Grad Drniš objavio je javni poziv za prikupljanje neobvezujućih ponuda za kupnju građevinskog zemljišta na kojoj bi se, čim se za to ostvare svi preduvjeti, gradila Narodna knjižnica te parking s 80 do 100 parkirnih mjesta. Prvi je to korak ka realizaciji projekta, a prema riječima gradonačelnika Drniša, Josipa Begonje i najkompleksniji. Naime, za gradnju knjižnice Gradu je potrebno sedam do osam tisuća kvadratnih metara. Površina koju u gradu Drnišu neće biti jednostavno pronaći.

- To je inicijalni korak, kupnja zemljišta. U planu nam je izgraditi Narodnu knjižnicu i čitaonicu s odgovarajućim zelenim površinama te veliki gradski parking. Nažalost, Grad u svom vlasništvu nema toliku površinu pa smo primorani na kupnju. U Gradu ima nekoliko parcela koje bi po kvadraturi odgovarale našim zahtjevima, sada ćemo vidjeti hoćemo li uspjeti doći do dogovora za kupnju – rekao nam je gradonačelnik Begonja.

Gradnja nove knjižnice u neku ruku je i logična. Postojeća Narodna knjižnica koja se nalazi u Ulici kralja Zvonimira više ne može ispuniti prostorne zahtjeve, zgrada je dotrajala, pa bi novi, moderni prostori bili i više nego značajni za Drnišane.

- Taj prostor s vremenom je jednostavno postao neadekvatan. Radi se o 300 kvadratnih metara prostora u kojem čak nije moguće ni izložiti sve knjige. Prostore koji se nalaze na drugom katu Doma kulture gledat ćemo prenamijeniti. Pronaći ćemo im novu svrhu, bilo za potrebe Gradskog muzeja ili Pučkog otvorenog učilišta Drniš – istaknuo je Begonja.

Najavljenim projektom, Grad bi donekle riješio i još jedan problem, onaj s parkirnim mjestima.
- Gradnjom novog gradskog parkinga značajno bi rasteretili uži centar Grada. Svatko tko s autom dolazi u Grad suočava se s tim problemom, pa nerijetko viđamo automobile parkirane na mjestima gdje ne bi smjeli biti. Definitivno još jedan od razloga da se ovaj projekt realizira – naglasio je prvi čovjek Drniša.

Kupnju zemljišta grad Drniš će financirati iz vlastitih sredstava, dok će gradnja biti financirana kroz Nacionalni plan oporavka i održivosti (NPOO). Naravno, ako projekt bude pozitivno ocijenjen.

- Ako u ovoj godini riješimo pitanje zemljišta, a kroz sljedeću dobijemo zeleno svijetlo od strane NPOO-a onda bi s nekim konkretnim radovima mogli krenuti kroz dvije do tri godine – zaključio je Begonja.

Grad Drniš objavio je javni poziv za prikupljanje neobvezujućih ponuda za kupnju građevinskog zemljišta na kojoj bi se, čim se za to ostvare svi preduvjeti, gradila Narodna knjižnica te parking s 80 do 100 parkirnih mjesta. Prvi je to korak ka realizaciji projekta, a prema riječima gradonačelnika Drniša, Josipa Begonje i najkompleksniji. Naime, za gradnju knjižnice Gradu je potrebno sedam do osam tisuća kvadratnih metara. Površina koju u gradu Drnišu neće biti jednostavno pronaći.

- To je inicijalni korak, kupnja zemljišta. U planu nam je izgraditi Narodnu knjižnicu i čitaonicu s odgovarajućim zelenim površinama te veliki gradski parking. Nažalost, Grad u svom vlasništvu nema toliku površinu pa smo primorani na kupnju. U Gradu ima nekoliko parcela koje bi po kvadraturi odgovarale našim zahtjevima, sada ćemo vidjeti hoćemo li uspjeti doći do dogovora za kupnju – rekao nam je gradonačelnik Begonja.

Gradnja nove knjižnice u neku ruku je i logična. Postojeća Narodna knjižnica koja se nalazi u Ulici kralja Zvonimira više ne može ispuniti prostorne zahtjeve, zgrada je dotrajala, pa bi novi, moderni prostori bili i više nego značajni za Drnišane.

