je su on i njegova supruga vlasnici kuće.

- Dobio sam obavijest u nedjelju navečer, netko će to tijekom dana pogledati i riješiti. Dakle, do urušavanja nikako nije moglo doći, ta kuća se uopće ne može urušiti. Dogovorio sam sa suprugom da ona to sve organizira, da se to pregleda i sanira sve što treba. Koliko sam shvatio, na terasi je nadograđeni zid oštećen i to nema veze sa statikom. Pogledat će to ljudi koji trebaju pogledati. Riječ je o ogradnom zidu, ali nema veze, svejedno to treba riješiti, vidjeti, zaštiti. Taj dio će se maknuti i već se par godina bavimo tim jer kako to kod nas već biva, naravno, nije to jedini takav objekt… Prije nepuna tri, četiri mjeseca su konačno svi ti upisi završili, taj formalni dio oko imovinsko-pravnih odnosa koji traje već godinama je konačno završen, što daje pravni temelj da se pristupi kompletnoj sanaciji i rekonstrukciji. Kao što je valjda potpuno jasno, javna sam osoba i ni na kakav način si ne mogu dozvoliti da bilo kakvu vrstu radova počnem na objektu na kojemu sam sa suprugom vlasnik, a da to nije formalno-pravno do zadnje nijanse upisano i jasno. Sad je to raščišćeno i može se pristupiti rekonstrukciji i sanaciji, najavljuje Čačić.

Na pitanje kad će se krenuti obnova, odgovara:

- Projekti su gotovi, ali ne možeš početi dok nemaš čiste formalne elemente. Obnova kreće za dva mjeseca, sigurno, odnosno kad se ugovore ti radovi. Nakon imovinsko-pravnih odnosa trebaju se dobiti svi papiri, sve suglasnosti i ugovoriti i to onda kreće, kazao je Čačić.

Druga njegova nekretnina na području Dubrovnika je kuća Na Andriji koja je također u jako lošem stanju, predstavlja opasnost za prolaznike i već se godinama susjedi zbog toga žale. Čačić, po struci arhitekt, najavljuje obnovu i te nekretnine.

- Obje kuće su u istoj situaciji, obje su sad imovinsko-pravno zaštićene. Naime, godinama se ne možeš 'pomaknuti' jer se papiri rješavaju 'brzinom svjetlosti', ali tako je kako je. Nitko to nama ne radi namjerno, jednostavno to ide tom brzinom. Problemi za obje kuće su bili isti, one su kupljene odavno, samo dok se papiri raščiste, to malo traje bez obzira što sve to rade odvjetnici odnosno odvjetnički ured, a ne ja, navodi Čačić.

Nakon što se u nedjelju urušio dio kuće u Zlatarskoj ulici poviše Prijekoga, ulica u tom dijelu Grada zatvorena je za prolaznike. Na svu sreću, nitko nije stradao, iako su, prema izjavama svjedoka, dijelovi stakla i cigli letjeli po ulici. Varaždinski župan i predsjednik Narodne stranke - Reformisti Radimir Čačić potvrdio je kako je su on i njegova supruga vlasnici kuće.

- Dobio sam obavijest u nedjelju navečer, netko će to tijekom dana pogledati i riješiti. Dakle, do urušavanja nikako nije moglo doći, ta kuća se uopće ne može urušiti. Dogovorio sam sa suprugom da ona to sve organizira, da se to pregleda i sanira sve što treba. Koliko sam shvatio, na terasi je nadograđeni zid oštećen i to nema veze sa statikom. Pogledat će to ljudi koji trebaju pogledati. Riječ je o ogradnom zidu, ali nema veze, svejedno to treba riješiti, vidjeti, zaštiti. Taj dio će se maknuti i već se par godina bavimo tim jer kako to kod nas već biva, naravno, nije to jedini takav objekt… Prije nepuna tri, četiri mjeseca su konačno svi ti upisi završili, taj formalni dio oko imovinsko-pravnih odnosa koji traje već godinama je konačno završen, što daje pravni temelj da se pristupi kompletnoj sanaciji i rekonstrukciji. Kao što je valjda potpuno jasno, javna sam osoba i ni na kakav način si ne mogu dozvoliti da bilo kakvu vrstu radova počnem na objektu na kojemu sam sa suprugom vlasnik, a da to nije formalno-pravno do zadnje nijanse upisano i jasno. Sad je to raščišćeno i može se pristupiti rekonstrukciji i sanaciji, najavljuje Čačić.

- Projekti su gotovi, ali ne možeš početi dok nemaš čiste formalne elemente. Obnova kreće za dva mjeseca, sigurno, odnosno kad se ugovore ti radovi. Nakon imovinsko-pravnih odnosa trebaju se dobiti svi papiri, sve suglasnosti i ugovoriti i to onda kreće, kazao je Čačić.

Druga njegova nekretnina na području Dubrovnika je kuća Na Andriji koja je također u jako lošem stanju, predstavlja opasnost za prolaznike i već se godinama susjedi zbog toga žale. Čačić, po struci arhitekt, najavljuje obnovu i te nekretnine.

- Obje kuće su u istoj situaciji, obje su sad imovinsko-pravno zaštićene. Naime, godinama se ne možeš 'pomaknuti' jer se papiri rješavaju 'brzinom svjetlosti', ali tako je kako je. Nitko to nama ne radi namjerno, jednostavno to ide tom brzinom. Problemi za obje kuće su bili isti, one su kupljene odavno, samo dok se papiri raščiste, to malo traje bez obzira što sve to rade odvjetnici odnosno odvjetnički ured, a ne ja, navodi Čačić.

Nakon što se u nedjelju urušio dio kuće u Zlatarskoj ulici poviše Prijekoga, ulica u tom dijelu Grada zatvorena je za prolaznike. Na svu sreću, nitko nije stradao, iako su, prema izjavama svjedoka, dijelovi stakla i cigli letjeli po ulici. Varaždinski župan i predsjednik Narodne stranke - Reformisti Radimir Čačić potvrdio je kako je su on i njegova supruga vlasnici kuće.

- Dobio sam obavijest u nedjelju navečer, netko će to tijekom dana pogledati i riješiti. Dakle, do urušavanja nikako nije moglo doći, ta kuća se uopće ne može urušiti. Dogovorio sam sa suprugom da ona to sve organizira, da se to pregleda i sanira sve što treba. Koliko sam shvatio, na terasi je nadograđeni zid oštećen i to nema veze sa statikom. Pogledat će to ljudi koji trebaju pogledati....
