Pravo ljeto ne čini samo kupanje, samo sunčanje ili brojanje kugli sladoleda koje ste pojeli. Pa ni komarci, ni miris kreme za sunčanje, ni opečena ramena. Neki će reći da je sve konačno potpuno tek kad se na stolu nađe zdjela klasične ljetne salate.

Znali biste je napraviti, pretpostavljamo, i u mraku, i kad od umora padate s nogu, a vrućina je nepodnošljiva. Kombinacija sezonskog povrća i najjednostavnijih začina ide uz sve, nezamislivi su ljetni ručkovi bez nje.

A sad priznajte. Izlazi li vam ipak, ili barem malo počinje, na uši?

Ima jedan sastojak, ukusna je, skoro pa bez kalorija, a zasitna. Zvuči savršeno? Pa, oni koji su je probali kažu da to i je. Sve što vam treba su krastavci, i to bi bilo poželjno da su u pitanju oni perzijske sorte. Kod nas ćete ih naći često pakirane pojedinačno pod nazivom "salatni krastavac", a idealno će poslužiti za ovu ljetnu salatu.

Ne treba ih niti guliti. No treba - zdrobiti. Upravo to je trik koji čini ovo jelo tako mirisnim i ukusnim. Samo narežite krastavac, stavite ga u prozirnu vrećicu i prijeđite par puta preko nje valjkom. Još malo lupate po njima i to je to. Nemojte pretjerati jer će u suprotnome biti pregnjecavi.

Recept dolazi iz Japana, a mnogi krastavce drobe i nožem. No ovako ćete se poštedjeti nereda u kuhinji - samo sadržaj vrećice istresite na tanjur i dodajte začine po želji. Namočite ih u octu i soli, preporučuje se pustiti da stoje u toj mješavini oko 20 minuta, a potom ih premjestite na tanjur za serviranje, dodajte ulja, soli i papra po želji.

Sjemenke sezama dodajte na samome kraju. Varijacija na temu je koliko vam srce želi, na vama je da ovu ljetnu salatu prilagodite sebi.

Pravo ljeto ne čini samo kupanje, samo sunčanje ili brojanje kugli sladoleda koje ste pojeli. Pa ni komarci, ni miris kreme za sunčanje, ni opečena ramena. Neki će reći da je sve konačno potpuno tek kad se na stolu nađe zdjela klasične ljetne salate.

Salata od kapule i pome. Odnosno, svježih krastavaca, rajčice, luka, malo soli, papra, ulja i octa. Znali biste je napraviti, pretpostavljamo, i u mraku, i kad od umora padate s nogu, a vrućina je nepodnošljiva. Kombinacija sezonskog povrća i najjednostavnijih začina ide uz sve, nezamislivi su ljetni ručkovi bez nje.

A sad priznajte. Izlazi li vam ipak, ili barem malo počinje, na uši?

Ne priznajete i ne date na klasiku? To je sasvim u redu, ali dozvolite da vam predstavimo hit ljeta 2020. Jer ako je gledati po popularnosti na društvenim mrežama, jednostavna salata od krastavaca je trenutno apsolutni pobjednik.

Ima jedan sastojak, ukusna je, skoro pa bez kalorija, a zasitna. Zvuči savršeno? Pa, oni koji su je probali kažu da to i je. Sve što vam treba su krastavci, i to bi bilo poželjno da su u pitanju oni perzijske sorte. Kod nas ćete ih naći često pakirane pojedinačno pod nazivom "salatni krastavac", a idealno će poslužiti za ovu ljetnu salatu.

Ne treba ih niti guliti. No treba - zdrobiti. Upravo to je trik koji čini ovo jelo tako mirisnim i ukusnim. Samo narežite krastavac, stavite ga u prozirnu vrećicu i prijeđite par puta preko nje valjkom. Još malo lupate po njima i to je to. Nemojte pretjerati jer će u suprotnome biti pregnjecavi.

Recept dolazi iz Japana, a mnogi krastavce drobe i nožem. No ovako ćete se poštedjeti nereda u kuhinji - samo sadržaj vrećice istresite na tanjur i dodajte začine po želji. Namočite ih u octu i soli, preporučuje se pustiti da stoje u toj mješavini oko 20 minuta, a potom ih premjestite na tanjur za serviranje, dodajte ulja, soli i papra po želji.

Sjemenke sezama dodajte na samome kraju. Varijacija na temu je koliko vam srce želi, na vama je da ovu ljetnu salatu prilagodite sebi.

Pravo ljeto ne čini samo kupanje, samo sunčanje ili brojanje kugli sladoleda koje ste pojeli. Pa ni komarci, ni miris kreme za sunčanje, ni opečena ramena. Neki će reći da je sve konačno potpuno tek kad se na stolu nađe zdjela klasične ljetne salate.

Salata od kapule i pome. Odnosno, svježih krastavaca, rajčice, luka, malo soli, papra, ulja i octa. Znali biste je napraviti, pretpostavljamo, i u mraku, i kad od umora padate s nogu, a vrućina je nepodnošljiva. Kombinacija sezonskog povrća i najjednostavnijih začina ide uz sve, nezamislivi su ljetni ručkovi bez nje.

A sad priznajte. Izlazi li vam ipak, ili barem malo počinje, na uši?

Ne priznajete i ne date na klasiku? To je sasvim u redu, ali dozvolite da vam predstavimo hit ljeta 2020. Jer ako je gledati po popularnosti na društvenim mrežama, jednostavna salata od krastavaca je trenutno apsolutni pobjednik.

Ima jedan sastojak, ukusna je, skoro pa bez kalorija, a zasitna. Zvuči savršeno? Pa, oni koji su je probali kažu da to i je. Sve što vam treba su krastavci, i to bi bilo poželjno da su u pitanju oni perzijske sorte. Kod nas ćete ih naći često pakirane pojedinačno pod nazivom "salatni krastavac", a idealno će poslužiti za ovu ljetnu salatu.

Ne treba ih niti guliti. No treba - zdrobiti. Upravo to je trik koji čini ovo jelo tako mirisnim i ukusnim. Samo narežite krastavac, stavite ga u prozirnu vrećicu i prijeđite par puta preko nje valjkom. Još malo lupate po njima i to je to. Nemojte pretjerati jer će u suprotnome biti pregnjecavi.

Recept dolazi iz Japana, a mnogi krastavce drobe i nožem. No ovako ćete se poštedjeti nereda u kuhinji - samo sadržaj vrećice istresite na tanjur i dodajte začine po želji. Namočite ih u octu i soli, preporučuje se pustiti da stoje u toj mješavini oko 20 minuta, a potom ih premjestite na tanjur za serviranje, dodajte ulja, soli i papra po želji.

Sjemenke sezama dodajte na samome kraju. Varijacija na temu je koliko vam srce želi, na vama je da ovu ljetnu salatu prilagodite sebi.
