Grad Šibenik objavio je javni poziv za otkup poljoprivrednih zemljišta, ukupne površine 2158 četvornih metara koja se nalaze u Donjem polju u Zablaću. Konkretno, zemljišta koja Grad želi otkupiti nalaze se na sjevernom prilazu uvali, preciznije, sjeverno od tvrđave sv. Nikole.

Zemljišne čestice, njih ukupno 14 prema procjeni Grada, odnosno sudskog vještaka, vrijede gotovo pola milijuna kuna, točnije 474.200 kuna. Najniža procijenjena vrijednost zemljišta koja je u javnom pozivu navedena iznosi 13.185 kuna, dok je pak najveća 64.540 kuna.

Što će se na atraktivnoj lokaciji raditi, otkrio nam je dogradonačelnik Šibenika, Danijel Mileta.

- Radi se o projektu Javne ustanove Priroda Šibensko-kninske županije. Uz šetnicu sv. Ante gradi se, bolje rečeno, rekonstruira posjetiteljski centar. Na području koji Grad otkupljuje u planu je gradnja puta, u sklopu kojeg će se taj Centar povezati na kanalizaciju, odnosno vodoopskrbnu mrežu. Grad u ime Javne ustanove otkupit će te zemljišne čestice – kratko je komentirao Mileta.

Javni poziv komentirali su nam i iz Upravnog odjela za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom.

- To je postupak koji se vodi u županijskom uredu za opću upravu, mi smo samo zaduženi za postupak izvlaštenja – nadovezao se Tihomir Paškov iz Upravnog odjela za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom.

Napomenimo da se vlasnici zemljišta pozivaju da dođu u prostorije Grada u roku od osam dana od javnog poziva objavljenog u Slobodnoj Dalmaciji radi rješavanja pitanja stjecanja prava vlasništva, odnosno, da se pismeno izjasne na ponudu sporazumnog rješavanja vlasništva. U slučaju sklapanja ugovora o kupoprodaji, naknada predložena u ovoj ponudi bit će isplaćena u roku od 15 dana od dana sklapanja ugovora o kupoprodaji.

Grad Šibenik objavio je javni poziv za otkup poljoprivrednih zemljišta, ukupne površine 2158 četvornih metara koja se nalaze u Donjem polju u Zablaću. Konkretno, zemljišta koja Grad želi otkupiti nalaze se na sjevernom prilazu uvali, preciznije, sjeverno od tvrđave sv. Nikole.

Zemljišne čestice, njih ukupno 14 prema procjeni Grada, odnosno sudskog vještaka, vrijede gotovo pola milijuna kuna, točnije 474.200 kuna. Najniža procijenjena vrijednost zemljišta koja je u javnom pozivu navedena iznosi 13.185 kuna, dok je pak najveća 64.540 kuna.

Što će se na atraktivnoj lokaciji raditi, otkrio nam je dogradonačelnik Šibenika, Danijel Mileta.

- Radi se o projektu Javne ustanove Priroda Šibensko-kninske županije. Uz šetnicu sv. Ante gradi se, bolje rečeno, rekonstruira posjetiteljski centar. Na području koji Grad otkupljuje u planu je gradnja puta, u sklopu kojeg će se taj Centar povezati na kanalizaciju, odnosno vodoopskrbnu mrežu. Grad u ime Javne ustanove otkupit će te zemljišne čestice – kratko je komentirao Mileta.

Javni poziv komentirali su nam i iz Upravnog odjela za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom.

- To je postupak koji se vodi u županijskom uredu za opću upravu, mi smo samo zaduženi za postupak izvlaštenja – nadovezao se Tihomir Paškov iz Upravnog odjela za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom.

Napomenimo da se vlasnici zemljišta pozivaju da dođu u prostorije Grada u roku od osam dana od javnog poziva objavljenog u Slobodnoj Dalmaciji radi rješavanja pitanja stjecanja prava vlasništva, odnosno, da se pismeno izjasne na ponudu sporazumnog rješavanja vlasništva. U slučaju sklapanja ugovora o kupoprodaji, naknada predložena u ovoj ponudi bit će isplaćena u roku od 15 dana od dana sklapanja ugovora o kupoprodaji.

Grad za pola milijuna kuna otkupljuje poljoprivredna zemljišta u Zablaću!? Dogradonačelnik Mileta otkrio o čemu se radi

Grad Šibenik objavio je javni poziv za otkup poljoprivrednih zemljišta, ukupne površine 2158 četvornih metara koja se nalaze u Donjem polju u Zablaću. Konkretno, zemljišta koja Grad želi otkupiti nalaze se na sjevernom prilazu uvali, preciznije, sjeverno od tvrđave sv. Nikole.

Zemljišne čestice, njih ukupno 14 prema procjeni Grada, odnosno sudskog vještaka, vrijede gotovo pola milijuna kuna, točnije 474.200 kuna. Najniža procijenjena vrijednost zemljišta koja je u javnom pozivu navedena iznosi 13.185 kuna, dok je pak najveća 64.540 kuna.

Što će se na atraktivnoj lokaciji raditi, otkrio nam je dogradonačelnik Šibenika, Danijel Mileta.

- Radi se o projektu Javne ustanove Priroda Šibensko-kninske županije. Uz šetnicu sv. Ante gradi se, bolje rečeno, rekonstruira posjetiteljski centar. Na području koji Grad otkupljuje u planu je gradnja puta, u sklopu kojeg će se taj Centar povezati na kanalizaciju, odnosno vodoopskrbnu mrežu. Grad u ime Javne ustanove otkupit će te zemljišne čestice – kratko je komentirao Mileta.

Javni poziv komentirali su nam i iz Upravnog odjela za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom.

- To je postupak koji se vodi u županijskom uredu za opću upravu, mi smo samo zaduženi za postupak izvlaštenja – nadovezao se Tihomir Paškov iz Upravnog odjela za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom.

Napomenimo da se vlasnici zemljišta pozivaju da dođu u prostorije Grada u roku od osam dana od javnog poziva objavljenog u Slobodnoj Dalmaciji radi rješavanja pitanja stjecanja prava vlasništva, odnosno, da se pismeno izjasne na ponudu sporazumnog rješavanja vlasništva. U slučaju sklapanja ugovora o kupoprodaji, naknada predložena u ovoj ponudi bit će isplaćena u roku od 15 dana od dana sklapanja ugovora o kupoprodaji.
