Zbog sumnje da ge je pravrio prilikom kupnje traktora, policijski službenici Policijske postaje Benkovac dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 38-godišnjakom.

Tijekom srpnja 2019.godine, 60-godišnjak je po prethodnom dogovoru za kupnju traktora s 38-godišnjakom, kao odgovornom osobom trgovačkog društva, na račun trgovačkog društva uplatio iznos preko 70.000,00 kuna. Nakon uplate više puta je požurivao isporuku traktora, no traktor mu do danas nije isporučen.

Protiv 38-godišnjaka je nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu podnesena kaznena prijava zbog prijevare, dok se protiv trgovačkog društva kao pravne osobe podnosi kaznena prijava zbog Povrede u gospodarskom poslovanju.

Zbog sumnje da ge je pravrio prilikom kupnje traktora, policijski službenici Policijske postaje Benkovac dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 38-godišnjakom.

Tijekom srpnja 2019.godine, 60-godišnjak je po prethodnom dogovoru za kupnju traktora s 38-godišnjakom, kao odgovornom osobom trgovačkog društva, na račun trgovačkog društva uplatio iznos preko 70.000,00 kuna. Nakon uplate više puta je požurivao isporuku traktora, no traktor mu do danas nije isporučen.

Protiv 38-godišnjaka je nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu podnesena kaznena prijava zbog prijevare, dok se protiv trgovačkog društva kao pravne osobe podnosi kaznena prijava zbog Povrede u gospodarskom poslovanju.

Tijekom srpnja 2019.godine, 60-godišnjak je po prethodnom dogovoru za kupnju traktora s 38-godišnjakom, kao odgovornom osobom trgovačkog društva, na račun trgovačkog društva uplatio iznos preko 70.000,00 kuna. Nakon uplate više puta je požurivao isporuku traktora, no traktor mu do danas nije isporučen.

Protiv 38-godišnjaka je nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu podnesena kaznena prijava zbog prijevare, dok se protiv trgovačkog društva kao pravne osobe podnosi kaznena prijava zbog Povrede u gospodarskom poslovanju.