- Taj prostor s vremenom je jednostavno postao neadekvatan. Radi se o 300 kvadratnih metara prostora u kojem čak nije moguće ni izložiti sve knjige. Prostore koji se nalaze na drugom katu Doma kulture gledat ćemo prenamijeniti. Pronaći ćemo im novu svrhu, bilo za potrebe Gradskog muzeja ili Pučkog otvorenog učilišta Drniš – istaknuo je Begonja.

Najavljenim projektom, Grad bi donekle riješio i još jedan problem, onaj s parkirnim mjestima.
- Gradnjom novog gradskog parkinga značajno bi rasteretili uži centar Grada. Svatko tko s autom dolazi u Grad suočava se s tim problemom, pa nerijetko viđamo automobile parkirane na mjestima gdje ne bi smjeli biti. Definitivno još jedan od razloga da se ovaj projekt realizira – naglasio je prvi čovjek Drniša.

Kupnju zemljišta grad Drniš će financirati iz vlastitih sredstava, dok će gradnja biti financirana kroz Nacionalni plan oporavka i održivosti (NPOO). Naravno, ako projekt bude pozitivno ocijenjen.

- Ako u ovoj godini riješimo pitanje zemljišta, a kroz sljedeću dobijemo zeleno svijetlo od strane NPOO-a onda bi s nekim konkretnim radovima mogli krenuti kroz dvije do tri godine – zaključio je Begonja.

Drnišani spremaju veliku investiciju: oglasili da kupuju teren na kojem bi gradili Narodnu knjižnicu i veliki parking

Grad Drniš objavio je javni poziv za prikupljanje neobvezujućih ponuda za kupnju građevinskog zemljišta na kojoj bi se, čim se za to ostvare svi preduvjeti, gradila Narodna knjižnica te parking s 80 do 100 parkirnih mjesta. Prvi je to korak ka realizaciji projekta, a prema riječima gradonačelnika Drniša, Josipa Begonje i najkompleksniji. Naime, za gradnju knjižnice Gradu je potrebno sedam do osam tisuća kvadratnih metara. Površina koju u gradu Drnišu neće biti jednostavno pronaći.

- To je inicijalni korak, kupnja zemljišta. U planu nam je izgraditi Narodnu knjižnicu i čitaonicu s odgovarajućim zelenim površinama te veliki gradski parking. Nažalost, Grad u svom vlasništvu nema toliku površinu pa smo primorani na kupnju. U Gradu ima nekoliko parcela koje bi po kvadraturi odgovarale našim zahtjevima, sada ćemo vidjeti hoćemo li uspjeti doći do dogovora za kupnju – rekao nam je gradonačelnik Begonja.

Gradnja nove knjižnice u neku ruku je i logična. Postojeća Narodna knjižnica koja se nalazi u Ulici kralja Zvonimira više ne može ispuniti prostorne zahtjeve, zgrada je dotrajala, pa bi novi, moderni prostori bili i više nego značajni za Drnišane.

- Taj prostor s vremenom je jednostavno postao neadekvatan. Radi se o 300 kvadratnih metara prostora u kojem čak nije moguće ni izložiti sve knjige. Prostore koji se nalaze na drugom katu Doma kulture gledat ćemo prenamijeniti. Pronaći ćemo im novu svrhu, bilo za potrebe Gradskog muzeja ili Pučkog otvorenog učilišta Drniš – istaknuo je Begonja.

Najavljenim projektom, Grad bi donekle riješio i još jedan problem, onaj s parkirnim mjestima.
- Gradnjom novog gradskog parkinga značajno bi rasteretili uži centar Grada. Svatko tko s autom dolazi u Grad suočava se s tim problemom, pa nerijetko viđamo automobile parkirane na mjestima gdje ne bi smjeli biti. Definitivno još jedan od razloga da se ovaj projekt realizira – naglasio je prvi čovjek Drniša.

Kupnju zemljišta grad Drniš će financirati iz vlastitih sredstava, dok će gradnja biti financirana kroz Nacionalni plan oporavka i održivosti (NPOO). Naravno, ako projekt bude pozitivno ocijenjen.

- Ako u ovoj godini riješimo pitanje zemljišta, a kroz sljedeću dobijemo zeleno svijetlo od strane NPOO-a onda bi s nekim konkretnim radovima mogli krenuti kroz dvije do tri godine – zaključio je Begonja.
