U nazočnosti hrvatskih hodočasnika koji su pristigli u organizaciji G-toura iz Međugorja, svećenika i bogoslova Hrvata koji su na službi ili studiraju u Svetoj zemlji te domicilnoga puka, u Jeruzalemu je, na Sionu, na svečev blagdan svečano otkriven kip sv. Nikole Tavelića, izvijestio je portal Katoličkog tjednika Nedjelja iz Sarajeva.

Svetu misu u franjevačkoj samostanskoj crkvi Ad Coenaculum, koja se nalazi uz dvoranu Posljednje večere, na Tavelićev spomendan predvodio je fra Sandro Tomašević, vikar u Betlehemu i diskret Franjevačke kustodije Svete zemlje. Suslavilo je pet svećenika: biblijski vodič u Svetoj zemlji fra Tomislav Glavnik, voditelj HKM Frauenfeld u Švicarskoj fra Miljenko Mika Stojić, urednik Katoličkog tjednika vlč. Josip Vajdner, orguljaš u crkvi sv. Katarine u Betlehemu fra Jago Soče te splitski svećenik don Ante Vranković, a posluživao je trajni đakon fra Siniša Srebrenović, gvardijan samostana u Getsemaniju.

Među misarima bili su i salezijanski bogoslovi Hrvati, kao i jedan franjevački bogoslov. Misnicu koju je na sebi imao predvoditelj euharistijskog slavlja za ovu je prigodu izradila i franjevačkom samostanu darovala Milka Drvenkar.

Nazočne je pozdravio domaćin, gvardijan franjevačkog samostana na Sionu fra Jakab Várnai, poželjevši svima da se nadahnjuju na vjerničkom primjeru sv. Nikole Tavelića, koji je, zajedno sa svojim sudrugovima, prvi mučenik Kustodije.

Uvodeći u misno slavlje Tomašević je prenio pozdrave kustosa Svete zemlje fra Francesca Pattona, u čije je ime poslije i otkrio svečev kip. Radost zajedništva oko Gospodnjega stola te svjedočenje kršćanske vjere bila mu je i misao vodilja u prigodnoj propovijedi koju je započeo podsjećanjem na mučeništvo sv. Nikole i njegove trojice subraće franjevaca 1391. godine, koje je papa Pavao VI. proglasio svetim 21. lipnja 1970. godine.

Fra Sandro je ukazao na važnost svjedočenja Krista u svijetu, koje i “nije popularno”. Citirajući sv. Franu Asiškog da treba propovijedati, “pa ako treba nekada se služeći i riječima”, istaknuo je kako je sv. Nikola prepoznao kako valja “sav gorjeti za Krista”. Napomenuo je kako je ovaj svetac, rodom iz Šibenika, živio u samostanu na Sionu te se tu pripremao za misionarski rad, pozivajući vjernike da budu Bogu zahvalni za prvog kanoniziranog hrvatskog sveca te žive autentično, imajući na umu kako je i danas svetost ostvariva.

Hodočasnici u organizaciji G-toura na svečanosti u Jeruzalemu

Nakon svete mise u perivoju samostana vjernici su se okupili uz kip sv. Nikole Tavelića, rad akademskog kipara Vida Vučaka. Tu je idejni začetnik ovoga projekta fra Tomislav Glavnik zahvalio franjevcima u Svetoj zemlji, a osobito Hrvatima: fra Siniši i fra Sandru da je ovaj projekt realiziran te fra Miki i Udruzi Sveta zemlja.

Rečenica koja nas “nosi” jest: “Hrvatska zemlja je rodila sv. Nikolu za zemlju, a Sion ga je rodio za nebo.” Mučenici su nam uvijek bili ohrabrenje i Tavelić nam je veliki zagovornik, rekao je fra Tomislav, naglasivši kako Hrvati podržavaju i podržavat će franjevce u njihovu radu u Svetoj zemlji. Glavnik je obećao da će u skorije vrijeme biti u bronci napisano ime i osnovni podaci o našem prvom svecu na nekoliko jezika. Nazočni su na kraju otpjevali hrvatsku himnu.

