Nastavno na temu o poskupljenju građevinskog materijala, oglasio se danas na svome Facebook profilu i ekonomski analitičar Ivica Brkljača, koji poručuje: CIJENE GRAĐEVINSKOG MATERIJALA – NEMA PANIKE:
"Čini se da je na svjetskom tržištu završio snažan rast cijena građevinskog materijala koji smo vidjeli ove godine (trend je zapravo započeo još od izbijanja pandemije, kad se poremetila svjetska trgovina nakon uvođenja lockdowna). Na domaće tržište svjetske cijene materijala prelijevaju se s većom ili manjom odgodom pa ćemo o 'eksplozivnom rastu trošku gradnje' u medijima vjerojatno još neko vrijeme slušati", kaže Brkljača.
No, napominje kako je bitno da je na svjetskom tržištu došlo do zaustavljanja pa čak i ispuhivanja cijena određenih roba koje u znatnoj mjeri određuju trošak gradnje:

"Primjerice, cijena drvene građe ranije je snažno uzletjela, u samo par mjeseci se udvostručila, no od svibnja (kada je dosegla povijesno najvišu razinu ikad) cijena je jednako brzo odnosno još brže – pala. Danas je cijena na 30 posto nižoj razini nego što je bila na početku godine, odnosno niža je čak i od razine na kojoj je bila prije izbijanja pandemije.
Zatim, željezna ruda: od svibnja 2020. do svibnja 2021. cijena je narasla oko dva i pol puta. No, u zadnja 3-4 mjeseca cijena se totalno – ispuhala! Danas je na 44 posto nižoj razini nego je bila na početku godine, odnosno na približno istoj je razini kao i prije pandemije.
Cijena aluminija je pak gotovo pravocrtno rasla te se od svibnja 2020. do sredine listopada 2021. udvostručila. Aluminij je jedan od najviše 'energy-intensive commodities', a kako su cijene energije ove godine vrlo visoke, i njegova cijena je morala rasta. No, s obzirom da je cijena ugljena posljednjih tjedana znatno pala, tako je cijena aluminija prekinula ovaj pravocrtni rast i u posljednja tri tjedna cijena mu je pala za četvrtinu.
Uglavnom, čini se da je prekinut odnosno preokrenut trend rasta cijena građevinskog materijala. Barem za sada, a vidjet ćemo u kojem će smjeru dalje", zaključuje Brkljača.

Nastavno na temu o poskupljenju građevinskog materijala, oglasio se danas na svome Facebook profilu i ekonomski analitičar Ivica Brkljača, koji poručuje: CIJENE GRAĐEVINSKOG MATERIJALA – NEMA PANIKE:
"Čini se da je na svjetskom tržištu završio snažan rast cijena građevinskog materijala koji smo vidjeli ove godine (trend je zapravo započeo još od izbijanja pandemije, kad se poremetila svjetska trgovina nakon uvođenja lockdowna). Na domaće tržište svjetske cijene materijala prelijevaju se s većom ili manjom odgodom pa ćemo o 'eksplozivnom rastu trošku gradnje' u medijima vjerojatno još neko vrijeme slušati", kaže Brkljača.
No, napominje kako je bitno da je na svjetskom tržištu došlo do zaustavljanja pa čak i ispuhivanja cijena određenih roba koje u znatnoj mjeri određuju trošak gradnje:

"Primjerice, cijena drvene građe ranije je snažno uzletjela, u samo par mjeseci se udvostručila, no od svibnja (kada je dosegla povijesno najvišu razinu ikad) cijena je jednako brzo odnosno još brže – pala. Danas je cijena na 30 posto nižoj razini nego što je bila na početku godine, odnosno niža je čak i od razine na kojoj je bila prije izbijanja pandemije.
Zatim, željezna ruda: od svibnja 2020. do svibnja 2021. cijena je narasla oko dva i pol puta. No, u zadnja 3-4 mjeseca cijena se totalno – ispuhala! Danas je na 44 posto nižoj razini nego je bila na početku godine, odnosno na približno istoj je razini kao i prije pandemije.
Cijena aluminija je pak gotovo pravocrtno rasla te se od svibnja 2020. do sredine listopada 2021. udvostručila. Aluminij je jedan od najviše 'energy-intensive commodities', a kako su cijene energije ove godine vrlo visoke, i njegova cijena je morala rasta. No, s obzirom da je cijena ugljena posljednjih tjedana znatno pala, tako je cijena aluminija prekinula ovaj pravocrtni rast i u posljednja tri tjedna cijena mu je pala za četvrtinu.
Uglavnom, čini se da je prekinut odnosno preokrenut trend rasta cijena građevinskog materijala. Barem za sada, a vidjet ćemo u kojem će smjeru dalje", zaključuje Brkljača.
