Uz zaštićeno Prukljansko jezero na rijeci Krki trebao bi se graditi veliki resort s terenima za golf, hotelom i luksuznim vilama s bazenima te nautičkom marinom. Vlada je već potpisala ugovor o realizaciji projekta s investitorima - tvrtkom poznatog britanskog biznismena iranskog podrijetla. I dok u skradinskoj gradskoj upravi ističu financijske blagodati projekta vrijednog 300-400 milijuna eura, znanstvenici upozoravaju na moguće štetne posljedice za jedinstveni i dosad netaknuti ekosustav, piše HTV
Prukljansko jezero dragulj je donjeg toka Krke i susjed Nacionalnog parka. Pod vodom krije jedinstveni ekosustav u Hrvatskoj.
- Ne postoji područje koje je sa sastavom organizama i bogatstvom nekih vrsta kao što je Prokljansko jezero. Imamo organizme koji žive samo tamo. Na primjer jedan žarnjak - veretillum cynomorium, upozorava dr. sc. Ante Žuljević sa splitskog Instituta za oceanografiju i ribarstvo.
Više od 100 vrsta ptica i 700 biljnih vrsta
Živo je i uz samo jezero. Zaštićeni je to krajobraz i dio europske ekološke mreže. Ravnateljica JU Priroda Šibensko-kninske županije Anita Ajduk napominje kako je u "Natura 2000 staništu zabilježeno više od 100 ptičjih vrsta, a u monitorinzima je uočeno preko 700 biljnih vrsta". Riječ je o iznimno velikoj bioraznolikosti.
I baš su tu prije 20 godina potencijalni strani ulagači poželjeli - golf. Pa je uvršten u županijski prostorni plan još 2002. Nakon dva desetljeća lutanja, na natječaju se lani pojavljuju ulagači spremni ostvariti projekt vrijedan, procjenjuje se, i do 400 milijuna eura.
U Skradinu već zbrajaju pluseve
- Od mogućnosti zapošljavanja većeg broja ljudi, od činjenice da takve investicije za sebe vežu iznimno velike benefite za lokalni proračun, kaže gradonačelnik Skradina Antonijo Brajković.
No tek nakon što ulagači daju milijune za kupnju dijela terena, najam i koncesije, radit će se studija o utjecaju projekta na okoliš. Jer takva je procedura! U županiji, pak, tvrde - već sam prostorni plan propisuje stroge uvjete.
- Sva oborinska odvodnja mora biti zatvoreni sustav i mora imati svoje pročišćavanje prije samog ispuštanja u teren. (...) Nema gradnje na istaknutim vrhovima, nema narušavanja krajobraza, tvrdi dr. sc. Sanja Slavica Matešić, v.d. pročelnika županijskog Upravnog odjela za zaštitu okoliša, prostorno uređenje, gradnju i komunalne poslove.
Paralela s neostvarenim projektom "Golf na Srđu"
A neće se graditi samo igralište za golf, nego i hotel s 1500 kreveta, luksuzne vile, nautička marina. Sve to ekološke aktiviste podsjeća na neostvareni projekt golfa na dubrovačkom Srđu.
- Simptomatično je da se uvijek biraju najbolje lokacije za izgradnju tih golf-terena. I to redom lokacije gdje bi inače, po svim drugim pravilima, bila zabranjena ikakva gradnja, ističe potpredsjednik Zelene akcije Enes Ćerimagić.
Ugrožena i uzgajališta školjki
Štogod da ode u prirodu s golf-terena može imati katastrofalne posljedice. A riječ je o kemijskim sredstvima za tretiranje golf-terena, upozorava Rikard Marenzi, šibenski gradski vijećnik Nezavisne liste Stipe Petrine.
- Potencijalno, promjenom ekoloških uvjeta - to znači izumiranje mnogih vrsta, dodaje.

Uz zaštićeno Prukljansko jezero na rijeci Krki trebao bi se graditi veliki resort s terenima za golf, hotelom i luksuznim vilama s bazenima te nautičkom marinom. Vlada je već potpisala ugovor o realizaciji projekta s investitorima - tvrtkom poznatog britanskog biznismena iranskog podrijetla. - Ne postoji područje koje je sa sastavom organizama i bogatstvom nekih vrsta kao što je Prokljansko jezero. Imamo organizme koji žive samo tamo. Na primjer jedan žarnjak - veretillum cynomorium, upozorava dr. sc. Ante Žuljević sa splitskog Instituta za oceanografiju i ribarstvo.
Više od 100 vrsta ptica i 700 biljnih vrsta
Živo je i uz samo jezero. Zaštićeni je to krajobraz i dio europske ekološke mreže. Ravnateljica JU Priroda Šibensko-kninske županije Anita Ajduk napominje kako je u "Natura 2000 staništu zabilježeno više od 100 ptičjih vrsta, a u monitorinzima je uočeno preko 700 biljnih vrsta". Riječ je o iznimno velikoj bioraznolikosti.
I baš su tu prije 20 godina potencijalni strani ulagači poželjeli - golf. Pa je uvršten u županijski prostorni plan još 2002. Nakon dva desetljeća lutanja, na natječaju se lani pojavljuju ulagači spremni ostvariti projekt vrijedan, procjenjuje se, i do 400 milijuna eura.
U Skradinu već zbrajaju pluseve
- Od mogućnosti zapošljavanja većeg broja ljudi, od činjenice da takve investicije za sebe vežu iznimno velike benefite za lokalni proračun, kaže gradonačelnik Skradina Antonijo Brajković.
No tek nakon što ulagači daju milijune za kupnju dijela terena, najam i koncesije, radit će se studija o utjecaju projekta na okoliš. Jer takva je procedura! U županiji, pak, tvrde - već sam prostorni plan propisuje stroge uvjete.
- Sva oborinska odvodnja mora biti zatvoreni sustav i mora imati svoje pročišćavanje prije samog ispuštanja u teren. (...) Nema gradnje na istaknutim vrhovima, nema narušavanja krajobraza, tvrdi dr. sc. Sanja Slavica Matešić, v.d. pročelnika županijskog Upravnog odjela za zaštitu okoliša, prostorno uređenje, gradnju i komunalne poslove.
Paralela s neostvarenim projektom "Golf na Srđu"
A neće se graditi samo igralište za golf, nego i hotel s 1500 kreveta, luksuzne vile, nautička marina. Sve to ekološke aktiviste podsjeća na neostvareni projekt golfa na dubrovačkom Srđu.
- Simptomatično je da se uvijek biraju najbolje lokacije za izgradnju tih golf-terena. I to redom lokacije gdje bi inače, po svim drugim pravilima, bila zabranjena ikakva gradnja, ističe potpredsjednik Zelene akcije Enes Ćerimagić.
Ugrožena i uzgajališta školjki
Štogod da ode u prirodu s golf-terena može imati katastrofalne posljedice. A riječ je o kemijskim sredstvima za tretiranje golf-terena, upozorava Rikard Marenzi, šibenski gradski vijećnik Nezavisne liste Stipe Petrine.
- Potencijalno, promjenom ekoloških uvjeta - to znači izumiranje mnogih vrsta, dodaje.
A nizvodno od Prukljanskog jezera mnogobrojna su uzgajališta školjaka. Farme morske hrane osjetljive i na najmanji ekološki poremećaj, zaključuje HTV