U nazočnosti hrvatskih hodočasnika koji su pristigli u organizaciji G-toura iz Međugorja, svećenika i bogoslova Hrvata koji su na službi ili studiraju u Svetoj zemlji te domicilnoga puka, u Jeruzalemu je, na Sionu, na svečev blagdan svečano otkriven kip sv. Nikole Tavelića, izvijestio je portal Katoličkog tjednika Nedjelja iz Sarajeva.

Svetu misu u franjevačkoj samostanskoj crkvi Ad Coenaculum, koja se nalazi uz dvoranu Posljednje večere, na Tavelićev spomendan predvodio je fra Sandro Tomašević, vikar u Betlehemu i diskret Franjevačke kustodije Svete zemlje. Suslavilo je pet svećenika: biblijski vodič u Svetoj zemlji fra Tomislav Glavnik, voditelj HKM Frauenfeld u Švicarskoj fra Miljenko Mika Stojić, urednik Katoličkog tjednika vlč. Josip Vajdner, orguljaš u crkvi sv. Katarine u Betlehemu fra Jago Soče te splitski svećenik don Ante Vranković, a posluživao je trajni đakon fra Siniša Srebrenović, gvardijan samostana u Getsemaniju.

Među misarima bili su i salezijanski bogoslovi Hrvati, kao i jedan franjevački bogoslov. Misnicu koju je na sebi imao predvoditelj euharistijskog slavlja za ovu je prigodu izradila i franjevačkom samostanu darovala Milka Drvenkar.

Nazočne je pozdravio domaćin, gvardijan franjevačkog samostana na Sionu fra Jakab Várnai, poželjevši svima da se nadahnjuju na vjerničkom primjeru sv. Nikole Tavelića, koji je, zajedno sa svojim sudrugovima, prvi mučenik Kustodije.

Uvodeći u misno slavlje Tomašević je prenio pozdrave kustosa Svete zemlje fra Francesca Pattona, u čije je ime poslije i otkrio svečev kip. Radost zajedništva oko Gospodnjega stola te svjedočenje kršćanske vjere bila mu je i misao vodilja u prigodnoj propovijedi koju je započeo podsjećanjem na mučeništvo sv. Nikole i njegove trojice subraće franjevaca 1391. godine, koje je papa Pavao VI. proglasio svetim 21. lipnja 1970. godine.

Fra Sandro je ukazao na važnost svjedočenja Krista u svijetu, koje i “nije popularno”. Citirajući sv. Franu Asiškog da treba propovijedati, “pa ako treba nekada se služeći i riječima”, istaknuo je kako je sv. Nikola prepoznao kako valja “sav gorjeti za Krista”. Napomenuo je kako je ovaj svetac, rodom iz Šibenika, živio u samostanu na Sionu te se tu pripremao za misionarski rad, pozivajući vjernike da budu Bogu zahvalni za prvog kanoniziranog hrvatskog sveca te žive autentično, imajući na umu kako je i danas svetost ostvariva.

Nakon svete mise u perivoju samostana vjernici su se okupili uz kip sv. Nikole Tavelića, rad akademskog kipara Vida Vučaka. Tu je idejni začetnik ovoga projekta fra Tomislav Glavnik zahvalio franjevcima u Svetoj zemlji, a osobito Hrvatima: fra Siniši i fra Sandru da je ovaj projekt realiziran te fra Miki i Udruzi Sveta zemlja.

Rečenica koja nas “nosi” jest: “Hrvatska zemlja je rodila sv. Nikolu za zemlju, a Sion ga je rodio za nebo.” Mučenici su nam uvijek bili ohrabrenje i Tavelić nam je veliki zagovornik, rekao je fra Tomislav, naglasivši kako Hrvati podržavaju i podržavat će franjevce u njihovu radu u Svetoj zemlji. Glavnik je obećao da će u skorije vrijeme biti u bronci napisano ime i osnovni podaci o našem prvom svecu na nekoliko jezika. Nazočni su na kraju otpjevali hrvatsku himnu.
