Primjena kemoterapije uz pomoć elastomerske pumpe, odnedavno je rutinska praksa Odjela hematologije, onkologije, alergologije i kliničke imunologije Opće bolnice Šibensko - kninske županije.

Radi se o suvremenom svjetskom standardu koji na siguran način i uz očuvanje maksimalne kvalitete života osigurava primjenu kemoterapije onkološkim bolesnicima, izvijestili su iz šibenske bolnice.

Iako nisu metoda izbora za sve, već samo za neke bolesnike, elastomerske pumpe imaju veliku prednost u odnosu na klasične metode aplikacije kemoterapije jer bolesnicima omogućavaju punu mobilnost i normalan život s obzirom na to da ne moraju boraviti u bolnici zbog primjene terapije.

- Bolesnici ovim suvremenim uređajima primaju kemoterapiju u kućnim uvjetima i istodobno mogu obavljati svakodnevne aktivnosti. Individualno propisana kemoterapija prethodno se pripremi u jedinici centralizirane priprave antineoplastika koja se nalazi u bolničkoj ljekarni te u istom prostoru instalira u elastomersku pumpu.

Pacijent s postavljenom pumpom odlazi kući gdje putem pumpe prima terapiju, te se vraća nakon određenog vremena u bolnicu zbog skidanja pumpe čime se ciklus završava- rekli su iz Opće bolnice Šibensko - kninske županije.

Procesu uvođenja elastomerskih pumpi prethodila je ciljana edukacija onkologa i hematologa i medicinskih sestara te kliničkih farmaceuta i farmaceutskih tehničara koji su kao novoformirani tim sukladno europskim standardima zaduženi za implementaciju ove metode u našoj bolnici.

- Najveća prednost elastomerskih pumpi nalazi se u činjenici da bolesnici mogu obavljati uobičajene životne aktivnosti tijekom primanja kemoterapijskog liječenja što može imati pozitivan utjecaj na kvalitetu života bolesnika. Takvi bolesnici pumpu nose sa sobom te je mogu staviti u torbicu, džep i slično.

Implementacija elastomerskih pumpi za određenu populaciju bolesnika i za određene kemoterapijske protokole samo je jedan od niza novih projekata Opće bolnice Šibensko - kninske županije koji za cilj ima podizanje razine kvalitete zdravstvene skrbi i kvalitete života za bolesnike s malignim bolestima- zaključili su u šibenskoj bolnici.

Primjena kemoterapije uz pomoć elastomerske pumpe, odnedavno je rutinska praksa Odjela hematologije, onkologije, alergologije i kliničke imunologije Opće bolnice Šibensko - kninske županije.

Radi se o suvremenom svjetskom standardu koji na siguran način i uz očuvanje maksimalne kvalitete života osigurava primjenu kemoterapije onkološkim bolesnicima, izvijestili su iz šibenske bolnice.

Iako nisu metoda izbora za sve, već samo za neke bolesnike, elastomerske pumpe imaju veliku prednost u odnosu na klasične metode aplikacije kemoterapije jer bolesnicima omogućavaju punu mobilnost i normalan život s obzirom na to da ne moraju boraviti u bolnici zbog primjene terapije.

- Bolesnici ovim suvremenim uređajima primaju kemoterapiju u kućnim uvjetima i istodobno mogu obavljati svakodnevne aktivnosti. Individualno propisana kemoterapija prethodno se pripremi u jedinici centralizirane priprave antineoplastika koja se nalazi u bolničkoj ljekarni te u istom prostoru instalira u elastomersku pumpu.

Pacijent s postavljenom pumpom odlazi kući gdje putem pumpe prima terapiju, te se vraća nakon određenog vremena u bolnicu zbog skidanja pumpe čime se ciklus završava- rekli su iz Opće bolnice Šibensko - kninske županije.

Procesu uvođenja elastomerskih pumpi prethodila je ciljana edukacija onkologa i hematologa i medicinskih sestara te kliničkih farmaceuta i farmaceutskih tehničara koji su kao novoformirani tim sukladno europskim standardima zaduženi za implementaciju ove metode u našoj bolnici.

- Najveća prednost elastomerskih pumpi nalazi se u činjenici da bolesnici mogu obavljati uobičajene životne aktivnosti tijekom primanja kemoterapijskog liječenja što može imati pozitivan utjecaj na kvalitetu života bolesnika. Takvi bolesnici pumpu nose sa sobom te je mogu staviti u torbicu, džep i slično.

Implementacija elastomerskih pumpi za određenu populaciju bolesnika i za određene kemoterapijske protokole samo je jedan od niza novih projekata Opće bolnice Šibensko - kninske županije koji za cilj ima podizanje razine kvalitete zdravstvene skrbi i kvalitete života za bolesnike s malignim bolestima- zaključili su u šibenskoj bolnici.

Primjena kemoterapije uz pomoć elastomerske pumpe, odnedavno je rutinska praksa Odjela hematologije, onkologije, alergologije i kliničke imunologije Opće bolnice Šibensko - kninske županije.

Radi se o suvremenom svjetskom standardu koji na siguran način i uz očuvanje maksimalne kvalitete života osigurava primjenu kemoterapije onkološkim bolesnicima, izvijestili su iz šibenske bolnice.

Iako nisu metoda izbora za sve, već samo za neke bolesnike, elastomerske pumpe imaju veliku prednost u odnosu na klasične metode aplikacije kemoterapije jer bolesnicima omogućavaju punu mobilnost i normalan život s obzirom na to da ne moraju boraviti u bolnici zbog primjene terapije.

- Bolesnici ovim suvremenim uređajima primaju kemoterapiju u kućnim uvjetima i istodobno mogu obavljati svakodnevne aktivnosti. Individualno propisana kemoterapija prethodno se pripremi u jedinici centralizirane priprave antineoplastika koja se nalazi u bolničkoj ljekarni te u istom prostoru instalira u elastomersku pumpu.

Pacijent s postavljenom pumpom odlazi kući gdje putem pumpe prima terapiju, te se vraća nakon određenog vremena u bolnicu zbog skidanja pumpe čime se ciklus završava- rekli su iz Opće bolnice Šibensko - kninske županije.
