Nakon što smo objavili tekst kako će se odlukom Općinskog vijeća kod Rogoznice dozvoliti gradnja samo 25 metara od mora, stigla je reakcija iz Općine Rogoznica. Njihov zahtjev za ispravkom informacije prenosimo u cijelosti:

"Na portalu Šibenski 21. srpnja objavljen je naslov sadržaja "Nevjerojatna odluka rogozničkog Općisnkog vijeća: dozvolili gradnju nebodera samo 25 metara od mora, kao investitor se spominje poznati poduzetnik", molimo vas da temeljem čl. 40 Zakona o medijima, objavite demanti-ispravak netočno objavljene informacije.

U daljnjem tekstu navodi se: "Cilj pokretanja izmjena, rečeno je na Vijeću, je doslovno jedna jedina rečenica: usklađivanje odredbi za provođenje s planom šireg područja, a što znači da se UPU turističke zone Medina mora uskladiti s Prostornim planom Šibensko-kninske županije i po novom građevine se ne moraju odmicati 50 metara od obalne crte, već se može graditi nebodere svega 25 metara od mora".

Povodom navedenog teksta želim ukazati da nije točno da je Općina Rogoznica dozvolila gradnju smještajnih objekata "nebodera" samo 25 metara od mora. Na drugoj sjednici Općinskog vijeća 21. srpnja donesena je odluka o izradi ciljanih izmjena i dopuna Urbanističkog plana uređenja ugostiteljsko-turističke zone Medine a sve iz razloga usklađenja s Prostornim planom uređenja Općine Rogoznice (Službeni vijesnik Općine Rogoznica br. 3/18). Predloženom ciljanom izmjenom UPU Medine u čl.8 t.13 izbrisala bi se iz postojećeg plana rečenica "Dio prostorne cijeline koji se nalazi u pojasu od 25 do 50 metara od obale može biti izgrađen najviše 10% čime bi se uskladio isti plan s PPU Općine Rogoznica.

Odredba npropisana čl.8 t.14 UPU Medine koja glasi: Smještajne građevine planiraju se ivan pojasa najmanje 50 metara od obalne crte, dok je udaljenost za prateće sadržaje 25 metara od obalne crte" ostaje i dalje na snazi.

Slijedom navedenog vidljivo je da u Općini Rogoznica nije moguća gradnja 25 metara od mora", stoji u reakciji Općine Rogoznica koju potpisuje načelnik Marijo Mladinić.

Nakon što smo objavili tekst kako će se odlukom Općinskog vijeća kod Rogoznice dozvoliti gradnja samo 25 metara od mora, stigla je reakcija iz Općine Rogoznica. Njihov zahtjev za ispravkom informacije prenosimo u cijelosti:

"Na portalu Šibenski 21. srpnja objavljen je naslov sadržaja "Nevjerojatna odluka rogozničkog Općisnkog vijeća: dozvolili gradnju nebodera samo 25 metara od mora, kao investitor se spominje poznati poduzetnik", molimo vas da temeljem čl. 40 Zakona o medijima, objavite demanti-ispravak netočno objavljene informacije.

U daljnjem tekstu navodi se: "Cilj pokretanja izmjena, rečeno je na Vijeću, je doslovno jedna jedina rečenica: usklađivanje odredbi za provođenje s planom šireg područja, a što znači da se UPU turističke zone Medina mora uskladiti s Prostornim planom Šibensko-kninske županije i po novom građevine se ne moraju odmicati 50 metara od obalne crte, već se može graditi nebodere svega 25 metara od mora".

Povodom navedenog teksta želim ukazati da nije točno da je Općina Rogoznica dozvolila gradnju smještajnih objekata "nebodera" samo 25 metara od mora. Na drugoj sjednici Općinskog vijeća 21. srpnja donesena je odluka o izradi ciljanih izmjena i dopuna Urbanističkog plana uređenja ugostiteljsko-turističke zone Medine a sve iz razloga usklađenja s Prostornim planom uređenja Općine Rogoznice (Službeni vijesnik Općine Rogoznica br. 3/18). Predloženom ciljanom izmjenom UPU Medine u čl.8 t.13 izbrisala bi se iz postojećeg plana rečenica "Dio prostorne cijeline koji se nalazi u pojasu od 25 do 50 metara od obale može biti izgrađen najviše 10% čime bi se uskladio isti plan s PPU Općine Rogoznica.

Odredba npropisana čl.8 t.14 UPU Medine koja glasi: Smještajne građevine planiraju se ivan pojasa najmanje 50 metara od obalne crte, dok je udaljenost za prateće sadržaje 25 metara od obalne crte" ostaje i dalje na snazi.

Slijedom navedenog vidljivo je da u Općini Rogoznica nije moguća gradnja 25 metara od mora", stoji u reakciji Općine Rogoznica koju potpisuje načelnik Marijo Mladinić.

Načelnik Rogoznice Marijo Mladinić demantira da su dozvoljeni novi objekti uz samu obalu: U našoj općini nije moguća gradnja 25 metara od mora!

Nakon što smo objavili tekst kako će se odlukom Općinskog vijeća kod Rogoznice dozvoliti gradnja samo 25 metara od mora, stigla je reakcija iz Općine Rogoznica. Njihov zahtjev za ispravkom informacije prenosimo u cijelosti:

"Na portalu Šibenski 21. srpnja objavljen je naslov sadržaja "Nevjerojatna odluka rogozničkog Općisnkog vijeća: dozvolili gradnju nebodera samo 25 metara od mora, kao investitor se spominje poznati poduzetnik", molimo vas da temeljem čl. 40 Zakona o medijima, objavite demanti-ispravak netočno objavljene informacije.

U daljnjem tekstu navodi se: "Cilj pokretanja izmjena, rečeno je na Vijeću, je doslovno jedna jedina rečenica: usklađivanje odredbi za provođenje s planom šireg područja, a što znači da se UPU turističke zone Medina mora uskladiti s Prostornim planom Šibensko-kninske županije i po novom građevine se ne moraju odmicati 50 metara od obalne crte, već se može graditi nebodere svega 25 metara od mora".

Povodom navedenog teksta želim ukazati da nije točno da je Općina Rogoznica dozvolila gradnju smještajnih objekata "nebodera" samo 25 metara od mora. Na drugoj sjednici Općinskog vijeća 21. srpnja donesena je odluka o izradi ciljanih izmjena i dopuna Urbanističkog plana uređenja ugostiteljsko-turističke zone Medine a sve iz razloga usklađenja s Prostornim planom uređenja Općine Rogoznice (Službeni vijesnik Općine Rogoznica br. 3/18). Predloženom ciljanom izmjenom UPU Medine u čl.8 t.13 izbrisala bi se iz postojećeg plana rečenica "Dio prostorne cijeline koji se nalazi u pojasu od 25 do 50 metara od obale može biti izgrađen najviše 10% čime bi se uskladio isti plan s PPU Općine Rogoznica.

Odredba npropisana čl.8 t.14 UPU Medine koja glasi: Smještajne građevine planiraju se ivan pojasa najmanje 50 metara od obalne crte, dok je udaljenost za prateće sadržaje 25 metara od obalne crte" ostaje i dalje na snazi.

Slijedom navedenog vidljivo je da u Općini Rogoznica nije moguća gradnja 25 metara od mora", stoji u reakciji Općine Rogoznica koju potpisuje načelnik Marijo Mladinić.
