Nakon što je Državni zavod za statistiku Hrvatske (DZS) objavio je konačne rezultate Popisa stanovništva mnoge županije, gradovi i općine trebali bi se itekako zabrinuti zbog pada sbroja ljudi.

U Općini Rogoznica, naime, živi svega 2190 stalnih stanovnika, što je gubitak za gotovo dvjestotinjak ljudi u odnosu na zadnji popis, ali zato ima čak 7340 stambenih jedinica. Sudeći po trenutnoj izgradnji, stambene jedinice će i dalje drastično rasti, a broj stalnih stanovnika padati. To se da iščitati iz podataka DZS o dobnoj starosti stanovništva, starijih od 60 godina ima čak 43,8 posto,  mlađih od 20 godina svega 13,9 posto, dok djece od 0 do 4 godini ima 3,8 posto.

Za koga se, pitaju se mještani, grade ti silni kvadrati koji niču preko noći bez popratne infrastrukture, posebice kanalizacije koju ima svega desetak posto Rogozničana. Na septičke jame spojene su kuće s apartmanima za iznajmljivanje uz sam rub najglavnijih i najuređenijih plaža Šepurina-Lozica, a u tim rogozničkim kvartovima i dalje se masovno gradi. Ljudi se pitaju gradi li se sve legalno, ima li odstupanja od građevinskih dozvola i tko to kontrolira, još ih više zanima tko to gradi i tko otkupljuje te nekretnine vrijedne zlata. Prema informacijama koje imamo kupci su uglavnom strani državljani.

Da se kvadrat na rogozničkom području prodaje po zlato dovoljno je otvoriti listu nekretnina i  vidjeti koje su to vrtoglave cifre. Apartman na prvom katu, od 46 kvadrata, prvi red do mora u blizini Rogoznice prodaje se za 2.077.827 kuna. Luksuzni apartman s pogledom na more od 103 kvadrata dostiže cijenu od gotovo 5 milijuna kuna. Samostojeće kuće s bazenom ili bez njega kreću se od 5 do 22 milijuna kuna. I prodaju se, bez problema, što dokazuje i porez na promet nekretnina koji izdašno puni općinski proračun.    

I tako, malo po malo s mamuticama okupiramo sve moguće dostupne i manje dostupne uvale, sike zalijemo tonama betona, prodaju se i preprodaju kuće, vile s bazenima i apartmani, a ljudi koji stalno žive i rade u Općini Rogoznica sve je manje. Žalosno!.

Nakon što je Državni zavod za statistiku Hrvatske (DZS) objavio je konačne rezultate Popisa stanovništva mnoge županije, gradovi i općine trebali bi se itekako zabrinuti zbog pada sbroja ljudi.

U Općini Rogoznica, naime, živi svega 2190 stalnih stanovnika, što je gubitak za gotovo dvjestotinjak ljudi u odnosu na zadnji popis, ali zato ima čak 7340 stambenih jedinica. Sudeći po trenutnoj izgradnji, stambene jedinice će i dalje drastično rasti, a broj stalnih stanovnika padati. To se da iščitati iz podataka DZS o dobnoj starosti stanovništva, starijih od 60 godina ima čak 43,8 posto,  mlađih od 20 godina svega 13,9 posto, dok djece od 0 do 4 godini ima 3,8 posto.

Za koga se, pitaju se mještani, grade ti silni kvadrati koji niču preko noći bez popratne infrastrukture, posebice kanalizacije koju ima svega desetak posto Rogozničana. Na septičke jame spojene su kuće s apartmanima za iznajmljivanje uz sam rub najglavnijih i najuređenijih plaža Šepurina-Lozica, a u tim rogozničkim kvartovima i dalje se masovno gradi. Ljudi se pitaju gradi li se sve legalno, ima li odstupanja od građevinskih dozvola i tko to kontrolira, još ih više zanima tko to gradi i tko otkupljuje te nekretnine vrijedne zlata. Prema informacijama koje imamo kupci su uglavnom strani državljani.

Da se kvadrat na rogozničkom području prodaje po zlato dovoljno je otvoriti listu nekretnina i  vidjeti koje su to vrtoglave cifre. Apartman na prvom katu, od 46 kvadrata, prvi red do mora u blizini Rogoznice prodaje se za 2.077.827 kuna. Luksuzni apartman s pogledom na more od 103 kvadrata dostiže cijenu od gotovo 5 milijuna kuna. Samostojeće kuće s bazenom ili bez njega kreću se od 5 do 22 milijuna kuna. I prodaju se, bez problema, što dokazuje i porez na promet nekretnina koji izdašno puni općinski proračun.    

I tako, malo po malo s mamuticama okupiramo sve moguće dostupne i manje dostupne uvale, sike zalijemo tonama betona, prodaju se i preprodaju kuće, vile s bazenima i apartmani, a ljudi koji stalno žive i rade u Općini Rogoznica sve je manje. Žalosno!.

Nevjerojatan skok broja novoizgrađenih objekata u Rogoznici: investitori divljaju, kvadrat se prodaje i po 6400 eura!

Nakon što je Državni zavod za statistiku Hrvatske (DZS) objavio je konačne rezultate Popisa stanovništva mnoge županije, gradovi i općine trebali bi se itekako zabrinuti zbog pada sbroja ljudi.

U Općini Rogoznica, naime, živi svega 2190 stalnih stanovnika, što je gubitak za gotovo dvjestotinjak ljudi u odnosu na zadnji popis, ali zato ima čak 7340 stambenih jedinica. Sudeći po trenutnoj izgradnji, stambene jedinice će i dalje drastično rasti, a broj stalnih stanovnika padati. To se da iščitati iz podataka DZS o dobnoj starosti stanovništva, starijih od 60 godina ima čak 43,8 posto,  mlađih od 20 godina svega 13,9 posto, dok djece od 0 do 4 godini ima 3,8 posto.

Za koga se, pitaju se mještani, grade ti silni kvadrati koji niču preko noći bez popratne infrastrukture, posebice kanalizacije koju ima svega desetak posto Rogozničana. Na septičke jame spojene su kuće s apartmanima za iznajmljivanje uz sam rub najglavnijih i najuređenijih plaža Šepurina-Lozica, a u tim rogozničkim kvartovima i dalje se masovno gradi. Ljudi se pitaju gradi li se sve legalno, ima li odstupanja od građevinskih dozvola i tko to kontrolira, još ih više zanima tko to gradi i tko otkupljuje te nekretnine vrijedne zlata. Prema informacijama koje imamo kupci su uglavnom strani državljani.

Da se kvadrat na rogozničkom području prodaje po zlato dovoljno je otvoriti listu nekretnina i  vidjeti koje su to vrtoglave cifre. Apartman na prvom katu, od 46 kvadrata, prvi red do mora u blizini Rogoznice prodaje se za 2.077.827 kuna. Luksuzni apartman s pogledom na more od 103 kvadrata dostiže cijenu od gotovo 5 milijuna kuna. Samostojeće kuće s bazenom ili bez njega kreću se od 5 do 22 milijuna kuna. I prodaju se, bez problema, što dokazuje i porez na promet nekretnina koji izdašno puni općinski proračun.    

I tako, malo po malo s mamuticama okupiramo sve moguće dostupne i manje dostupne uvale, sike zalijemo tonama betona, prodaju se i preprodaju kuće, vile s bazenima i apartmani, a ljudi koji stalno žive i rade u Općini Rogoznica sve je manje. Žalosno!.
