Hercegovački poduzetnik Petar Ćorluka, široj javnosti najpoznatiji kao vlasnik tvornice toaletnog papira i higijenskih potrepština "Violeta", posljednjih godina, unatoč pandemijskim preprekama, sve više ulazi u turistički biznis.

Poput svojih brojnih zemljaka, fokusiran je na Makarsku rivijeru, a u tom smjeru ide i njegovo novo ulaganje. Riječ je o rekonstrukciji hotela "Hrvatska" kojeg je Ćorluka posredstvom svoje tvrtke "Marea Alta" sa sjedištem u Makarskoj prije četiri godine kupio od Ministarstva državne imovine za nešto više od 46 milijuna kuna ili oko 6,1 milijun eura.

Upravo je spomenuta kompanija iza koje stoji "balkanski kralj wc papira" jučer ishodila građevinsku dozvolu za planirani projekt vezan uz hotel "Hrvatska" za koji je prije prisilne pandemijske stanke i brojnih peripetija s lokalnom vlašću investitor govorio da je vrijedan oko 20 milijuna eura.

Budući da je riječ o objektu kategoriziranom sa samo dvije zvjezdice, aktualnim zahvatom one bi se trebale udvostručiti. Riječ je o kompleksu na istočnom dijelu Baške Vode, ukupne površine veće od 9000 četvornih metara, od čega samo na postojeću hotelsku zgradu otpada gotovo 2800 kvadrata, dok zelena i dvorišna zona zauzimaju respektabilnih 6100 četvornih metara.

No, "Hrvatska" nije jedina Ćorlukina imovina pod Biokovom, jer je u Baškoj Vodi kupio i kamp "Urania", dok u Makarskoj stoji iza hotela "Mirjam". No, spomenuti ulagač ima(o) je velike ambicije sa zemljištem na makarskom predjelu Biloševac gdje je kupio parcelu od čak 30 tisuća kvadrata s namjerom da tu izgradi hotel s pet zvjezdica.

I taj projekt, poput pripreme rekonstrukcija hotela "Hrvatska", već sedmu godinu zapinje na usklađivanjima s prostornim dokumentima, što je vlasnik "Violete" ocijenio nepotrebnim otezanjem, dok je lokalna vlast tvrdila da takav projekt ne može odobriti, jer nije predviđen ni planom više razine, onim županijskim, što je potvrdilo i Ministarstvo prostornog uređenja.

Hercegovački poduzetnik Petar Ćorluka, široj javnosti najpoznatiji kao vlasnik tvornice toaletnog papira i higijenskih potrepština "Violeta", posljednjih godina, unatoč pandemijskim preprekama, sve više ulazi u turistički biznis.

Poput svojih brojnih zemljaka, fokusiran je na Makarsku rivijeru, a u tom smjeru ide i njegovo novo ulaganje. Riječ je o rekonstrukciji hotela "Hrvatska" kojeg je Ćorluka posredstvom svoje tvrtke "Marea Alta" sa sjedištem u Makarskoj prije četiri godine kupio od Ministarstva državne imovine za nešto više od 46 milijuna kuna ili oko 6,1 milijun eura.

Upravo je spomenuta kompanija iza koje stoji "balkanski kralj wc papira" jučer ishodila građevinsku dozvolu za planirani projekt vezan uz hotel "Hrvatska" za koji je prije prisilne pandemijske stanke i brojnih peripetija s lokalnom vlašću investitor govorio da je vrijedan oko 20 milijuna eura.

Budući da je riječ o objektu kategoriziranom sa samo dvije zvjezdice, aktualnim zahvatom one bi se trebale udvostručiti. Riječ je o kompleksu na istočnom dijelu Baške Vode, ukupne površine veće od 9000 četvornih metara, od čega samo na postojeću hotelsku zgradu otpada gotovo 2800 kvadrata, dok zelena i dvorišna zona zauzimaju respektabilnih 6100 četvornih metara.

No, "Hrvatska" nije jedina Ćorlukina imovina pod Biokovom, jer je u Baškoj Vodi kupio i kamp "Urania", dok u Makarskoj stoji iza hotela "Mirjam". No, spomenuti ulagač ima(o) je velike ambicije sa zemljištem na makarskom predjelu Biloševac gdje je kupio parcelu od čak 30 tisuća kvadrata s namjerom da tu izgradi hotel s pet zvjezdica.

I taj projekt, poput pripreme rekonstrukcija hotela "Hrvatska", već sedmu godinu zapinje na usklađivanjima s prostornim dokumentima, što je vlasnik "Violete" ocijenio nepotrebnim otezanjem, dok je lokalna vlast tvrdila da takav projekt ne može odobriti, jer nije predviđen ni planom više razine, onim županijskim, što je potvrdilo i Ministarstvo prostornog uređenja.
