U fazi pripremnih radova za izgradnju čvorova Njivice I i Njivice II na Jadranskoj magistrali, osječka tvrtka za geodeziju, inženjering i usluge ‘‘Geoprem‘‘ za Hrvatske ceste obavlja diobu katastarskih čestica na području tog projekta. Tim povodom objavili su javni poziv svim nositeljima prava vlasništva katastarskih čestica na uvid u parcelacijski elaborat, koji će se održati 22. studenog od 14 do 18 sati u prostorijama šibenske Gradske knjižnice ‘‘Juraj Šižgorić‘‘, uz prisustvo ovlaštenog inženjera geodezije Pauline Božičković.

Prema zahtjevu stranaka izvršit će se pokazivanje međnih točaka novoformiranih katastarskih čestica na terenu, koje će se obilježavati 21. studenog u vremenu od 12 do 17 sati i dan nakon u vremenu od osam do 13 sati, stoji na službenim stranicama Grada Šibenika.

Podsjetimo, plan izgradnje čvorova Njivice I i Njivice II uključuje dva denivelirana rotora ispod Jadranske magistrale čime će grad dobiti novi moderan i prometno funkcionalan zapadni ulaz, a time će se riješiti i problem stvaranja ponekad nesnosnih gužvi na magistrali iz smjera Vodica, posebice u ljetnim mjesecima.

Jedan rotor bit će izgrađen na mjestu sadašnjeg križanja, drugi iza centra ‘‘Supernova‘‘ nasuprot ‘‘Ere‘‘ te je također planiran i jedan manji rotor na ulazu iz Ulice Ivana Meštrovića u Ulicu Put Vida. Po aktualnom idejnom projektu Jadranska magistrala ostaje iznad dvaju rotora s mogućnošću da se s vremenom, kada se za tim ukaže potreba, proširi na četiri trake.

-Na uvidu u parcelacijski elaborat zainteresirana javnost će moći vidjeti koje sve čestice ili dijelovi katastarskih čestica ulaze u obuhvat izgradnje ovog čvora. To je priprema pred otkup ili izvlaštenje pojedinih privatnih čestica s obzirom na to da je Grad sve svoje parcele dao u projekt, a privatne će se morati otkupiti ili izvlastiti. Paralelno s tim, projektanti su na čvoru Njivice već skoro pa završili glavni projekt i sljedeći je korak građevinska dozvola. Nakon toga slijedi i izrada troškovnika koji će služiti kao osnova za javni natječaj za izvođača radova koji bi Hrvatske ceste raspisale kroz sljedeću godinu – kaže nam dogradonačelnik Šibenika, Danijel Mileta.

Zamjenik gradonačelnika ističe kako se na ovom projektu cijelo vrijeme nešto radi te kako se iz mjeseca u mjesec korača prema krajnjem cilju.

-Niz procedura prethodi početku radova, a većina njih ovisi o mnogo faktora na koje ni Grad ni Hrvatske ceste ne mogu direktno utjecati stoga je teško dati konkretno vrijeme početka odnosno završetka radova na čvoru. Koliko je stvar ozbiljna, govori i podatak da su Hrvatske ceste iz proračuna za ovu godinu planirale izdvojiti 85 milijuna kuna za izgradnju ovog čvora i još 4,2 milijuna kuna za nadzor, odnosno smatrali su da već u ovoj godini mogu krenuti s procedurom javne nabave. Ipak, puno je (su)dionika u cijeloj ovoj priči da bi samo ovisilo o Gradu ili Hrvatskim cestama – dodaje Mileta.

U fazi pripremnih radova za izgradnju čvorova Njivice I i Njivice II na Jadranskoj magistrali, osječka tvrtka za geodeziju, inženjering i usluge ‘‘Geoprem‘‘ za Hrvatske ceste obavlja diobu katastarskih čestica na području tog projekta. Tim povodom objavili su javni poziv svim nositeljima prava vlasništva katastarskih čestica na uvid u parcelacijski elaborat, koji će se održati 22. studenog od 14 do 18 sati u prostorijama šibenske Gradske knjižnice ‘‘Juraj Šižgorić‘‘, uz prisustvo ovlaštenog inženjera geodezije Pauline Božičković.

Prema zahtjevu stranaka izvršit će se pokazivanje međnih točaka novoformiranih katastarskih čestica na terenu, koje će se obilježavati 21. studenog u vremenu od 12 do 17 sati i dan nakon u vremenu od osam do 13 sati, stoji na službenim stranicama Grada Šibenika.

Podsjetimo, plan izgradnje čvorova Njivice I i Njivice II uključuje dva denivelirana rotora ispod Jadranske magistrale čime će grad dobiti novi moderan i prometno funkcionalan zapadni ulaz, a time će se riješiti i problem stvaranja ponekad nesnosnih gužvi na magistrali iz smjera Vodica, posebice u ljetnim mjesecima.

Jedan rotor bit će izgrađen na mjestu sadašnjeg križanja, drugi iza centra ‘‘Supernova‘‘ nasuprot ‘‘Ere‘‘ te je također planiran i jedan manji rotor na ulazu iz Ulice Ivana Meštrovića u Ulicu Put Vida. Po aktualnom idejnom projektu Jadranska magistrala ostaje iznad dvaju rotora s mogućnošću da se s vremenom, kada se za tim ukaže potreba, proširi na četiri trake.

-Na uvidu u parcelacijski elaborat zainteresirana javnost će moći vidjeti koje sve čestice ili dijelovi katastarskih čestica ulaze u obuhvat izgradnje ovog čvora. To je priprema pred otkup ili izvlaštenje pojedinih privatnih čestica s obzirom na to da je Grad sve svoje parcele dao u projekt, a privatne će se morati otkupiti ili izvlastiti. Paralelno s tim, projektanti su na čvoru Njivice već skoro pa završili glavni projekt i sljedeći je korak građevinska dozvola. Nakon toga slijedi i izrada troškovnika koji će služiti kao osnova za javni natječaj za izvođača radova koji bi Hrvatske ceste raspisale kroz sljedeću godinu – kaže nam dogradonačelnik Šibenika, Danijel Mileta.

Zamjenik gradonačelnika ističe kako se na ovom projektu cijelo vrijeme nešto radi te kako se iz mjeseca u mjesec korača prema krajnjem cilju.

-Niz procedura prethodi početku radova, a većina njih ovisi o mnogo faktora na koje ni Grad ni Hrvatske ceste ne mogu direktno utjecati stoga je teško dati konkretno vrijeme početka odnosno završetka radova na čvoru. Koliko je stvar ozbiljna, govori i podatak da su Hrvatske ceste iz proračuna za ovu godinu planirale izdvojiti 85 milijuna kuna za izgradnju ovog čvora i još 4,2 milijuna kuna za nadzor, odnosno smatrali su da već u ovoj godini mogu krenuti s procedurom javne nabave. U fazi pripremnih radova za izgradnju čvorova Njivice I i Njivice II na Jadranskoj magistrali, osječka tvrtka za geodeziju, inženjering i usluge ‘‘Geoprem‘‘ za Hrvatske ceste obavlja diobu katastarskih čestica na području tog projekta. Tim povodom objavili su javni poziv svim nositeljima prava vlasništva katastarskih čestica na uvid u parcelacijski elaborat, koji će se održati 22. studenog od 14 do 18 sati u prostorijama šibenske Gradske knjižnice ‘‘Juraj Šižgorić‘‘, uz prisustvo ovlaštenog inženjera geodezije Pauline Božičković.

Prema zahtjevu stranaka izvršit će se pokazivanje međnih točaka novoformiranih katastarskih čestica na terenu, koje će se obilježavati 21. studenog u vremenu od 12 do 17 sati i dan nakon u vremenu od osam do 13 sati, stoji na službenim stranicama Grada Šibenika.

Podsjetimo, plan izgradnje čvorova Njivice I i Njivice II uključuje dva denivelirana rotora ispod Jadranske magistrale čime će grad dobiti novi moderan i prometno funkcionalan zapadni ulaz, a time će se riješiti i problem stvaranja ponekad nesnosnih gužvi na magistrali iz smjera Vodica, posebice u ljetnim mjesecima.

Jedan rotor bit će izgrađen na mjestu sadašnjeg križanja, drugi iza centra ‘‘Supernova‘‘ nasuprot ‘‘Ere‘‘ te je također planiran i jedan manji rotor na ulazu iz Ulice Ivana Meštrovića u Ulicu Put Vida. Po aktualnom idejnom projektu Jadranska magistrala ostaje iznad dvaju rotora s mogućnošću da se s vremenom, kada se za tim ukaže potreba, proširi na četiri trake.

-Na uvidu u parcelacijski elaborat zainteresirana javnost će moći vidjeti koje sve čestice ili dijelovi katastarskih čestica ulaze u obuhvat izgradnje ovog čvora. To je priprema pred otkup ili izvlaštenje pojedinih privatnih čestica s obzirom na to da je Grad sve svoje parcele dao u projekt, a privatne će se morati otkupiti ili izvlastiti. Paralelno s tim, projektanti su na čvoru Njivice već skoro pa završili glavni projekt i sljedeći je korak građevinska dozvola. Nakon toga slijedi i izrada troškovnika koji će služiti kao osnova za javni natječaj za izvođača radova koji bi Hrvatske ceste raspisale kroz sljedeću godinu – kaže nam dogradonačelnik Šibenika, Danijel Mileta.

Zamjenik gradonačelnika ističe kako se na ovom projektu cijelo vrijeme nešto radi te kako se iz mjeseca u mjesec korača prema krajnjem cilju.
